France Joli was great. The couple in front of us fighting and tossing a drink on me.....sucked
This was one of the best concerts I've been to it took me back to my teenage years, loved it!!!
Excellent Concert. Everyone was in top form. Rainere Martin's Tribute to Donna Summer is a "must see/hear" experience. Disco Unlimited is The Best Band in Town. My only complaint is that most people were not wearing masks.
We loved everything about the show! Seeing all the disco performers from the 70's and 80's was amazing!! From Lime, to Musique, to the Traamps the show didn't disappoint! Joe Causi as emcee was the icing on the cake!!
Excellent show, loved it, safe environment always great to go here no matter where you are seated great view!
The event would have been more enjoyable if people were not blocking the performance. There also was a fight behind us which was scary in this environment and some of the sound was off during some of the performance. It was not strictly disco There was freestyle, doo op and r&b. Was nice to hear some oif the acts
When I accepted my tickets on my cellphone , Ticketmaster said that was all I needed. I waited on line to get in and when the lusher saw my phone, she said they needed a paper ticket. I had to go outside in the rain and wait on another line just to get my ticket then get back on the original line to show the usher my paper tickets. The concert was alright. There were many older singers that had either aids helping them or they used walkers. I guess we are all getting older.. I went to the concert two years ago and it was a lot better with different groups.
This was a really fun show, with a dozen acts. With that many, most only performed a few songs. But the greatest hits work well in this format
great performance by great artists wish they would have more then once a year but bass sound was bad hurt your ears
went to concert performance was great bad sound that blow our ears a lot of acts sound was terrible
The Disco Fever show at NYCB Theatre at Westbury was awesome!!! The whole event was outstanding, starting from the Covid protocols that went extremely smooth. The entertainers were great and the whole evening was spectacular. This was one of the best shows that I have ever seen there. Can't wait for next years' show. Hats off to all!!!
She still has a powerful voice and relates very well to her audience. She is sincere when she speaks with the the audience. It is evident she appreciates the audience and always gives it her all.
Sound system failed terribly at least 6-7 times during the concert. There was very little audience excitement. The event was just OK...
I always enjoy the performances done by these singers. They give it their all and feel passionate about their music. Always love Joe Causi too. The show was 4 hours long which I truly enjoyed Best ever
Disco Night was very disappointing !!! we left before the concert was even over !
Looking forward to next year ... great performances by all
Show is too long, would rather have seen a good opening band such as disco unlimited,Harold Melvin’s bluenotes and Tavares
We had so much fun. I would strongly suggest a Tavares concert The were OUTSTANDING
So sad. Who were the two in the opening act? With only one refrain to repeat continuously, they had nothing left to sing. Tavares, as always, was wonderful. But, what the heck happened to The Tramps? As someone who has their albums filled with great songs, they didn't sing any of their hits except their poorly performed Disco Inferno. Seems the whole show, even Joe Piscopo didn't really want to be there for anyone who wasn't from New York or New Jersey. As someone who grew up in discos of the 70's, entered and won many dance competitions, it was disappointing.
What a great show! The crowd was electric with everyone dancing and screaming. All of the artists were fantastic with Oasis (the backing band) opening the show with a KC & the Sunshine Band classic. Lime, Rochelle Fleming, France Joli, Luci & Norma Jean from CHIC, Tavares, and The Trammps were all amazing! And the band that backed up all of the artists was amazing! FYI... I was the guitarist! :-)
