    ETID ends early

by Traww on 3/17/13Royale Boston - Boston

The show was fantastic. All of the bands played an amazing set, but it was incredibly frustrating to have 4:30 doors then have the whole thing over before 10,

    ETID OWNS CLIFTON PARK!!

by UticaTL on 3/15/13Upstate Concert Hall - Clifton Park

May have missed the 1st two bands but it didnt even matter. Walked in right as Vanna started their set, and although I am not familiar with the band, they put on a rocking performance and the lead vocalist was incredibly enthusiastic and had a lot of positive things to say to the crowd. The songs were tight and they did a good job at getting the crowd pumped up and into the show. After Vanna concluded their set, The Acacia Strain took the stage. While this band was notably heavier than Vanna or ETID, they still captured and held the crowd's attention. The music was tight and really heavy. Lots of excellent breakdowns and although the vocal style was not one of which I usually care for, the music of the band made up for it and the overall energy of the band and their stage presence made their set energetic and enjoyable. After The Acacia Strain wrapped up, the crowd waited patiently for the headliners, Every Time I Die, to take the stage, occasionally breaking out in the all familiar "Lets Go Buffalo!" chant, even though the venue was much closer to Albany, which is sort of the other side of the state. As the band took the stage the crowd erupted with pushing, screaming, cheering, clapping, and the like. The band rocked it hard and loud. The energy in the room during their set surpassed that of any of the previous bands, and that is really saying something. ETID went from song into song, only occasionally taking short breaks to address the crowd. And when they did, everything their lead singer, Keith Buckley, had to say was positive and entertaining. From the screaming guitars, to the pounding drums, to the roar of Buckley's vocals, ETID absolutely owned the stage and the entire room for that matter. And although they were the kings of the venue, they were humble enough to share it with everyone. Inviting and encouraging the crowd to get up on stage for stage dives, and asking the crowd to mosh, dance, sing along, and just plain do whatever they (the crowd) needed to do to have a good time. The band even invited, well EVERYONE, on stage to help out with the vocals to the closing bridge of the last song on their set. And when it was all over, they even gave out some drums sticks, guitar picks, set lists, and other things of the like to their adoring fans. Well done gentlemen. Very well done.

    ETID never disappoints!

by tweigel25 on 11/28/10The Triple Rock Social Club - Minneapolis

I have never been to a dull Every Time I Die show, because there is no such thing. I really enjoyed this Thanksgiving show at the Triple Rock Social Club. I saw 2 of the 3 opening acts (Trap Them, Howl) and they were great as well. As soon as ETID started it looked like somebody dropped a bomb in that place. If you ever have the chance to go to see ETID, don't hesitate, buy the tickets and enjoy!

    Amazing as ever...

by Wilcox26 on 11/27/10The Triple Rock Social Club - Minneapolis

One of the most powerful and unforgettable shows I've ever attended. Every Time I Die made an awesome decision to tour with Howl and Trap Them. They started the night out with Howl, who delivered an intense set, full of metal goodness. I was surprised and excited to see a female guitarist that could shred like no tomorrow, a huge inspiration to me considering I am also a female musician. Trap Them reminded me of Converge, and let me tell you, that's a very good thing. They were intense and energetic, the crowd had a great time with them. Then Every Time I Die came on, and even though I've never seen a bad show from them, I would have to say this was the best show. First of all, the Triple Rock is a notoriously amazing venue, and will always remind me of the small shows I used to go to 6 years ago. Every Time I Die played some of the best songs from Hot Damn! Including Floater and Ebolorama. They also played some great songs from the newest album including Wanderlust and Who Invited the Roman Soldier. It didn't stop there though, they never limited themselves to their set list, even playing a Nirvana cover. Overall, an great time with good music, good friends, and lots of beer.

Every Time I Die made my life on 11/8!

by Sinpho on 11/10/10Culture Room - Ft Lauderdale

I've been a long time fan of ETID. 11/8 was my first time seeing my favorite band. I love the culture room; a lot of memories for me there in the past. The show was perfect. Every Time I Die is the best band out there right now, and the fact that the played the culture room was absolutely perfect for me. I had a blast. Most fun in a long time.

    WOOHOOO!!!

by joelymoley on 5/23/10House of Blues New Orleans - New Orleans

The show was amazing and unforgettable. I came for Norma Jean, but the other bands were fantastic! The Cancer Bats were fun and crazy, Norma Jean pretty much stole the show, mostly because they had a nice variety of old and recent songs. Then Every Time I Die, the headlining band came on stage. The floor was insane and out of control (in a good way). The people and bands that came on Saturday sure do know how to have fun! Meeting some of the band members at the merch stands were perfect "Kodak" moments and the whole experience itself made into the perfect birthday present.

    Norma Jean FTW

by Mumbels24 on 5/23/10House of Blues New Orleans - New Orleans

This was my first time seeing all three of the performers. I really liked the setup at House Of Blues, the entire upstairs was closed off to general audience members. IMO, the venue wasn't over crowded either, just the right size. Great mosh pit! always the heart of any metal/hard rock show. Only time the security staff interfered with the audience was to stop crowd surfing. One guy was thrown out for stage-diving. Over the past three years of attending just about every metal/hard-rock show at NOLA House Of Blues, the staff has greatly increased their tolerance and lowered their harassment for metal enthusiast. Norma Jean's performance! Cory Brandan Putman's experience shined through. This guy embodies a true modern metal vocalist. Demanding movement in the pit, thanking the audience for their attendance, and pouring out all his heart and energy into the performance .

    BMTH <33

by Natassia on 3/11/10The Electric Factory - Philadelphia

I'm not going to lie, this was one of my first real hxc concerts and I had soo much fun. I'm not a huge mosh pit person, and there was a lot of that going on, but I was able to stay out of it without getting hurt. (Which is always a plus.) Bring me the Horizon totally stole the show. I had a great time.
