Must see, beautiful show and amazing horses. Trainer was great and riders as well.
Gala fo the Royal Horses was a great show, the horses and trainers were excellent. I feel like they should have had more lights on though as it was difficult to see every thing that was going on.
The show was worth every penny. Beautiful horses, shown with a lot of style. A wonderful event for horse lovers and families. Along with the beautiful movement of the horses, the section on how the horses are trained was really great. I recommend picking seats as close as possible to get the true feeling of the strength and power of the horses.
Horses foaming at the mouth. Show not as advertisd
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed this show. We attended the 'meet and greet'. They brought out four of the horses which we were allowed to pet and answered all of our questions. At times, the show moved a little slowly. I would not recommend it for small children.
Excellent. Very well trained horses, handlers were great. . It was worth extra money to sit in the VIP section. We could see better and had the extra benefits of talking to the trainers and pat the horses.
Loved the show. The horses are so beautiful & talented.
If your family loves horses then you will enjoy this event very much. If you can afford the VIP tickets you should get them for the best show of all
This was my third year seeing them. The horses and riders and their relationship and skills make me tear up with awe. This is a fabulous beautiful show with gorgeous creatures doing wondrous things.
Horses were in great shape. People and horses were friendly. Saw the show last year plan to go back next year.
It was an interesting and educational show, however I paid for the "vip" package and I was very disappointed because the horses and riders were supposed to come out AFTER everyone else left so that the people who paid extra could see them and their riders. However, they came out right away after the show was over, so everyone in the regular stands flooded the horses and riders so my daughter couldn't even get in to see them! I was really upset, and I would never pay for the vip package because you can get to meet and greet them without paying for it.
Wonderful seats worth the expense if you are an aficionado. The riders were gracious. We loved the meet & great. The horses were spectacular.
The show was wonderful and very entertaining. The horses were beautiful and very talented. They did things we never saw before. They danced, high stepped. The accompanying Flamenco dancer and guitar player were a nice accompaniment to the show. It was 2 hours long making it well worth the price of admission.
AWESOME!! can't say much more, awesome says it all
Had to give the Gala of the Royal Horses a low rating. We paid for Premium Floor seating that also included a meet and greet after the show for VIP Floor seat holders. Turns out that, despite an announcement that the meet/greet was for floor seats only, just about anybody in the place came down and mobbed the scene. This effectively eliminated any of us from getting any pictures with the horse or having much, if any, conversation with the riders. Security was present but did nothing to prevent any and all from entering into the "exclusive" meet and greet. The tickets were expensive (well over $400.00) and we received nothing extra over the least expensive seats. People were allowed to sit anywhere, and there were numerous incidents where non floor seat holders had to move because the legitimate ticket holders found them sitting in their seats. The show itself was just ok.
I enjoyed every moment of this incredible celebration of the beloved horse! Rene's love of and pride in his intelligent creatures is so evident. He has much to be proud of! All of the riders were so talented. I am in my 50's and I felt like I was 10 again as I watched in awe and amazement. I couldn't stop clapping through the whole show! And it made it even more special to allow folks to touch and admire their stunning steeds close up! As a life-long horse lover, I highly recommend this show.
This was an excellent display of horse training. I feel like more people would enjoy it and choose to watch it if they understood what they were going to see. For those unfamiliar, it is a display of rare horse breeds that are highly (and humanely) trained by trainers they have obviously bonded to. They perform to the strengths and training of the horses. You do not have to be a "horse person" to enjoy this show.
I enjoyed this show very much, the horses are beautiful and so very will trained. I had a blast watching them and the show they put on. Loved It... Thanks.
Horses were just beautiful. Loved watching the Fresians, had never really seen them in action before. Loved to see the different horses and their styles of movement. Flamenco dancer was my least favorite...could have done without it. Would have loved to see more of a showy finish with the horses.
This was a very pleasant show. It took a few minutes to get used to the fact that there were not going to be " bigness" to this show. not hundreds of thundering stallions and daring acrobats...but it was more about refinement. Seemed more about people who cared about the animals which were relaxed, well cared for horses. The Master of ceremonies was outstanding The best I've heard. He spoke so clearly and with appropriate tone, telling a lot or relevant history and sharing a lot of horse know how. he narrated the many maneuvers performed flawlessly by the horses and riders . The name was royal gala, but in fact I felt like I was visiting a friends stable and the owner was giving me a private show of his loved pets. it was a very intimate show and By the end of the show you felt that you knew the horses, riders and trainers.
