Wow!. The New Yorker still has it and brought it to Scottsdale last Saturday Night. What a night to sing along and enjoy the best music of a generation with this high energy dude and his amazing band. Not a dull second and the crowd was with him from the moment he strolled onto the stage. Hope this isn;t the last we've seen or heard of the Rock and Roll legend of writing, singing, and performing.
Arrived early for the concert at Talking Stick Resort so we went to the Coyote Cafe and had something to eat and a few drinks. Service and food was excellent. By the time we finished the doors to the showroom were open and we found our seats. The show started and it was great! We were not disappointed in the least. Felix Cavaliers and band did all the Rascal songs. He was very animated, personable and related well with the whole audience as told a story about every song. The band was phenomenal and each member did several terrific solos rips. Felix was just terrific. The venue was a great spot to see a concert . No bad seats in the house. It was an intimate setting and there screens on each side of the stage that showed some great videos while the band performed. It was a great concert and well worth it. Look forward to going there again, and if you have a chance to see Felix Cavaliers, don’t miss him.

Felix’s heart, soul and energy is in his music. He shares his joy and passion as if it was his first concert. I relieved many fond memories growing up in upstate N.Y. serving in Vietnam and later attending Syracuse University also the alma mater of Felix Cavaliere and Dick Clark. I encourage everyone to attend his performances and check out his videos.
Felix is always a first class act!! This is the forth time we’ve seen him perform...looking forward to the next time!! His band was wonderful as well!
I looked forward to finally seeing Felix Cavaliere. My expectations were heightened when the guy who introduced the band exclaimed that Felix still had his voice. Well, not exactly. He struggled to get out all of the words and hold notes. I honestly thought he was having a heart attack, mopping his brow, out of breath. Not a good night. I also didn't care for the insertion of other artist's songs in the middle of Rascals songs...hey, you had plenty of your own! I got the feeling that I was watching a cover band with all that going on. The band was good, though. The guy who sang Eddie's songs did a good representation.
Felix had great energy and was very entertaining, I have seen many great shows at this fine venue. Unfortunately, I thought last night was not one of them. In my opinion, the sound mix/quality marred the performance and in particular the bass was cranked up to 11! The subtlety of some of the Rascals great tunes were lost in thundering sub-woofers. ☹️
This was my second time seeing Felix Cavaliere at the Southwest FLorida Event Center in Bonita Springs Florida-and it did not disappoint!!! Not only was the show awesome-playing all the old favorites, but we met him backstage. He gave us a “sound bite” that we can use on a new radio station going on the air in Boston! He was so gracious and accommodating I was really impressed! Keep on rockin’ Felix!! We love you!! Dan & Victoria Serino
We absolutely loved the concert. We were at table 30 which was perfect.
Felix doesn’t sing so well anymore, but his show’s production is so incredible that no one notices. The crowd was interactive with the first song and it never let up. We would see him again.
Espite some negative reviews I read about the Venue, the food, the service, etc. We had a great time. The Food was okay, the service was very good. The opening act wasn't too good, thankfully he only played for 30 minutes . Felix and the Rascals were outstanding, they played all the hits, and rocked the house. People were singing and dancing. Enjoyed it immensely.
Felix Cavaliere's Rascals did a great concert. Felix was in fine voice. The current Rascals were great musicians and vocalists
This is what music is supposed to be about. Bands having fun and interacting with the audience in a small cool venue. Playing great music and not preaching about politics. I only wish the show was longer than 1.5 hours but at 77 years old, I guess that was the limit. Their songs actually sounded better live than the recordings and their sound was very bluesy. I was definitely surprised and pleased.
Felix is still having a great time bringing his songs to the people who grew up with them, myself included. I was lucky enough to see the Rascals reunion stage show a couple of years ago, this was not that, but he had a pretty good backing band. Although his voice is pretty raspy he brought good energy to the delivery and everyone had a good time.
Great performance. Good variety of music from the 60s. Lots of energy on stage. Definitely enjoyed the night.
Great venue, small with not a bad seat in the house. Felix put on a lively and fun show. Band was great. Should have been more people there though
Felix does a very good job especially for a guy 77 years old. His excellent band made the concert that much better. So many great old familiar songs.
Attended the 11/13 show at the Sharon, The Villages FL. We were looking forward to some of the greatest songs and memories of our past. We were quite disappointed. Unfortunately, he doesn't have the voice or energy anymore. It was not a professional production either. The background vocals were lacking and the instrument balance was way off and tinny. He interrupted his songs unnecessarily, to play era hits by other artists. The background video display was more of a high school production that just played over in a continuous loop. When he said goodnight after an hour and 15-minutes, I felt cheated. I gave the performance 3 stars because his music still lives till today and his catalog did accompany some of the best memories of our lives. YMMV
Felix Cabalier's Rascals was a very enjoyable show. He was an energetic performer. His voice is still in fine shape. Their string of hits are pretty amazing. Also on the bill was Mark Farner, who was really great as well. A very energetic showman and a funny, likable stage persona. His voice was very powerful. He was belting out those high notes. I was a fan of Grand Funk when I was a kid so it was great hearing the songs live. The only problem was that the sound mix could have been better. The bass guitar was up too loud and the guitar too low in the mix.
Mark Farner can still play and sing but did not play bad time nor rock and roll soul. Felix had a good band but cannot sing. On how can I be sure he had a band member sing the song.
