Gabriel "Fluffy" Iglesias is one of America's most successful stand-up comedians performing to sold-out concerts around the world. He is also one of the most watched comedians on YouTube with almost a billion views and has over 25 million fans across social media.
In 2018, Iglesias was included in The Hollywood Reporter's "Top 40 Comedy Players" issue alongside comedy giants Jerry Seinfeld, Chris Rock and Lorne Michaels. The comedian has also had the distinct honor of being one of the few to headline and sell-out Madison Square Garden in New York, Staples Center in Los Angeles and Sydney Opera House in Australia.
Iglesias is the star and executive producer of Mr. Iglesias, the multi-cam, Netflix original comedy series, which is currently streaming Part 1-3. Iglesias plays a good-natured public high school teacher who works at his alma mater. He takes on teaching gifted but misfit kids to not only save them from being "counseled out" by a bully bureaucrat Assistant Principal, but also to help them unlock their full potential. In 2020, the show won best Primetime Comedy at The Imagen Awards, which recognizes positive portrayals of Latinx actors/actresses in the entertainment industry.
In addition to the Netflix comedy series, Iglesias penned a deal with Netflix to release his next two stand-up comedy specials for the streaming service. The first, titled One Show Fits All, was filmed in front of a sold-out audience at the Toyota Center in Houston and debuted in January 2019. The second, Stadium Fluffy premiered on October 18th on Netflix. The special was taped in front of a sold-out crowd of 50,000 fans at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles on May 6th and 7th, where Iglesias made history as the first comedian to perform at the iconic venue. Dodger Stadium is also the largest MLB stadium in the US.
Both of these specials are follow-ups to his highly successful 2016 special, I'm Sorry For What I Said When I Was Hungry, which was filmed at the Allstate Arena in Chicago to two sold-out shows with a total of 20,000 fans in attendance.
Feature film credits include co-starring roles in Magic Mike, Magic Mike XXL and A Haunted House 2. Gabriel's voice has been heard in many animated films including the recent Space Jam: A New Legacy as "Speedy Gonzales" streaming on HBOMAX. In 2017, Iglesias voiced the role of "Head Clerk" in Pixar's Academy Award nominated animated film Coco. He also voiced "Babo" in Ugly Dolls, "Rufus the Dog" in Sony's Golden Globe nominated animated holiday film The Star and "Cuatro" in Fox 20th Century Film's Academy Award nominated animated film Ferdinand. Gabriel is one of a handful of comedians with a theatrically released stand-up concert comedy film, The Fluffy Movie.
On the small screen, Fluffy's Food Adventures, a non-scripted comedic docu-follow series completed a 3-season run on FUSE TV in 2017. Gabriel was a recurring guest star on the ABC sitcom Cristela, and also guest-starred in an episode of ABC's hit comedy Modern Family. Comedy Central aired Iglesias' hit series Stand-Up Revolution for 3 seasons. Comedy Central also aired Gabriel Iglesias: Aloha Fluffy in an unprecedented two-night comedy special to over 15 million viewers. The special was a follow-up to his previous DVD specials, Hot & Fluffy and I'm Not Fat...I'm Fluffy, which have sold millions of copies.
Gabriel Iglesias is the youngest of six children, raised by a single mother in Long Beach, CA. It was during his childhood that he developed a strong sense of humor to deal with the obstacles he faced. In 1997, he set out to hone his comedic skills, and performed stand-up anywhere he could find an audience; including biker bars and hole-in-the-wall joints. Gabriel's stand-up comedy is a mixture of storytelling, parodies, characters and sound effects that bring his personal experiences to life. His unique and animated comedy style has made him popular among fans of all ages.
Got front row seats the second time seeing Fluffy in Mobile, AL and it did not disappoint! Fluffy was hilarious and even pulled the audience’s reactions into some of his jokes. Definitely worth the drive from Florida!
Fluffy was great! Arena was not. Parking lot fenced off. Cars parked everywhere. Finally found a parking garage 7 blocks away. Not enough food vendors. Ran out of food repeatedly. Sad
Fluffy is so awesome... don't put off seeing him...Everytime I have it has been the top comedy shows I see. Can't wait to see him again the next time he's near town.
While I was extremely excited to finally seeing him perform, we waited 2 hours to see him and when he finally came out my husband was taking a picture of the stage and were rudely escorted out because of taking a picture! Gabriel had not even stepped out on stage and we were forced to leave.
Fluffy was great as usual (fourth time seeing Fluffy).
The show was fantastic! Gabriel is hilarious and performs such an amazing show! I would DEFINITELY see him again!!! Seating was tight unfortunately, but the show was so worth it. And the people sitting next to us were nice and understanding.
The venue was horrible! The seats are so close together that you can't even move. You are literally squished next to one another. The concessions sold out any type of actual food which was limited at it's best as is. Parking was a nightmare too. The show its self was not horrible although a few jokes from the host and opening act were walking on the line of blasphemy and grotesque. Gabriel was by far way funnier but some of his new material took a long time to get to the punch line. There was never an actual opportunity to get his picture at the end either which was disappointing.
The show was very fun and he interacted well with the crowd. If you are sensitive to his jokes I wouldn’t advise you to go to his show. His jokes are very real.
My girlfriends and I ended up leaving halfway through Gabriel Iglesias' act because we were literally falling asleep. Total buzz kill for our first night in Nashville!
It was amazing, my husband and I laughed our butts off. It was true statements but hilarious at the same. Will definitely go again when he comes back.
Fluffy is ALWAYS worth seeing! He has two openers, Martín and Matt. Martín was ok but Matt was just a big miss. Almost creepy humor and vulgar to me. I heard many people say the same thing. The chairs at the feed ex forum are also so so uncomfortable!!! This is America why are they so small!!!!
OMG !! I have NEVER been to one of Gabriel’s shows, but we ABSOLUTELY LOVE HIM !! Couldn’t really afford the front row tickets , but thankfully was offered payments !! We laughed SO hard !! My friends say that was good for the soul !! We needed this more than you know, thank you , FLUFFY

Fluffy seemed to be talking about his emotions and anxiety more than telling jokes. Was highly disappointed that I spent the money for floor seats to hear this. His jokes when he told them were funny but he needs to stick to comedy and stop talking about his emotions.

I’ve never seen any of the comedians in person before, I wanted to go see Gabriel Iglesias for a long time, so my friend and I went. We had a great time and the acts were all hilarious.

I cannot say how much we enjoyed Fluffy. He was hilarious, and the show lasted even longer than we expected. I cannot wait to see him again.
