I am a FREESTYLE lover but the place was doing justice with the sound. I was sitting in section 117 i can even imagine what the upper sections heard. Hard Rock Hollywood needs to step that up
The performers never disappoint. All the music was great. The venue was great. I won my tickets and the seats were great. Hope they have another soon.
We should have a freestyle fest! Every year! I truly enjoyed it!
It was an awesome concert. Every singer gives their best to please the crowd, and they feed off our energy. They were also very thankful of us for supporting them. About 4 hours of non stop entertainment. Really enjoyable time.
The sound was so off and badly configured that it was unpleasant to listen to! The crowd had excellent energy and the music nostalgia was good however for the price I paid extremely frustrated and disappointed
While this was not the first freestyle free-for-all event that I have ever been to, this was definitely the one with the largest venue. That being said, I guess large venues create large problems because 3/4 of the way through the show, multiple artists had microphone malfunctions, causing an awkward and unpleasurable audible experience for those who chose to stick around and had to listen to the backup singers perform as the main attractions. Hopefully the tour and the Hard Rock get their act together in the very near future because if they don’t, this might just be my last time in attendance.
Close to home. So much fun. You can never get bored with Freestyle.
We had a great time reminiscing and watching the artists from our younger days performing. The only thing that would have made it better is if Stevie B had been there!

Music was good but a bit too much 90's and not enough 80's for my crowd. Rob Base made it all worth it!! I will say that the show could've been run better. A lot of technical difficulties and did not seem to be well produced.
I thought the flow of the concert was magnificent. The way the stage transferred from one artist to another was fantastic. The different genres that were represented was perfect balance. Dance, pop, edm, old school rap.
The Freestyle Free for All concert was amazing! The artists all sounded great and barring some technical issues with the microphones, the concert went well. It was a fantastic night reliving our youth. Truly a wonderful concert!
I bought my ticket because Jenny from Ace of Base was on the original lineup but was later removed. There was a lot of off-key singing, and that’s when they weren’t lip syncing. At times, the volume on the vocals were too high. Expose was cool, but skipped arguably their biggest hit. Freedom Williams of C&C Music Factory was the other one I was excited to see and was the highlight of the night. The event ran over 4 hours long, which would’ve been fine if the music actually sounded good and had more recognizable songs in the set list.
One drink 1 hots $80. Lot of sound the musis couldnt be heard .
It was owesome, even though there were some audio problems. Some of the microphone didn't work properly. Also people were waiting for Brenda K Start and never showed.
The only negative was there was too much bass drowning out the singers voice/ singing while performing on stage. There was never that much bass during the seventies and eighties music.
The concert was amazing like usually so so good we go every year cant wait to next year
I was a good concert. We danced sang and had a blast. Now waiting for the next concert
If you like freestyle at all then you need to go to one of these shows. So much much. Great energy. Takes you back. Absolutely AhhhMazing ! !
