It was too loud and couldn’t hear the words to the songs very well. We’ve seen him before at Seneca Allegany and Niagara and this concert didn’t compare to the other two. We were disappointed.
I have loved and followed Gary for years. He is my favorite country singer. Had a meet and greet with him 11 years ago which was exciting
I haven’t seen Gary in 6 yrs due to Covid and not coming to the area. He sang some new songs but a lot of his old music as well. It was a great concert and thanked the crowd multiple times. That was my 14th time and I will wait patiently for him to come back close to me. The fans were singing along with him. Very good concert.

Gary always puts on a great show and this was not an exception. He played with a lot of energy and had very little downtime.

This was my 1st concert experience at MGM Northfield Park - Center Stage. We attended the Gary Allen concert on Sept 29. The seating left a lot to be desired - basically folding chairs attached together as close as possible, which means that you were crammed like sardines in your seat. The acoustic properties of the Center Stage room were awful - not suitable at all for a live music show. Gary Allen and his band's performance was good, but the sound production was the worst I've ever experienced - and I have been to a lot of concerts throughout the years. Gary Allen seemed to be screaming his vocals over the overly loud music - the sound levels were WAY too loud for a room of this size - totally un-necessary. I understand that some believe that loud sound levels add more excitement along with the very annoying bright strobe lights directed towards the audience, but the quality of the listening experience really suffered.
Happy to hear Gary again. Played some oldies that I haven't heard in a while along with new material. Love the heavier sounding guitars. Always gives his all! A real artist!
He was great, the sound was up a little too high , it overpowered his voice a little so if i didn’t know a song, i couldn’t hear the words. Would see him again though
I think all concerts should be held at venues like MGM casino in Northfield Ohio. It’s easy to get in and easy to get out. Traffic is not terrible. We tried to go see jelly roll at the Blossom Music Center and couldn’t even get into there. I will never buy tickets at that venue again, thank you for MGM for making it a smooth easy process and the concert was great.
Absolutely loved the show, Gary always gives us a great show. I only wish he was doing the meet and greets again..
Gary Allan puts on a fantastic show! 2nd time seeing him live, and never disappoints. Plays many hits and mixes in a few newer, and a few older songs. Would definitely see him live again when I get the chance.👍
Unfortunately this event was not as good as it could have been. Gary Allen and his opener were great. The problem was the venue. The seats we were in were on a raised platform so when people danced or tapped to the music the whole platform shook and vibrated. The strobe lights were also directed at our eyes so we were blinded most of the show and had to close our eyes. Lastly the volume was so loud for the small size of the room you really couldn't hear what they were singing. Even a violin solo was eardrum shattering. Unfortunately we stayed through just the opening act and 5 of Gary's songs before we couldn't take it anymore. We go to shows often and this was the worst sound and stage lighting I've come across. Too bad, as I adore the talent. Won't be returning to MGM again. It was lacking.
Absolutely love Gary, he plays everything. Great job, great band Great seats. T-shirts a little cheap, need better material for 35.00 a peice. Great venue!. But Gary is the Show!!!
Gary is great every time I see him. We traveled 6 hours to go to the concert and we would do it again. The guitars were a bit too loud so you couldn’t hear the vocals as easily as I like. We still had a great night!
Gary Allan and his band but on a fabulous show from beginning to end. The MGM casino in Northfield OH is a great place to see a show. Ushers and security were very helpful and respectful.
