Gilberto Santa Rosa, known affectionately as "El Caballero de la Salsa" (Gentleman of Salsa), hails from Carolina, Puerto Rico, where he got his start as a backup singer in several orchestras—experiences that allowed him to hone his signature vocal style. He formed his own band in 1986 and immediately began racking up hits, including "Good Vibration," "De Amor y Salsa," and "Perspectiva." The ever-prolific Santa Rosa has consistently released albums almost every year since his debut, and as of 2010 he holds the record for having the most number one records on the Billboard Tropical Albums chart.
I had never gone to a concert that ended so soon. the concert was great except the price was to high for the time they performed I mean we were out of the Madison before 11:00pm.
La Historia Continua: Gilberto Santa Rosa and Victor Manuelle was my 2nd time watching the 2 singers performing together at the Garden. Without a doubt it was phenomenal..better than the one I went to see on Valentine's Day! On time with an opening band, had everyone dancing on the seats or on the stairs..You could see Victor's was happy to be there as well as Gilberto Santa Rosa..Victor has this contagious energy and it shows on stage.
The concert was my first salsa concert. It was spectacular; the music was great, both artists were very entertaining and had the entire audience wound up.
I am a huge fan and this concert was memorable. Gilberto as always gives a great show and Victor Manuel sang out of this world.
THIS EVENT OR CONCERT WAS SO AWESOME, IN MY OPINION ONE OF THE BEST CONCERTS THAT I'VE NEVER BEEN
LOVE! LOVE! LOVE!!! THE SHOW I WOULD RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO GO SEE THEM. THEY ARE HILARIOUS WHEN THEY ARE TOGETHER AND GOD HAS BLESSED BOTH OF THEM W/ GREAT VOICES

IT WAS TRULY A MOST OUTSTANDING CONCERT. WE HAD THE GREATEST TIME EVER. THE SEATS WERE GREAT, THE AUDIENCE WAS ALSO FUN. IT WAS A VERY MEMORABLE TIME FOR ME, SPECIALLY SINCE THE ONE THAT TREATS ME LIKE A QUEEN, WAS THE ONE THAT TOOK ME THERE AS A BIRTHDAY PRESENT!!!!!!!!!!!YEAHHHH
I loved it! Both of them were great! But I would like to see VictorManuelle participating more in the event.
I've attended many salsa concerts in the last 25+ years. However, this concert with Gilberto Santa Rosa and Victor Manuelle was, without a doubt, the best concert I have ever attended. I laughed, I cried, I moved around in my seat while singing, etc. Excellent show.
Gilberto Santa Rosa and Victor Manuelle were an awesome twosome! They are true entertainers. I sat there mesmerized by their voices. They had the audience dancing in the aisles to their latin beat. When we think of salseros Gilberto and Victor are the top of the line. Again they are the dynamic duo - don't miss seeing them in concert.
Two great salseros together and both were amazing. I loved the way they played up against each other . Not only are they great singers but they are great entertainers. They get the croud going and they have so much energy that the entire place vibrated. There wasn't a bad part to this show. I only wished that it would be longer. My Friends and I left the concert elated. One of the best shows I have ever seen.
I was amaze ,beautiful concert took a little more time than I thought,both singer were great.
Show was ok. maybe i expected to much. I did enjoy it. It was good but not great. I have been to shows were the artist gives it all i feel that this was not the case. But both artist Santarosa and victor are great singers but they did not give it all. It is just my opinion.
Two of the most recognized male voices in the salsa world. They not only sing and compose their music, but also entertain the audience in between songs.
THE CONCERT WAS GREAT WE HAD ALOT OF FUN!!!! THEY SANG SOO NICE!!! IT WAS WORTH GOING!!!
The show was entertaining. Gilberto Santa Rosa and Victor Manuel are fabulous singers but they also put on quite a show. I would go see them again and again and again!!
The sound was better than listening to a CD, Gilberto and Victor had a perfect chemistry on stage, they had us singing, laughing, it was just plain great! cant' wait for them to do another concert together
i'm not a big salsa music fan , but those two made me dance and apreciate latin music to a different level
It was wonderfull to see Gilberto Santarrosa and Victor Manuel performing together. They really do a good couple and each one complement the other puting together jokes making laught the audience through the show. Both singers really entretained the audience. I would like to see them togeter again in the future.
