It is the 1st time that I can enjoy this private concert, the way how they handled the scenario, the memories, inspiration to write songs. it was a special night with friends I wish can enjoy more of this kind of events Best regards
I and my mother love jazz so we drove up from LA. We saw Pancho at El Foro in Tijuana, Mexico in July of 2019. He was excellent and sounds even better live than recorded. So engaged with crowd - he came out near end to shake hands. Venue has swamp coolers so took long to feel comfortable. Next time I hope his manager gets a nicer venue. But I loved his concert!
Francisco Cespedes is a Cuban-Mexican feeling crooner which mission was this night to add sweetness to the audience with his own songs, poems of real inspirational love and perfect writing, and he did for 3 long hours, spreading emotions and uncontrollable desires to his followers with his latest CD and songs which Cespedes composed back in the 80’s to one of his genuine and impossible lovers, a woman of 10 seconds. He maintains a depurated vocal interpretation as I listened as he sang Todavia, Still, his best that soirée, something to celebrate excellence in Cuban-Mexican music and makes me to feel really proud of. I could compare him to Cohen and Bublé, in Canada. I think price was right, perhaps it could be more in many big places today for this solo. Theater could open a café-bar, please. Cespedes could sign the CD’s at the door, please.
We paid $150 for each ticket, there were no production at all, no rehelarsel, Francisco Cespedes treat the audience like he was playing for free, I was super dissapointed
Great music, good show even for a solo singer. Amazing interaction w the public. I enjoyed every second of it only con is the venue is not up to par w the singer. I would have preferred a nicer place.
