About

FALLING IN REVERSE IN CONCERT:

Post-hardcore band Falling in Reverse combines the heavy-rocking aggression of frontman Ronnie Radke with hip-hop elements inspired by Radke's love of rap classics like Dr. Dre's The Chronic. The result is an unexpected but surprisingly satisfying hardcore hybrid that had fans thrashing hard at the band's 2013 shows. Sharing the bill with other top acts like Mayday Parade and Saves the Day, Falling in Reverse are set for another wild ride on the 2014 Vans Warped Tour.

BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:

Singer Ronnie Radke originally rose to prominence as frontman of post-hardcore torchbearers Escape the Fate. After a prison sentence forced him out of the band in 2008, Radke began releasing music from behind bars, launching the project that would ultimately become Falling in Reverse. Following his 2010 release from prison, the band made their album debut with 2011's The Drug in Me Is You, which was comprised exclusively of songs Radke wrote while incarcerated. The album landed at No. 2 on the Top Hard Rock Albums chart, sparking the band's first tour setting the stage for 2013 sophomore album Fashionably Late.

FANS WHO BOUGHT TICKETS SAY:

"Falling In Reverse was as good as it gets. They really built a relationship with the fans during the concert."

"They played all but one song from their debut album and threw in some old Escape The Fate for the fans that have been around for a while."

"Falling in Reverse was fantastic, Ronnie's singing was spot on and he was really energetic. The guitarist is awesome and throws tons of picks to boot (I caught one for my gf), and all the rest are great too."

    Great live show

by Jeff on 12/21/23Armory - Minneapolis

This was my first time seeing Falling in Reverse live. I was planning to see them open for Disturbed a year or so ago but they were removed from the bill. I know Ronnie can be a pain and likes to speak his mind but he sounded good and the band sounded good. He told the crowd not to buy the venue merch because they mark up the price too much. If this is true, I like his point. They performed a variety of their songs which was great!

    Hi Energy, Great Songs

by My Wife and I on 12/20/23Armory - Minneapolis

They were playing at the Armory in Minneapolis for the 93x Nutcracker. Daughtry and Sleep Theory opened. We love their songs, how he changes his voice throughout. One of our favorite bands of the last 10 years, with some of my favorite songs of all time. They always play a short set, only 11 songs in about 50 min. This was a one off show so they didn't bring screens where they play videos with the songs, but Ronnie was high energy, moving, pumping up the crowd. FIR is a band I wouldn't pass on, especially on a headline tour with full stage setup.

    Awesome

by Bobbi on 12/11/23Armory - Minneapolis

Great performance! Ronnie showed his true self and the integrity he has. No one walks over that man. He took a loss to help his fans from being taken advantage of. That’s an impressive move. I was and always will be a fan!

I started listening to the as a teenager and all I have to say is: He sounds just as awesome as he did those years ago. I could not recommend seeing a show of theirs more. ❤️

by FallingAngel on 12/11/23Armory - Minneapolis

Falling in Reverse was even better in person! (: Was 1st time seeing them live. Was supposed to see them during the Disturb concert, but Ronnie was unable to show up because of his voice problems at the time.

    Great Concert! Venue sucked!

    Good time, good bye Daughtry

by Slick on 12/11/23Armory - Minneapolis

I really wish Daughtry would just be cancelled after how he acted at Rock Fest. It honestly really made me upset to spend money going to this in the first place and then having to be there around him again he’s just disrespectful to music lovers, concert fans and those of us who spend money to see live music.

    Amazing show

by Jay on 12/11/23Armory - Minneapolis

Ronnie is a true showman. He’s very good at making the show fun and entertaining with both his music and how he gets the crowd to be part of the show! Will definitely be going to another of his shows when I get the chance.

Fantastic Show-Too bad venue grabs high % for artist merch!

by Suba on 12/11/23Armory - Minneapolis

Show was great! All 3 bands had a lot of energy as well as the crowd. The armory is a great venue. It was a little upsetting to hear that the venue takes 25% of the merch sales from the bands! I bought balcony seats for the first time. Those were great!

    Great Surprise

by Tony on 12/11/23Armory - Minneapolis

I hadn't listened to Falling in Reverse much or so I thought, but new almost all the songs during the show. It was a great time at the Armory, would definitely go back to see them again.

    Awesome

by Cmac on 12/11/23Armory - Minneapolis

Only complaint is that tickets and drinks are too expensive and the venue is taking too much on band merchandise which is causing bands to not sell merchandise at concerts

    Extremely disappointed

by RocKiT on 12/11/23Armory - Minneapolis

Bought 3 tix at $165 eaxh to see Daughtry, who played only about 6 songs. Had never heard anything by the other 2 bands. Extremely disappointed. Total waste of money for us. Great venue

    Mixed reviews

    by LMMPS95 on 12/11/23Armory - Minneapolis

The bands were amazing. However, the venue was horrible. It was expensive and cut the main band off early. I did not get what I paid for. Therefore, I left incredibly frustrated and disappointed. I'd gladly see the bands again and again. But never going back to the Armory.

No merch scared me, but the reason justified the means

by Ryan on 12/11/23Armory - Minneapolis

I was nervous when I didn’t see FIR merch, considering they cancelled in May when he got laryngitis, FIR did not disappoint they were fantastic, then Ronnie explained that the Armory wanted to take 25% of merch sales and they didn’t want to gouge us fans, Ronnie was awesome I had a great time
