    Fabulous 50’s was fabulous

by Gigi on 10/19/21Wildwoods Convention Center - Wildwood

The show was great! Peter Noone was the best out of them all. He was funny and his voice was awesome. Great acoustics! The show could have been a little shorter than 4 hours.. can’t say they didn’t give you your money’s worth.. would go again!

It was good but a little to long. Could have done without the first act.

Great bands! Peter Noone, Little Anthony, Spnners were fab

by DLG on 10/19/21Wildwoods Convention Center - Wildwood

Peter Noone & Hermits were fabulous! Gave a much longer show than I expected. Such energy - he sang all of the hits. Likewise, Little Anthony sang all of the Imperials hits - his voice is still as strong and clear as it every was. I didn't even think about how many hits the Spinners had! The concert went over 4 hours! One thing I did not appreciate was some trump dripping Wildwood official making the crowd stand up and pledge allegiance. It was completely inappropriate and had I had rotten tomatoes, I would have thrown them at him. His between sets "talk" was right wing rhetoric - I was disappointed someone didn't give hiim the hook quick. Great concert - very poor politics.

    Wildwood

by JeffLin on 10/19/21Wildwoods Convention Center - Wildwood

Good show, but too long. Have the Spinners on at the late hour did them a disservice. Start the show at 6:30 and end at 1030 with no more than 3 groups. Peter Noone was the best. Open your doors on time at 5:30!

    Fun, fun, fun!

by Barb Warminster PA on 10/19/21Wildwoods Convention Center - Wildwood

First of all, I arrived late, only to discover I had left my phone in the car, and my tickets were on the phone. The staff was gracious enough to allow us to enter and enjoy the show. At intermission, I ran back two blocks to the car, and let them scan my tickets, thanking them for their faith in me. Peter Noone was fabulous as always, so energetic, so much fun, looking fantastic, and sounding terrific! I was shocked to see a little Anthony with white hair, but his voice was spot on, and his emotions flowed as he sang. Again, lots of entertaining banter between him and the Imperials. The spinners sounded great, and of course, their choreography was awesome. Everyone sounded just like the originals, and I loved every single minute of the concert. Can’t wait to come again next year!

    Fabulous 50's Oct, 2016

by windowman2 on 10/17/16Wildwood Convention Center - Wildwood, NJ

My wife &I have attended several of these shows , Best yet. Did not need MC, just as good without one. Shirley Alston Reeves, Great, She still has her pipes. Little Anthony and the Imperials Loved the original members, new fellows were a great addition. Bobby Rydell was a super headliner, especially liked singing Wildwood days during the show and at the end again. The Du-Wop group was a nice addition, a few of their songs were familiar, a few not so much. Overall- Excellent. See you next year.

    Fabulous 50s Fabulous show

by Drew2000 on 4/15/16Wildwood Convention Center - Wildwood

So glad that Bowzer is returning as the MC. Great MC and a great show. Always have amazing 50s bands and performers every year. Just wish they would have kept Dave Christopher for the dance party the night before but Rocky and The Rollers were good. Also, wish they would push it up to mid-September when the weather is a bit more warmer.

    Top notch show

by number1BowzerFan on 11/3/14Wildwood Convention Center - Wildwood

Bowzer always puts on a fun show, and this was no exception. Big name stars like Johnny Tillotson and Gene Chandler shared the stage with original members of the groups who started it all - Fred Parris and the Five Satins, the Tymes, as well as members of Bill Haley's original Comets. Bowzer and the Stingrays kept the audience engaged with stories, songs, and contests. If they do it again next year, I'll be there!

    Oldies but Goodies

by Cabinchick49 on 10/27/14Wildwood Convention Center - Wildwood

Bowser was the greatest! Hope he hosts this show again next year! Groups were fabulous. Two original Comets were 81 and 90 years old and the 90 year old drummer did an amazing drum solo! One of the best shows we saw at Wildwood.

Not enough music, there was too much fluff, there should have been more bands.

    Very Good

by Ginnyzee on 10/21/14Wildwood Convention Center - Wildwood

The show was very enjoyable. I feel it needed more acts. Mr. Bowzer is a very good MC and I was blown away by his piano expertize and the fact that he is a Julliard graduate. Who Knew?? He just went on a little too long in the second act. But I enjoyed him and LOVED his talents on the piano! Incredible!

Bowzer's Party was a wonderful trip down memories!

by DeeGee219 on 10/21/14Wildwood Convention Center - Wildwood

The show was pretty good. Bowzer did a terrific job keeping the show moving. Some of the acts were OK. The best was the 2 remaining members of the Comets. They were absolutely amazing and inspiring. We were pleasantly surprised with Bowzer's classical talents. I could have listened to him for hours. What happened to Freddie Cannon?!! No show?!
