I have been a fan of Mariachi Flor de Toloache for years. This is the second concert I have been lucky enough to be a part of. This group of ladies are simply exquisite. Their beautiful musicality, power, femininity, wisdom and heart were displayed every moment of the concert. It was a joy and transcended me to another world. Love them. Please bring them back!
The music was - as always with Flor de Toloache - delightful. But the experience was partially ruined by a guy constantly walking around the stage with a monster camera - often obstructing our view. VERY irritating and distracting!
My mom is the one that recommended Flor de Toloache, I was excited to see them and it was one of the most amazing performances I have seen. The energy of the crowd and the amazing atmosphere that the all female mariachi band provided was beyond words. I cant wait for their next show!!
They put on one incredible show. From the opening number to the encore it’s an experience one must just have!
What an amazingly talented bunch of musicians who can take our traditional mariachi and make it even more beloved. Their musicianship is impeccable with amazing technique on their instruments - and three of them sing! Harmonies were really tight and sych expression in their singing. True mark of a mariachi. An absolutely fantastic concert. I've already alerted my Kiwis!
This is the third time I have been to their concerts and I will hear them next February too. They are extraordinary musicians and singers. They have reached a level of proficiency that puts them on a world stage along the likes of Los Lobos. It boggles the mind that they are even owing to get better. Perhaps some day we will look back and consider them among the very best of all time.
Wow! These ladies are talented. The show was amazing, full of energy, love and latin musical pizzazz! I had several of their songs but had not had the opportunity to see them live and I was glad I had the opportunity to hear them at our local Riverside Fox venue. The venue was great, the musica was awesome and the ambiance was warm and special. Que viva Flor de Toloache!
The show was very good. This is not your typical mariachi band. They took the music the entertainment to a whole new level, with modernizing the songs that have are traditional Mexican anthems. They were very personable to all of their fans. We will definitely go see them again.
