All the artists were great loved the personal stories shared about Grover.

He was into every song and gave us a performance my sister and I will remember for life. I can’t wait to see him again.

What a pleasure to celebrate Grover Washington’s music. We came because we know anytime we get to hear Gerald Albright it’s a treat. What was a wonderful surprise was having Kirk Whalum, Everett Harp and Andy Snitzer join the celebration. Such a treat to hear their special stories with Grover and their reverence for him. These guys have power and artistry and together it was amazing. Such a joy to witness.

What a show!!! Grover would have been very proud!!!

Gearld, Selina and Kenny delivered a great show. It was worth the travel

Gerald Albright was really jammin this night! He can blow! Really enjoyed the whole concert along with his daughter Selena Albright who is a wonderful singer. Also Kenny Lattimore as the special guest, who was how should I say more than delightful! Gerald did a few songs from his lastest LP and a few with his daughter. Kenny did the same and some with both Gerald and Selena. The venue (Doubletree Hotel, Reading), however could use some improvements. The seats are much to close together which makes the seating very uncomfortable. The Berks Jazz Fest should either improve the seating or choose a new venue.

Gerald was great! His music moves the soul. His daughter is beautiful and has an amazing voice. Loved it!

The only venue for jazz and urban contemporary musis. Worse seating after a cattle call at the entrance. The first 15 minutes of most acts is completely distorted by poor sound engineering. Be patient, the performers beg the venue engineer to turn down the night.

Extraordinary talent and performance from the opening to the last note!

I've seen every one of the Bop sessions. I love the music and all the talented musicians are outstandiing. One can tell that the musicians are having fun and love playing before the Berks audience. It's Great! Thank you

The show was great. With the theater being newly opened theater there were some issues. Those did not take away from the night

What a great performance by everyone. The opening act was subperb. Albright was explosive and Butler was anointed. Great show!!

Enjoyed the show and the people interaction, but drinks were over priced!

Concert was amazing! The music was incredible, beautiful display of professionalism within the realm of artistry! Enjoyed every minute. This is the way real musi sounds! No synthesizers or auto tune, just real music!

Great concert. Strand Theatre is a wonderful venue too!

The show was the BOMB!! Marion Meadows opened the show and brought it,!! Marion and his band threw down!! Followed by Albright and Butler, again they brought it. BUT<<<< this was the SHORTEST concert I have EVER attended, BELIEVE me, I am an avid jazz fan. This show started at 7:30pm. with one break to reset for the band and ended at 9:30pm!!! YES!!! the concert was over at 9:30pm. The tickets were with fees $91. plus $10. parking!! No explanation, just good night, Really!! This was an adult affair with 3 5star performers with plenty of material to play. Totally disappointed, will not patronize this venue again

This was the first event in the Flagstar Strand Theatre since the remolding of the building and the air condition was on full blast. We were cold throughout the whole show. The show itself was okay but short. If i had known that they added a second show, I would have attended that showing because it probably was a little longer than the first one because we had to clear out for the second show.

Concert was outstanding! Strand theater is really nice, but it was not ready to host an event. Heat in the building was not working. Also, the host was dressed like Superfly, not a good look.

I enjoyed every moment of the entertainment. The Musicians were amazing and every seat in the Strand is awesome. I can't wait to go back. Very peaceful and mature atmosphere,
