My wife and I had a wonderful experience watching the afternoon performance of Forever Plaid. Since I had worked in the Live Sound industry for 30+ years, I thought I might be disappointed in the sound for this show. I WAS NOT. In fact, I was totally impressed!! The talent and quality of performance were awesome.
The Cabrillo theatre was a great venue for this show. A smaller auditorium, that lent to the fun and intimacy of the show Forever Plaid. The performances by all were flawless, and a lot of fun. Would love to see this again, and other performances at this theatre.
This was a really enjoyable show. The four guys who played "The Plaids" were very talented and funny. They also had great singing voices. My wife and I took my mom for her birthday and she loved it!
Not what I expected. Much too expensive for that show. Told at first that it was all sold out so went thru ticketmaster and paid way too much. Especially disappointed to see 4 rows ahead of me practically all empty and rows behind me very empty. How could it have been all sold out for Saturday, February 1st with so many empty rows? Not a very happy camper!
Very talented actors who can sing in HARMONY, dance, juggle, and have impeccable timing with each other for jokes give a great performance of songs and events that they are too young to remember but the audience does and Forever Plaid brings back many fun and great memories of my youth. Wish all the young people of today could see this and understand how talented these guys are
Very fun show. Puts you in a good mood. Easy parking. Great view of stage. Friendly staff.
The singers were unbelievably entertaining and comical! I loved the energy and the reflection of days gone. All four of the cast gave the audience a performance that will be unforgettable. This was our 2nd time to see this musical, but this was the best and exceeded my expectations. I would strongly recommend!!
This was my second time to see Forever Plaid, and I was not disappointed. The entire production was fantastic! Particularly, the four singers pulled off the tight harmonies needed to make this show work, as well as the comedic chops to keep the audience laughing. The song variety calls for a virtuoso pianist and bass player, and those roles were filled well. The show would be entertaining for any age, but those of us who grew up in the 50's and 60's would definitely be taken back in time. If you get the chance, see a production of Forever Plaid!
It was a great show. The cast was Excellent and worked very well in their parts. It was excellent for all ages. It was funny and did not require any bad language or any overposering action or any non family humor. Totally satisfied with the program. and very pleased with Casa Manana as usual.
Totally enjoyed the whole performance. So much fun and such amazing musicians!
What a super fun show! We had such a good time. The guys were hilarious and sang terrifically. Will so go see it again when it comes back to town!!

We had such a fun time and the singers and piano player and bass were wonderful! I took my 80 year old Mother who had seen it twice before and she said this was the first time the actors made her cry. It was very sweet, good and touching. Thank you
What a delightful journey down memory lane. I've seen the play before and each time it evokes fond memories of the music and life of that time. They did a wonderful job and the harmony was fantastic.
What a fun night. Forever Plaid was just as enjoyable, if not more, than the first time we saw it 20 years ago. They put a new spin on it. The voices were outstanding. The pianist was impeccable. We had a blast. The only complaint was that it was over too soon. This is not to be missed if it's coming your way.
A great show! Wonderfully sining and just as much staging to combine to make a fabulous performance. Smiled and laughed the whole way through!
