I love this show, from the moment she walked on stage. To the moment she called me on stage to sing... Faith gave an unstoppable show performance.

    Faith Evans was Amazing!!!

by Tiff21 on 6/3/11Detroit Opera House - Detroit

I am a huge fan of Jagged Edge and Donnel Jones, however I was extremely disappointed with both of their performances. Also the music/sound systems were awful. This is the second time I have been to this venue and found that the sound engineering was subpar at best. Faith Evans, however, was magnificent. She made up for the disappointments of her opening acts and the problems with the sound system. I give this performance 4 stars based solely on her performance. Without her, I wouldn't even give it 1 star. I only wish she had performed longer.

Faith was Jagged and Donnell was awful!

by delajean on 6/2/11Detroit Opera House - Detroit

Neither of these acts brought a live band. The sound system was all bass and we couldn't understand what they were saying. JE opened and had no band, kept their sunglasses on and had absolutely no stage presence. Donnell Jones had a DJ who was a better performer than he was. Then he left the stage in the middle of a song and never returned; even the host (FM98's CoCo) was stunned. Because he left the stage early, Faith was late getting on stage, but not because her band had to set up. She said her band was in Vegas for her upcoming show! Wow, what about local bands? Nobody thought that for $100 ticket prices they should actually give a show? I will never, ever, pay to see any of them again! The opera house needs to stick to opera and high school graduations...

    Faith Evans, WOW

by zilmahone on 6/1/11Detroit Opera House - Detroit

Jagged Edge was ok, Donell Jones a terrible disappointment. He wasn't even on stage for 20 minutes, No Live Band and the sound system was less than professionals for $80 tickets. But Faith Evans was Fantastic, were the other two left you down Faith picked you right back up and gave you a show. She was awesome,! Saved me from asking for a refund.

Faith Evans: Jagged Edge: Donnell Jones

by BlkLaw on 5/31/11Detroit Opera House - Detroit

Faith Evans was "off the hook" good. She performed. Donnell Jones was sick with the flu. I felt bad for him. Jagged Edge was "all that"!

    Worst venue ever!!!!

by JoFo08 on 5/30/11Detroit Opera House - Detroit

We left during donnell jones, who is our favorite!!!!! Music was too loud. You couldn't hear any of the artists singing. Speakers were muffeled. I feel bad for the artists who had to perform here and deal with the worst sound people known to concerts

    Terrible Trac date concert

by kHUFU on 5/30/11Detroit Opera House - Detroit

This was my worst concert experience ever, Faith Evans was great yet Donell Jones sick and missed notes and walked off early. Jagged edge was a good show but all acts were trac dates. !!!

Faith and Donell was A total letdown!!!!!!

by Whitegirl81 on 4/11/11The Sugar Mill - New Orleans

I was so excited to see this show. I have always been a donell jones fan! Well the concert was supposed to start at 9:00 and faith Evans didn't come out till 10:30... She was okay... She interacted with the audience and she sang really good!!! Well donell jones took forever to come out and he was not half as good as faith! He was the headliner and he sang about 5 songs and not even the whole song. He would sing a few bars and switch songs.... It definitely was not worth the price of tickets, gas , parking or the hype!!!!! The drinks were the best things about the whole night... And that's a real shame!!!!

    Faith Evans in Concert

by WillB on 10/13/10B.B. King Blues Club and Grill - New York

Faith hasn't released an album in five years and her return made it seem like she never left the scene. Her new album "Something About Faith" is a mature album and shows her growth as an artist. Welcome Back Ms. Dunaway!
