Credit card of purchase and Photo ID must be present when picking up will call tickets. Will Call is located at the main box office in the southwest corner of the Events Center.

Fourteen (14) (9 paved and 5 gravel) lighted parking lots can accommodate 3,600 vehicles. All lots are adjacent to the Ford Wyoming Center. Unless otherwise stated, the parking fee is already included in the event ticket fee.

Oak View Group strives to provide guests with disabilities the same opportunities to access the Ford Wyoming Center as others while allowing them to benefit from the same services. The Ford Wyoming Center is fully compliant with all ADA guidelines. Elevators and seating for people with mobility concerns are available. The Ford Wyoming Center offers wheelchair assistance to and from guest seats. Wheelchairs are not issued for the duration of an event. You may request wheelchair assistance from our drop off at the circle on West Boulevard, please call the SinclairTix Box Office at (307) 577-3030 in advance of your arrival. Assistive listening receivers, headphones and other devices are available to guests upon request at our First Aid station near the Box Office. A drivers license or state-issued ID is required.

The Childrens Ticket Policy Varies by Event. For most events, children under 2 are free when seated on a ticketed adult's lap. Once a child has reached their second birthday they do need to have a valid event ticket. Please refer to the event information page for Age limits, as some productions have different children age policy requirements.
