About

(G)I-DLE (MIYEON, MINNIE , SOYEON, YUQI, and SHUHUA) is a girl group under CUBE Entertainment who debuted in 2018 with their first mini-album [I am] 'LATATA'.

Starting from their debut song 'LATATA', 'HANN(Alone)', 'Senorita', and 'DUMDi DUMDi', with the group's unique concept of each song, the group has gained popularity all over the world.

In 2022, with the title track 'TOMBOY' of their first full album followed by 'Nxde' of their 5th mini album, the group has successfully topped both the domestic and global charts. The group has charted on iTunes chart in 40 regions around the world, made their debut on US Billboard 200, became the first-ever K-pop girl group to enter the top 40 on the Media Base, and the first to enter the Billboard Pop Airplay chart. These achievements have established them as an icon. In 2023, with the title song 'Queencard' from their 6th mini album, the group has topped domestic music charts and earned the title of 'million sellers,' setting a record. The group has proved their strong global popularity through their '2023 (G)I-DLE WORLD TOUR [I am FREE-TY]', which was held in 18 different cities worldwide, and releasing the group's first English album [HEAT]. In 2024, their 2nd full album [2] topped iTunes Top Albums charts in 24 regions and countries, including the U.S. iTunes Worldwide and European Album charts, creating another global sensation. Additionally, for the first time since their debut, they topped the U.S. iTunes Top 100 chart, showing their exceptional status.

In particular, (G)I-DLE returned with a successful stage performance and recorded 1.53 million copies in initial first-week sales with their new album '2(Two)', surpassing the initial first-week sales of their previous 6th mini album 'I feel', which totaled 1,163,395 copies. This achievement solidifies their status as '2 consecutive million sellers', marking yet another 'career high' record for the group.

In Addition, the group is set to start their world tour starting at the KSPO Dome in Seoul from August 3rd to August 4th, 2024.

Starting off with Seoul, the group is planning to meet global fans in a total of 14 cities, including Hong Kong, Tokyo, Tacoma, Oakland, Anaheim, Houston, Rosemont, Belmont Park, Taipei, Bangkok, Macau, Melbourne, and Sydney.

  • Amazing Evening!

by Jose on 8/17/23Rating: 4 out of 5

This was my first time in NYC, but finding the venue was incredibly easy (walkable city). My first impressions were not great, because the line was several blocks down; the doors were said to open at 6 (which is when i arrived), and it took until almost 7 to get inside. I’m not sure how long the line was behind me, but there were still people shuffling in at 7:30 when the show began. The venue staff were very polite and getting through security only took a moment. They did their best to manage the merch line, but unfortunately it was right in the middle and felt more like a mob than a line. Finding my seat was super easy, and the staff directed those who needed help. It seemed like everyone got seated quickly. The crowd was a bit rowdy during the show, but that was kind of expected (people need to learn concert etiquette!). I didn’t notice any technical difficulties during the show, and (G)I-DLE did amazing! I had the easiest leaving-a-concert experience of my life at this venue, since NYC is such an easily walkable area. Overall, the show was great! My recommendations would be: a) Open the doors earlier so everyone can get in on time. b) Create a designated merch line OR use the lower floor for merch!

  • One of the best nights of my life!

by Jamie on 8/16/23Rating: 5 out of 5

These girls are just phenomenal. You can tell they work so hard at what they do. The whole show, they sounded, looked, and danced amazing. They were also super cute and funny during their segments of talking. 10/10 recommend seeing them live!

  • So Good!

by Joanne on 8/16/23Rating: 5 out of 5

This was my second time seeing them live - I saw them in LA and they were so good. They were even better this time around, and I loved how they had solo covers of songs important to them - Minnie's Dahlia (that she wrote), Miyeon's solo album title track Drive, and how Shuhua grew from when she first debuted until now. I do wish that it was easier to find out how the line moved at the theater since we were crammed into one spot under the awning for a long time without getting any updates.

  • Safe experience

by Isa More on 8/16/23Rating: 5 out of 5

My 16 years old were going alone to the (G)-Idle concert inside the MSG and I was a little nervous but the staff was really helping and reassuring me about the exit of my girls after the concert and the venue was clean and super safe. The experience was amazing. I waited for my girls outside, walking around the Times Square Area. Then I ate at the Penn station waiting the end of the concert. Thank you staff, you were all amazing!

  • Amazing show worthy of big venue

by Chad on 8/16/23Rating: 5 out of 5

Not really a big fan of (G)I-dle but i decided to go to as much KPOP concert as possible. It turns out that their show is top tier and worthy of a big venue. The song selections were great and I can feel the energy from the members. Yuqi was especially great with her audience engagement during her solo and talking stages. The ending was also energized and felt like it's a happy ending to the concert. Overall 9/10. Waiting for them to get bigger and be in a big venue like MSG or UBS. Looking forward to that day!

by Apeniera on 8/16/23Rating: 5 out of 5

Amazing show by the ladies of (G)I -dle from start to finish. With how loud everyone was that night you really couldn’t tell that the venue was small. Hope they get a bigger venue for next time they come to NYC!

  • Just me, IDLE

    by A. F. on 8/15/23Rating: 5 out of 5

I love (G)I-DLE, and they put on an amazing concert! They're so talented, and they gave their all. The stages were so pretty, and they interacted so much with the crowd. I can't wait to see them again!

  • Great performance

by Lmgg on 8/15/23Rating: 5 out of 5

Smooth entry and access to seats. Lines for merch and bar could be better organized; plenty times people were able to cut by blending in a large crowd and no clear way to distinguish lines. Stage was great except for the sides of the stage. Curtains could’ve been pulled more to the side to allow for better viewing of stage. Gidle’s stage had a few parts where artists were deeper in the stage so those close to the curtains couldn't see them OR the big screens on the curtains. But otherwise artists and performances were amazing.

  • lived up to the hype

by Idle fan on 8/14/23Rating: 5 out of 5

Very rarely have I gone to an event that exceeded expectations--and I can happily say, IDLE was one of them. I've never had so much fun at a concert. When they started performing my bag, I literally lost m mind. 10/10, definitely going to see them again.

  • NYC Show was the BEST

    by J. S. on 8/13/23Rating: 5 out of 5

I don’t even know where to begin but it was an amazing show!!!! The girls were so sweet and we got to see a glimpse into their individuality as artists and as people in general. A lot of fun fan interactions, amazing setlist, amazing choreography, 100/10 would recommend.

  • Great Show

by Maggie on 8/10/23Rating: 5 out of 5

What a cute group. Great voices, great performers and great personalities. Had a fun time.

  • They know how to put on a show!

by Anna on 8/10/23Rating: 4 out of 5

My voice was scratchy at the end but I survived. I had a panic attack at the start because they made us download another app just to get in the building. We missed the start of it. But as soon as I saw them I was like omg what was I mad about again?! Best night ever and plus I got a free banner on the way back to the car. Neverland was very friendly and very energetic even though I sat behind tall folks but I had a really good seat.
