About

Everclear are one of the defining alt-rock bands of the ’90s. Since forming in 1992, the Grammy-nominated band has released 11 studio albums and sold over six million records worldwide — including their breakthrough album and major-label debut, 1995’s platinum-selling Sparkle and Fade, which included the popular single “Santa Monica.” Led by frontman and Los Angeles native Art Alexakis, Everclear toured rigorously throughout the ’90s and 2000s, producing hook-laden singles such as “Father of Mine,” “I Will Buy You a New Life,” “Everything to Everyone” and “Wonderful,” which peaked at No. 11 on the Billboard Hot 100. In 2022, Everclear celebrated their 30th anniversary by reissuing their debut album World of Noise (1993) and embarking on a North American tour where they recorded a new live album, Live At The Whisky A Go Go. Everclear have also toured with bands such as the Stone Temple Pilots, Marcy Playground, Matchbox Twenty and Gin Blossoms.

Everclear was great! Where were the Ataris?

by holl on 9/25/23The Ritz - Raleigh

Everclear was great and all but I was highly disappointed that no announcement was made regarding the Ataris not playing. I only found out at the merch table when there was nothing there and then I went to their social media accounts. Next time, I would hope there would be more transparency. In addition, the other bands should have played longer to make up for the lack of the Ataris.

    Highs and Lows

by Fitz on 9/24/23The Ritz - Raleigh

The Ataris dropped out because the lead singer had COVID unfortunately. I was really excited to see them so that put a damper on the show - although the Pink Spiders did a fantastic job opening and giving an Ataris tribute. Definitely the highlight of the night. I wanted to support Everclear so much - they looked happy to be on stage, thrilled that the fans were excited, and I know they’ve been through a lot, health and otherwise - but they were just off. The energy just wasn’t there and I had a hard time getting into it. I felt guilty, but I left the show early. I probably wouldn’t go see them live again at this point, but would still support their music/streaming/merch, etc.

    Was that Everclear?

by Lar on 9/21/23Gramercy Theatre - New York

Unfortunately Art’s voice is done and the songs are almost unrecognizable at this point. But he puts out a great effort and appears to love what he’s doing. The Pink Spiders were a pleasant surprise as the opener.

Worth the 30 years I wanted to see them!

by Kay on 9/20/23Big Night Live - Boston

Had VIP tickets and met the band before the concert. They are my favorite band, been wanting to see them for years. Absolutely perfect gentlemen! So polite and patient with the fans. I loved the concert, but wish Art’s mike was working properly. Still, the best night of my life! LOVE EVERCLEAR FOREVER!!💕

    Great band awful venue

by Lisa on 9/20/23Big Night Live - Boston

The band was very energetic and on point but, the acoustics at the venue were horrific.

    Hell of a time!

by Erick on 9/20/23Big Night Live - Boston

The band put on one hell of a show. Yes, the Ataris had to cancel and they made sure everyone had a great time! Can't recommend high enough!

His voice is gone. Nice guy. Great music. He did better with his new songs.

    Awesome show!

    Still rocking and spreading positivity

by d98 on 9/16/23The Fillmore Silver Spring - Silver Spring

Art is such an inspiring person. He has nothing but positive energy to spread during his shows and after when he’s willing to sit down at the merch bar and meet everybody. Dude is 61 with MS and still getting after it. Could not ask for a better show. Loved the diversity of songs they played and they all put on a clinic. If you’re thinking about seeing Everclear, whether it’s your first time or you’ve done so before, don’t miss out. Life is short and this is one of those bands you shouldn’t skip seeing.

    An excellent night.

by RobbieComet on 9/14/23House of Blues Cleveland - Cleveland

This was my daughter’s first Everclear concert…and my second. After nearly 25 years; the band still puts on a hell of a show. Art was lively and in great spirits, as was the rest of the band. The House of Blues was a bit smaller venue than my last show and therefore it felt way more personal. A huge shoutout to the sound guy for letting my daughter stand on the edge of the platform; giving her a view she’s still on about two days later. I can’t thank him enough. She was even given a drumstick from the band by another amazing fan. To top that off, the entire band stuck around to sign autographs and took a couple minutes to talk to anyone willing to stay. So…both of us. It meant a lot to me to meet the band, as I’ve been a fan since the first time I heard them, but I’m just floored at how great of a time my daughter had. She fangirl’d sooo hard I’m surprised she could even fall asleep on the ride home. She’s told me repeatedly this was the best night of her life so far.

    Great Show!

by Tutone on 9/13/23Brown County Music Center - Nashville

    Great venue and awesome lineup

by Some call me Tim on 9/11/23Brown County Music Center - Nashville

Brown County Music Center is a great venue. Comfy seats, plenty of parking (be aware they nail you for $10 to park when it is not warranted) and good bathrooms and concession space. The Pink Spiders led off and delivered a tremendous set both musically and performance wise. The Ataris followed up and crushed it followed by Everclear bringing it home. Musically the singing by The Pink Spiders and The Ataris was stronger than Everclear as the lead singer for Everclear has to muster the strength to sing much akin to viewing Genesis later in Phil Collins tenure. But still a great performance by Everclear as they are all amazing performers and you are there for the full show. Would go see them again in a heartbeat and particularly at this venue.

    Fun throw back

by DrH on 9/10/23Brown County Music Center - Nashville

Very fun concert that all bands mixed together sound wise very well. Pink Spiders and Ataris were surprisingly good with lots of crowd interaction. Everclear was terrific playing a very positive vibe all night. Sound mixes were awesome for all. Limited light shows but the music was the reason to attend. Very good concert night. Recommend highly.

Everclear and Ataris out on a greet show!

by Matt on 9/10/23Brown County Music Center - Nashville

Both of these bands (and opener Pink Spiders) were awesome! They were having fun playing and it was such a great experience! Don’t miss out on Everclear especially, the set list they played was damn near perfect. As a long time fan, I could not have asked for a better show. Venue was really nice as well.

    Disappointed

by Swoop on 9/10/23Brown County Music Center - Nashville

Expected much better sound quality. The venue of 2100 is acoustically excellent. The mix was horrible to the point that we almost left halfway through the show. We will never know what it could been.

    Great experience

by 90s band fan on 9/10/23Brown County Music Center - Nashville

Memorable Meet n Greet experience. The band really took the time to talk. Concert and sound was on point and band came out after the show to sign for fans at the merch. We will def go see the band again and support Everclear.

    by gussy11 on 10/24/22Commodore Ballroom - Vancouver

hated the bar code via phone app. venue was tight tight tight booze was expensive beyond belief Everclear could barely sing, opening act was terrible. But I love Art Alexikis

Sound was awful, sound check needs to be fine tuned.

by Yo on 10/15/22Commodore Ballroom - Vancouver

Vocals just sounded distorted. Intermission music was better than the live bands. Very disappointing, left early.
