Great event to spend 3-5 fun hours in family and enjoying a great show.
It was a very good time! Awesome views. What those athletes do is incredible! Highly recommend checking out :)
The X-Games was a blast but after I reviewed the schedule upon arrive and assessing the size of the crowd I found that the day I selected to go was a significantly poorer value in terms of events to watch that day compared to others yet the price was the same. Friday 7 Events, Saturday 9 events, and Sunday ONLY 4 EVENTS. *I feel like have different ticket prices based on the number of events each day would be much more reasonable Beyond that the experience itself was very good, lots of fun sponsor tents with plenty to do and see. U.S. Bank Stadium for the venue was great with it's outdoor spaces and outside-inside feel inside the area. I also would have preferred a X Games Merch tent available at the concert so you didn't have to hold purchased items during the show (I had bought a longboard). The concert also could have had more concessions accommodations. I believe for general admission there were only a couple on-foot drink vendors with very long lines and no food options.
A night I will never forget. Wanting to go back to the U.S. Bank Sadiun for the X Games every year.
I purchased the Gold Level, 3-day package for my 2 kids and I. We were all excited to attend. Despite ordering tickets months in advance, our tickets were not mailed to us so we ended up having to wait in the will-call line. After finally getting tickets, we had to wait in 1 of 4 entrance lines. Four lines for several thousand people!? Once inside, we had decent seats and access to extremely over-priced food/beverages. I'm sure food was priced by US Bank Stadium who needed to help pay for their stadium. In the description for Gold Level tickets, it mentioned exclusive access to autograph sessions with athletes. I guess exclusive access means standing in the same line as everyone else, hoping you get to see the athletes before the allotted time runs out. Overall, we enjoyed watching the events but certainly regret paying the amount we did.
Way too much fun. Can't wait for next year. It was an absolute blast!
Absolutely loved the Games. Seats were great and stadium was a great venue. Will be back next year all days!
You would think there would be premium seating, parking, pit passes, access to the other clubs, etc. Nope. The seating was only decent for BMX dirt although the general admission had better viewing options. Food and drink was included and you got a free tour. There were a couple autograph signings also. Overall I think the XIP is very overpriced and would not recommend it.
Went on Sunday, but next year going all 3 days! Loved going on Sunday though, not as crowded and got to meet the athletes more often.
All around good time. Lots of things to do and things to see. Concessions overpriced. Hot!!!
The athletes and competitions were great! However the sound quality of the announcers was poor and they spaced out time for TV commercials too long.
My 11 year-old son and I upgraded our seats to the lookout lounge to see the BMX Arials and Freestyle Motorcross. The seats we had for the BMX portion were absolutely terrible - the only seats in the lookout lounge that could actually see what was going on with the BMX portion were the very front row. We actually had to leave the seats that we paid extra for and go down in general admission to see the event. However, the seats were good for the Freestyle Motorcross.
Love all the extra events going on outside, and layout was perfect!
It was fun to go to XGames with my family. General admission made it easy to watch the events you wanted to see with a great view!
Love the games! I've always been a fan of the Xgames so I had a great time there. I liked the venue, however, we paid for the gold lounge and I honestly don't think its necessary to do that. People were able to sit wherever they wanted so it didn't make a difference for us.
Didn't drink and eat because the lines were way long and once I seen they only had,...wait for it 10 portapotties for 3000 plus people, I said let's go to the bar.
It was amazing and it was one of the best sporting experiences ive ever had.
Purchased two XIP tickets to surprise my girlfriend for our three year anniversary. Overall it was a damn blast and so worth the money to go XIP. However, nothing goes without hiccups. 1. I ordered my tickets from ticket master almost two months in advance and never got my tickets delivered to my address. I had to call and cancel the current tickets that had been "issued" already and opt to pick up my tickets at will call. Not a huge deal but when you pay $600 for two tickets you'd expect to get them delivered as told. 2. The ticket package bosted having its OWN entrance, however we were directed to wait in the GA line to get in...this is a definite short fall. 3. Lastly, Xgames ran out of lanyards for the XIP credentials (pass) so we were told to carry them in our pockets and present them whenever we were asked and whenever we entered or exited an XIP area. Another definite short fall on Xgames' part. Sounds like a minor inconvinece but if we had not stopped back home before the event we would have had to be continually pulling these cards out. So again, overall, great event, great ticket package. Great ALL DAY buffet and cold beers and quick service everywhere we went!
the games were awesome! there were plenty of events to attend and much to do the entire weekend. **one crappy thing, they ran out of water at the outside vendors on sunday. Not good!
So much fun and so well done. cannot wait until next year!
