There were no signs of which gate was which no one with Can I Help for information if you brought bag where was the locker truck ????? It was a sold out event but it needed more help at vendors for food usually for water/soda you can go into another line not there Upon Exiting they still had guard rails up instead of making them into exiting you had to walk around and employee made it her # 1 job ito walk around The infield pre show was very Nice

I tried to enter game using mobile ticket. Went to gate early anticipating problems could occur with so many people. Pulled up my tickets following instructions given by Ticket Master. Practiced before leaving home. At gate bar code would not come up for scanning by person manning the entry. Several people with me. One of which was having a medical episode. Supervisors and gate staff did not have technology skill sets to help. I was told to go to North Gate outside to get a printed ticket. NOT! I had documentation of ticket purchase in my online banking account and Ticket Master had their money. Went to our seats and enjoyed our team and band performances. Otherwise this experience would have ruined my weekend. I witnessed many, many other individuals having the same problem as we did. This is the thing, the announced count of attendance was probably inaccurate because folks just made decisions to go to their seats without getting scanned. And, many were delayed for kickoff because of gate staff trying to scan and could not. Read an article next day stating Taylor Swift fans who purchased tickets via Ticket Master had same trouble trying to get into her concert. Mobile is great concept but obviously some sort of software program failed.

Awesome event every year!!! The street vendors, the fan experience, entering & exiting the stadium was outstanding... There needs to be some Traffic control done by Orlando PD.. Driving away from the stadium was horrible, grid lock.. Where was the Orlando PD??????

The atmosphere, the unity, and the HBCU culture altogether makes everything so amazing. Last year was my first experience, so it's always a pleasure seeing my striking Rattlauhs cage those hailing Wildcats.

This was simply one of the best Florida Blue Florida Classics of recent years! It was truly extraordinary!! The amenities, food, refreshments, vendors, plaza facility, bands, and the game were all outstanding! There is, however, room for improvement, and some change is warranted. The publicity, advertisement, and marketing of this classic left much to be desired. There was not much advance promotion; the quality, quantity, and publicity of the classic was not what it used to be! It did not appear to be hyped up!! Secondly, there was some confusion about the free game shuttle service. The location of the pick-up and drop-off areas were not forthcoming well enough in advance. Even the Lynx Bus Terminal/headquarters was not clear, concise, and informed about locations! All or some of these areas of improvement may account for the low game attendance; just under 55,000 persons attending. Understand COVID has also had a negative impact. All the more reasons to really promote and market this experience! We have witnessed previous classics above 60,000 to 70,000 attendees pre-COVID! Despite these points of improvement, the experience was noteworthy and exciting!! Our thanks to Florida Blue, Camping World, the City of Orlando Government, Lynx, Orange County Government, and others for being such wonderful sponsors!!! Looking forward to next year!!! Thank you for the input!!

The atmosphere was great. FAMU band was the highlight of the event for me. Marching 100 is top tier.

Love the cultural and the commentator of the game. Easy to get my seats and food was amazing although the lines were long and the foods were running out fast. Lol

I took my kids (4yo & 10mo) as their first football game. I really wanted my older one to witness HBCU culture. We had an amazing time. There were plenty of vendors, the bands were amazing (The Marching 100 won, AS ALWAYS), and the game was fun! I especially loved the shuttles to the stadium. It was very organized and you never had to go wait more than 5 minutes. Everyone there was friendly and I intend to bring the kids back every year.

It was nostalgic. I hadn't attended the classic for several years, and I didn't expect it to live up to the past. I was thrilled to find that it did. The pageantry and activites were top notch, and there were no negative vibes througout the weekend. Great game too! Go FAMU!!!!

Had a Ball @ Bethune/FAMU Game, weather was nice, great seating & truly enjoyed the showdown @ halftime.

This was my second or 3rd classic in my life. My son is a Marching 100. His excitement added to mine. We had a great time, its weird to say, but it was well organized all the way down to the vendors. Next time we will uber, traffic was insane...

This was my 1st Florida Classic and it was awesome. I enjoyed the booths, the food, the music and just meeting new and old people. The game was exciting and fun and the weather was beautiful! I would most definitely come back to another one!!

Event was very organized. Staff was nice and friendly. We had a great time.

Everything was great!! The halftime show was awesome. Great food, and the support for both schools is fantastic.

Had a wonderful time once we were in the stadium. My only issue was the lack of official personnel to help direct vehicle and walking traffic. Was an accident waiting to happen. Other than that, had an awesome time.

The game was amazing!! But this was my first time seeing the Marching 100 the band was fabulous!!

This was an excellent event. The only complaint is the handicapped parking lot 6 needs to have an attendee. There were handicapped designated spaces with tents in the spaces making it impossible for cars to park. Additionally, the police need to direct traffic when persons are exiting the lot. There was no organization in the exiting.

Entering the stadium was easy, but finding your seats was terrible. No attendant to assist. Exiting the stadium was a nightmare. Not a police around to direct the traffic on Tampa Avenue (people was everywhere) trying to get to orange blossom trail on your own. Got To Do Better!
