Enter the Haggis is a fun band to watch. They always bring their A game, and genuinely have a blast playing together. They engage the audience and each time I see them my love for this band and their music continues to grow.
Great music...they got everyone jumping and moving... they are a great group of talented musicians. They played their familiar favorites and a couple I didn't recognize.
Living in NH I was torn about whether to travel to Portland or to Boston for an Enter the Haggis (ETH) concert. I went to Portland and it was FANtastic. ETH has a large Portland following, and the band and the crowd had a great time! This was one of the best winter concerts I have been to in a long while - the fans were really friendly, the band was very interactive with the fans. If I had been free I might have gone to Boston the next night - just to see if the Portland experience could be duplicated - but alas no time. Being on the floor, standing right in front of the stage and dancing is definitely the way to see this band.
The band was super talented. Kept me dancing and the warm up band was amazing too! Great night!
Enter the Haggis is so much fun to see live! I 1st heard their music on Scooby Doo and the Loch Ness Monster soundtrack and fell in love instantly! It's been love ever since! I've seen the every time they've been to Portland. They are energizing, fun and funny. Their talent really shines and am so impressed with how many of them play multiple instruments! It was a pleasure to se and hear Brian's wife on the electric fiddle as well. So much talent. And Muddy Rukkus was the perfect opener for them too. A perfect compliment to an awesome show! Can't wait to see them again!!
ETH always deliver and they definitely did Friday night at Port City! High energy performances from talented musicians...it was a get-up-and-dance, raise-your-glass, and sing along kind of show!
Great energy and passion. I'm a fan of the bagpipes and perfectly melded into the show. Lead singer was great on the fiddle and bassist rocked! Crowd was fun loving, good time had by all. I would definetly go again.
Fantastic show! We have been following these guys since 2002 and they just get better and better. Come back to Maine soon!
I’ve been going to Enter the Haggis concerts for 7 or 8 years now, and I lost count of the number of concerts around 20. I stumbled upon them accidentally, and was immediately hooked! Their shows are always high energy, good vibes, and incredible music! It’s a great group of musicians who never fail to put on a fantastic show.
High energy with great music Nice mix of the old with new
This was the first night of a three night road trip following this band. We have seen then many times before, twice at Port City. Great venue! We have both times paid for the preferred seating area which allows up close seating. The band and the audience were on fire this night, Saint Patrick's Day and the house was packed. The energy of the band and their connection to the audience made the night. I would travel anywhere to see these guys, but this is an awesome venue.
Port City is a great venue to see bands up and personal and Enter the Haggis is exactly the kind of band you want to enjoy like that. Awesome music and tons of fun! The opening act was the Pubcrawlers. Their energy and interaction with the crowd really set the tone for the evening.
Amazing, high-energy performance that went on for nearly ninety minutes with no break (and that's AFTER the opening band). Great mix of songs from across their history. Props to the venue for actually letting folks know when the opener and Enter the Haggis would start playing, too.
Venue was great, we had VIP seats and had arrived an hour before doors opened, so I believe we had the best view. There was no opening act and Jubilee Riots played two full sets, three hours of foot stomping, fiddle playing magic. They beautifully meshed the old Enter The Haggis classics with six of the ten tracks on the brand new CD. There is nothing like this music, and it gets into my soul.
Another great performance in front of a receptive crowd. They can always get folks dancing and singing a long. A great pre-St. Patrick's Day party.
This was my first time seeing Enter the Haggis and my first time in the showroom, both amazing experiences! I loved the atmosphere in the showroom, it looks like there isn't a bad seat in the house! The light show was wonderfully done, and the volume perfect for the room size and having a good time. The band was phenomenal!! I can't wait to see them again!!
The entire show rocked!! So much energy. Everyone was on the dance floor singing and dancing!!! They are amazing musicians!!
It was great to see Enter The Haggis at The Turning Stone Casino. Last year we went and there was no room to dance. This year, they provided a dance area and it was the best! The performance was really good. The guys are amazingly talented. Wish the show was longer. It was two hours without a break.
First time at the showroom and seats were great right by the stage only complaint was the waitress
These guys are my favorite!! Saw them play at the TS last year. More venues in Syracuse please!!!! :D
