Saw them in Cincinnati right after seeing another west coast =VH= tribute bands... HANDS DOWN AMAZING!!!! I will go see them anytime they get within 200 mils of me! The music, the musicianship, the sound, the showmanship were all remarkable! You will NOT be disappointed! !!!
These guys are the real deal. Having grown up a VH fans seeing them with the mighty DLR in the day I can only say Fan Halen captures the magic from those days. Each member captures their role in VH by due justice to the original work of the mighty Van Halen. They bring the days when going to concerts was fun and crazy. See them and remember when VH was at the top of their game.
As a teenager in the 80's, Van Halen was my 1st concert... and 2nd, and 10th, and 16th!! So, I can say with authority, FAN HALEN is, by far, the closest thing to the original Van Halen experience. I went to see them TWICE in the Phoenix area and again, last year in Tucson! They performed as a tight group, dedicated to the original Eddie, David, Michael and Alex sound... Derek Fuller is an outstanding and talented guitarist! Ernie, Mike and Michael are also brilliant! Ernie goes over and above to bring DLR to life, and for the entirety of the concert, you believe these guys are the REAL DEAL! (five stars are not enough)
Bonfire - great Fan Halen - too clowny, music was good
we left after the 3rd song. just really bad all the way round. Bad look, bad sound, just bad.
Very enjoyable. Performed Van Halen songs like the 80's! Entertained the crowd with their costumes and engaged the crowd with songs!
This was our first Fan Halen show and we were blown away! They played a great variety of songs and they sounded awesome! They come to Scottsdale once per year and we will Definately be going next time!!! Thanks for a wonderful show!

Man, I had such a great time at this show. I didn't know what to expect, but figured for the price I would give it a try. There were three bands Motley Crud, Bonfire and Fan Halen and all of them did a fantastic job performing and sounded great. I will definitely be back to see any of the bands when they come back to town.
The band was so good, they sounded just like Van Halen.
My girlfriend and I totally enjoyed the show. I'd definitely go see them again. Felt like I went back in time.....
I was really excited to see this show. I had heard great things but was very disappointed that they did not really sound like the old Van Halen and didn't have the stage moves either.
Fun evening of listening to some good Van Halen music. They cover all the songs you want to hear. The audience gets into it and it's a good show.
Being a long-time Van Halen fan, I heard Fan Halen was coming to town and thought I'd give it a shot. I was absolutely blown away! These guys are not only great showmen, but their musical skills are off the chart! This is by far the second best concert I've been to (the first being the 2007 Van Halen re-union tour).
These guys rock, very talented, and an absolute time machine. Very recommended and would definitely go again.
Loved this show from beginning to end!! Who knew there was somebody as good as Eddie Van Halen???? The singer had David Lee Roth down so good it was amazing!!!
Ok, the show was great fun. The bands were spot on but the sound was a bit off. Could have turned down the volume a bit and let the music speak for itself. Fan Halen was awesome and the front man was hysterical as David Lee Roth. Bonfire really captured the spirit of early AC/DC. 5 guys just rocking hard. Very cool. On a down note, the venue was freezing cold. I realize it is a huge building but it would have been nice if the ownership could have put in a little more warmth. Nice addition to the show was Groove Kitty. I plan to look for them next time I am in San Diego.
Amazing show. Both bands unbelievable, look and sound just like the real bands.
