Felt like there wasn’t a bad seat! Sound was good and the balcony seats were amazing. Ella Mai is a queen and did a beautiful job!

Ella Mai was amazing! I originally saw her opening for Kehlani and she was amazing! I really wanted to see her again and loved the album so we drove all the way to Cleveland to see her and it was soooooo worth every penny and every minute!

It was an awesome experience. We got spots very close to the stage and really enjoyed the show openers. Great start for a debut.

It wasn't good, it wasn't bad. She just sang, and that's it. There wasn't really any "connection" with the audience and it felt rushed and just like "any other show" and I was front row, so like I wasn't having a bad time or anything, it could just be way better.

Had VIP pass Was instructed via email to be sharp 6pm which I did. They had us waiting in freezing temperatures for 45min before we were let in. There was no chairs to sit if you wanted to do I had to pay extra $60 for a chair on the balcony. Ella Mai didn’t start her show until like 9:30pm and was only 1h.

Best show ever! She was amazing it would of been nice if the line for buying sweaters wasn’t packed.. or I would of bought one.

Ella Mai was amazing, but the venue was so unorganized. I paid for meet and greet tickets, the venue had sent an email saying be there on time for the M&G or you’ll miss it. All bold, capatilzed red letters so I’m assuming they really mean business about being on time. I’m early, and yet everyone for the M&G had to wait outside for 45min in 17 degree weather. Once we got inside they weren’t even completely set up yet, and they crammed us all in the tiny entry way for 30min with no direction of what’s going on. They wouldn’t open the bar for us 60ish people to have a drink while waiting. Then when it got time for the M&G they rushed everyone through it. I know each person can’t have a conversations and take their sweet time, but 3-5 seconds and 1 photo was the limit because they were behind is what I overheard employees say to some people. On top of all that I heard multiple times where employees of the venue were bickering about how to do things for setting up the show, or how someone did something wrong which how they handled it was unprofessional. I paid for a M&G VIP experience and that was not. I won’t be returning to that venue. The Varsity Theater should only be for local bands because of the size and the people who work there

Ella was nothing short of amazing to see live. Everyone was so excited to see her, and her stage presence made the crowd go that much more wild. She does not disappoint, she was amazing live! I will see her EVERY time she is near me. Also loved that she got her band and background singers involved, kept thanking them and showed love and appreciation. Nonstop chills, it has been years coming for her to get this big... I can’t wait to see what happens after her tour!

Concert was great, Ella Mai has a beautiful voice in person! And Kiana Lede was great as well. Loved the show.

I loved Ella Mai and Kiana Lede. I saw Ella when she opened for Kehlani at Greek Theater. I wish the venue was bigger but overall loved it. Also, I wish that early entry VIP was a real thing. Was in line at 6pm and didn't get inside till 730/8pm and then the general came in right after so I feel like if I pay more I should be let in earlier.

Ella mai Show was one of the best shows around everyone on the tour was great she is a true performer hit list full great songs hope she come back to the BAY AREA Soon

This show was hands down great!! Ella is a true performer and made her show fun and enjoyable. She even brought fans on stage to sing "Boo'd Up" with her! There was one song ("My Way") that wasn't on her set lit to perform, but after a fan shouted from the crowd that they wanted to hear it, she sang half of it acapella!! I enjoyed it and would DEFINITELY go to see her again!!

She is the sweetest person. First of all her voice is beautiful, she gave a great show and when she sung happy birthday and let the little girl get on stage with her I fell in love even more! So glad I got to see her❤️

I had been feeling a lil off balance in life needed some peace and reaasurement and after seeing Ella Mai I felt on point AMD nothing but good vibes AND good vibrations! If i could see her every night in concert that would be just fine with me. She should make a Blu-ray or DVD of her live performance I would definitely buy!
