This has to be the best show I've ever seen. It was a great night of music, interesting tidbits he shared about the music and himself, and just an altogether great experience. If you like Geoff Tate and/or Queensryche, this is a must-see!
Intimate and unforgettable. Tate still sounds amazing and the opening duo of brothers "The Heroine" were a great addition to the acoustic evening! And the theatre was very warm :(
The show was great! Small and intimate! Played great songs and gave a great performance!
The man was amazing. He sounded better than ever. Took 25 years to get to see him in concert - it was well worth the wait.
The setting was up close and personal at The Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas. I have always loved Queensryche and hearing Geoff 25 years later sure brought back many fond memories. His voice is still off the charts! He played many new songs from his solo album which I will definitely now go buy. Don't miss a chance to see him perform. This was an acoustic performance with just Geoff, two guitars, keyboard, and an orchestra style stand up bass.
Venue was nice and G.T's powerful voice feeds and empowers the soul! "Good Times."
i love napa, geoff tate and wine. fans need to pay more attention. many missed geoffs wine tasting and signing at 1313 main. spectacular night at the uptown theater. he had three acoustics and keys with him, a special litlle tambourine and we were off ......no bad seat in the house, and sound was VERY good. buy his INSANIA wines...i was pleasantly surprised. not much on reviewing the whole show because....it was well, geoff tate. if you are a fan you need no explanation. namaste'
Unbelievable performance. Hands down, a must see!!
I caught this show last night and let me tell you, it was fabulous. Geoff Tate has one of the best voices from the 80's and he has only improved over the years. This show was great because you get to hear new material and your old favorites in an "unplugged" style. Don't miss this one!
