About

New York native Eric D'Alessandro has always found his place in the spotlight. His passion for comedy is equally credited to his creative mindset, as well as his big Italian-American family which inspires his raw comedic sketches and uncensored, relatable rhetoric. Having grown up with a camera in his hand, Eric created a YouTube channel where he developed his comedic skills from a young age. Through his sketches which feature original characters like "MariaMarie," as well as impressions of celebrities like Drake and comedic covers of popular songs, his YouTube platform helped Eric build a loyal fanbase. The millions of views on his videos laid the groundwork for Eric to gain over 349k followers on Instagram and over 590k followers on TikTok. Through social media, Eric is able to share original, timely and relatable content for the everyday American. His recent video "Mask Off Remix (Walmart Diss)" has gone viral gaining over 16 million views across all his platforms. Due to the success of this video, Forbes featured Eric in an article about his comedy and ability to connect with fans online as well as on stage. Eric has sold out most of the shows he has headlined, including the Borgata in Atlantic City, NJ, 1,300 seats at New Jersey's iPlay America and the famous 1,800 seat St. George Theater in Staten Island, NY. He has been featured on multiple podcasts and TV shows. He has toured around the United States, in addition to shows in Canada. Most notably, Eric was featured in the 2016 drama/mystery movie Nerve, alongside Emma Roberts and Dave Franco, in part because the film's directors added him to the script after seeing his viral videos.

    HYSTERICAL SHOW

by RoBklyn on 5/2/23Kings Theatre - Brooklyn

1st of all I will definitely say the Kings Theatre is beautiful and extremely friendly. 2ndly I had amazing seats. I got the pit 2nd row but at the end so there were no seats in front of me and we were extremely close. 3rd Eric was hysterical. I could not stop laughing. Love how he its how Brooklyn and Staten Island are. I was with my sister who now lives in S.I. and my cousin from Long Island so we all related to his topics and stories of his family. Doesn't hurt that he is so cute too. Jay Black was funny too and DiBetto was hysterical as well but I always find Eric very very funny and love when he makes fun of Brooklyn even though I still live here LOL. And I love the way he discusses politics. Very smart. We had a great time at a great venue and great comedians all around!!

    Pleasant surprise!

by Frank on 2/18/23Cobb's Comedy Club - San Francisco

I only knew Eric from his Tiktok posts, which don’t always translate into a good standup comedy show. But he did it. So funny. I can’t wait to see more of Eric.

    Eric D'Aessandro

by Annie on 12/6/22St. George Theatre - Staten Island

I've seen Eric twice now. The first time I thought he was very funny, this time not so much. He did a lot of the same bits from his first performance, so therefore it wasn't that funny hearing it for the second time, and his opening act was awful. Overall we had a good time.

    Surprisingly Good!

by JM on 12/6/22St. George Theatre - Staten Island

To be honest, I went into the show very skeptical. I bought these tickets for my wife who is a fan and after seeing most of us reels, while very accurate in his skits, didn’t know how he would hold up in a stand up set. I am a big fan of comedy so I was pleasantly surprised. His structure was bang on. His timing was great and I definitely related to the references to Staten Island. Would definitely see him again. Great job.

by GMonte on 12/5/22St. George Theatre - Staten Island

Eric, as always, knocked it out of the park. Opening comedian Nicky Paris started the night with such great humor and Eric, our Hometown Hero had us in stitches. The venue was packed and the show overall was a 10! #strochpride

by Cait on 11/15/22The Vogel at Count Basie Center for the Arts - Red Bank

I watch Eric's videos on instagram and he cracks me up. I was a little worried going in that he wouldnt be as funny in person. I was dead wrong! He was phenomenal!! I did not stop laughing. My cheeks hurt from laughing so hard. Nicky Paris opened for him and he was great too! Would highly recommend seeing Eric and will absolutely see him again!
