  • Feist Multitudes tour is a feast

Feist gave a beautiful, engaging and mesmerizing performance

  • Feist is a musical genius

by Rho on 2/17/24Commodore Ballroom - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

Feist at the commodore was incredible. Some sort of go pro device was used and projected on a big screen. She had a stage set up in the middle of the dance floor. I have never seen this at the commodore before. It felt as intimate as it gets. Especially since she turned her microphone every song or so. These paired down songs were so beautiful. It was so well choreographed but she is also master at interacting with the crowd. I could go on because so many things happened. For the last set of songs she was on the main stage with her band. I was so entertained that I didn’t even want to get another drink for fear of missing something. Not only was her voice and guitar playing fantastic but the concert was also an art installation. Bravo Feist. You are amazing.

  • Fun Playful & Intimate

by Stargazer on 2/16/24Commodore Ballroom - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

What an amazing experience to see & hear Feist in concert on her birthday at the Commodore Ballroom in Vancouver! She rocked the night like fireworks! Her connection with her fans was humorous and cheeky! I loved the intimacy that was created by her being solo on a circular stage on the dance floor and then the positive vibes and high energy that emerged from shifting to the front stage with her band. Her voice, like an autumn breeze singing, was so amazing to experience, as was how she wove in free verse poetry into her celebratory performance. It was overall a fun, beautiful and personable night because her playfulness with her audience stayed consistent and she embedded moments between songs that felt so relatable when sharing about herself, including about becoming a mother.

  • Couldn’t hear her

by Noël on 2/15/24Commodore Ballroom - VancouverRating: 2 out of 5

Super disappointed that it was impossible to hear Fiest from our seats upstairs in this intimate venue. We missed every word of her speaking, for example - and she did a LOT of speaking - between songs. We would hear those on the main floor laughing constantly , but we were left out, missing a huge part of the experience for lack of adequate amplification of her voice.

Loved it! Many unexpected elements which made it a feel personal and still a rock show. She is legend!

  • Pleasant Surprise

by kenren on 6/1/23MGM Music Hall at Fenway - BostonRating: 5 out of 5

After arrive at MGM Music Hall we were told there would be no seating on the second floor where we had bought seats. Wasn't too happy about that but got spots very near the round stage. Seeing Leslie Feist up close and personal was fantastic and the interactive/visual nature of the entire show made us very happy we were NOT seated on the second floor. Nice venue and excellent show.

What an amazing show. I always see Leslie when she comes to town and sometimes I will do a road trip to see he play south of the boarder. This was the best performance I have seen from her. A great mix of new and old with chill and rock-out energy. I loved every moment.

An amazing, intimate and magical show! Third time seeing Feist and it was fantastic.

  • Great show that really connected with the audience

by DB3D on 5/20/23MGM Music Hall at Fenway - BostonRating: 4 out of 5

The best thing about the show was that it ended up being standing room only and for the first hoyr the audience surrounded the singer. That aspect was a last minute change to the format though, and depending on how much someone originally paid for their seats could have been pretty frustrating. Meaning if you paid a premium for up front seats you were no more likely to have a favored position than someone who bought the least expensive seats in the back. Still, as it was pretty much abywhere you were was very close to the "stage" and I think made for a more intimate and personal experience for everyone. The music and singing was as good as could be, and surprisingly the sound mix was just about perfect. Never so loud as to cause any pain, yet absolutely clear and natural sounding. Just the right level of stage lighting and screen effects as well.

  • honest opinion

by Maria W on 5/20/23MGM Music Hall at Fenway - BostonRating: 3 out of 5

Feist did a wonderful performance and I thought the sound in the venue was great - immersive without being painfully loud. When I saw that Feist was touring I bought tickets right away and purchased front row balcony tickets (assigned seats). The morning of the concert I received an email saying my tickets had been changed to general admission, standing room. The reason given was a change in production caused an obstruction of view. This was really disappointing because a concert experience in seats front row balcony is very different than standing all evening on the floor pressed up against other people. I did receive a refund of the difference of ticket value. We almost did not attend but decided to. When I asked a staff person they kindly explained that they only sold a small percentage of tickets compared to how much the hall could hold, and they changed the tickets to make better use of the space. I appreciated the honest explanation. I was frustrated by a change like that happening on the day of.

  • Left before event started

by Nessa on 5/20/23MGM Music Hall at Fenway - BostonRating: 1 out of 5

Arrived to the event only to be told by staff that our seats were not being honored. Per event staff, due to low sales, the decision was made to move all attendees to general admission on the first level. If I wanted a chair, it could be arranged through ADA accommodations but otherwise we were no longer being permitted to have the seats we had purchased. No email or notification had gone out to attendees prior to the event or afterwards, we were only informed of the change after arriving when we went to take our seats. Event staff were, at best, unapologetic and told us that because general admission tickets were priced the same as seat tickets there could be no refund and our only option was to “take it up with Ticketmaster”. We left, I will not be purchasing tickets for any events at this venue going forward, it was a disappointing waste of time and money.

The Feist “Multitudes” show was truly wonderful. Her authentic presence mixed with her subtle theatrics and surprises had my jaw drop. She and her team made this show one of my favorites to date! Thank you!

  • Unique, ambitious, imaginative, interactive and connective

by Guy Smiley on 5/18/23The Fillmore Philadelphia - PhiladelphiaRating: 5 out of 5

The crowd makes a big difference night to night because it is quite connective, no real barriers between artist and audience. Bringing imagination back into live music in a unique way. Worth checking out if you dig the music.

  • An All-Time Favorite Show

    by B on 5/18/23The Fillmore Philadelphia - PhiladelphiaRating: 5 out of 5

Feist was incredible live and quite an experience. She started out with an intimate, solo performance in the center of the room. There was a cinematography aspect projecting throughout the show matching with the layered cover image of her album Multitudes. Midway through, she transitioned to the main stage and surprised us with a full supporting band. They were exceptional, providing the instruments and backing vocals typically heard in her songs. Her voice is as incredible live as on her albums. She has such a charming demeanor in person as well. I don't usually bother to review shows, but I felt compelled to for this one. I will absolutely go again the next time she's around.

From the unique mini stage setup in the center, to the personable conversations in between songs, to the fan interactions, to the stage change with a full band, to Leslie's incredible talent...I'm still in a daze.

  • Fabulous!

by Chezlee on 5/13/23The Ritz - RaleighRating: 5 out of 5

The personal acoustic performance in the beginning was lovely - really felt like meeting a new friend, then she walks through the crowd to the main stage and gave a great performance with her band! Such a different kind of concert. So glad I went!
