You can catch stand-up comedian, writer, and actor, Fortune Feimster, on the radio, on screens both big and small, and touring her stand-up across the nation. Fortune Feimster's first one-hour special, SWEET & SALTY, is currently streaming on Netflix and was nominated for Best Comedy Special for the Critics' Choice Awards. Prior to her one-hour special, Netflix released Feimster's half-hour special in 2018 as part of THE STANDUPS, which received rave reviews. She has done late night TV sets on CONAN and LATE NIGHT WITH SETH MEYERS and has another acclaimed half hour special on Comedy Central.
Beginning her career in Los Angeles as a member of the prestigious Groundlings Sunday Company, Fortune Feimster first became known nationally as a writer and panelist on E's hit show CHELSEA LATELY before starring as a series regular on Hulu's THE MINDY PROJECT and NBC's CHAMPIONS. She has gone on to have many guest appearances and recurring roles on TV shows including RU PAUL'S DRAG RACE, DEAR WHITE PEOPLE, DRUNK HISTORY, CLAWS, 2 BROKE GIRLS, WORKAHOLICS, GLEE, IDIOTSITTER, TALES OF THE CITY, THE L WORD: GENERATION Q, LIFE IN PIECES and @MIDNIGHT. On the film side, you can catch Fortune in OFFICE CHRISTMAS PARTY, SOCIAL ANIMALS, FATHER OF THE YEAR, and YES DAY. You may recognize her voice from TV, in roles including Evelyn on THE SIMPSONS, Brenda on Fox's BLESS THE HARTS, and Ava on Cartoon Network's SUMMER CAMP.
Fortune can currently be heard every morning with Tom Papa on Sirius XM's channel 93 on their show, WHAT A JOKE WITH PAPA AND FORTUNE. She also hosts a weekly podcast with her partner, Jax, called SINCERELY FORTUNE. Feimster frequently recurred on LIGHTS OUT WITH DAVID SPADE on Comedy Central and is currently starring opposite David Spade on the new Netflix series, THE NETFLIX AFTERPARTY. You can catch her playing Pam on NBC's KENAN or Pinky in the recently released BARB AND STAR GO TO VISTA DEL MAR. Along with co-writing and selling two comedy pilots to ABC, the latter of which is produced by Tina Fey, Fortune co-wrote and is attached to star in two features, BAD COP BAD COP and FIELD TRIP, both of which were acquired by Spielberg's Amblin Pictures.
Second time seeing Fortune and had a blast. Seen a few shows at DPAC and love the area.
So Fortune was amazing, the show was amazing, opener was wonderful but wow, Did we HAVE to be sat one on top of each other with ALLLLLLL The empty spaces between us, geez I had to listen to a drunk guy who smuggled in booz in a nalgene bottle talk all the way through the event and he was practically sitting on top of my partner. There were 12 empty seats next to them. If the ushers see this sort of spacing they could encourage people to sit where they want to instead of just having us crammed in like cattle in such a spacious place. Having to get coughed on and smell everyones breath and farts when there are a couple hundred empty seats is absurd and lowers our dignity as a paying audience. SPACE US BETTER
I was very surprised! i had NO idea what to expect, and she did a fantastic job! i laughed at absolutely every joke!
Fortune was so funny and lovable that you feel like she could be your friend in real life. Her stories are hilariously odd, yet identifiable, in a way that allows people to connect on a deeper level with her. Go see the show. You won’t regret it!
Great show enjoyed her and the comic before her. Seat to close together. Worse than airline seat room. Those with hips took up 1 and a half seats.

Fortune was great. Especially loved her taking time to really connect and wave at the end! Loved that she had a local person as a warm up.
She was amazing, non-stop laughter. She delivers every story so easily and inviting to all ❤️
We had a great time, amazing show. I hope she comes back to Tucson!!
Had a great time!!! Fortune is hilarious!!! The meet and greet was the cherry on top.
Got tickets for my mother (79), me (49) and my daughter (15)- we all were falling out of our seats laughing! Thanks for a wonderful start to our girls weekend in the city! We love you Fortune!!!!!
Show was amazing! Opener was hilarious and the entire set was amazing! I was also super excited to see Biggie come out at the end!! 10/10 would see her again
Although the venue was freezing before the show started, it was an incredible night!! Zach Towers was a hilarious opening act. This was our second time seeing Fortune and she definitely did not disappoint!! She is unapologetically true to herself which makes her comedy flow naturally and always funny.
Her shows have been canceled a few times because of Covid. I was so glad to see her finally. She is so funny and her opener was funny as well. I love gay humor! The seats we had were great. It was so affordable.
I was thrilled to be at Fortune's Chicago Theater debut and she killed it. She should be doing a show here every year!
She was hilarious and Chicago theater is an excellent venue.
Fortune was HILARIOUS as was her opener. The Chicago Theater was great as always.
Huge fan of Fortune and she didn’t disappoint! She is a great comedian, storyteller and all-out sing-stress extraordinaire!
Loved the show - can’t wait to see her again! We had a fantastic time.
Bought tickets for my family for Christmas. They absolutely loved Fortune! My mom said at one point she was laughing so hard she couldn’t catch her breath. I’m happy to say we’ve created 3 new Fortune fans😉
