Ella Mai Tickets

so i bought 3 vip tickets and when the employees were checking ours..she said that we only have 2 tickets but i have the receipt where i bought 3 tickets.. it was stressful and frustrating as i was scared bcuz they might not let one of us enter solely bcuz of their “list”… also few weeks before the concert they sent out a email asking about the size of the merch included so i expected they would have our sizes in the vip venue but when we got in and asked for the vip merch..they said they ran out of our sizes.. the concert was great don’t get me wrong! ella mai and thuy was amazing but it was just a little unorganized and hopefully this doesn’t happen again.

Loved Ella’s energy and performance! Her voice was just as amazing live as it is recorded! Took my daughter for her 22nd birthday, best gift ever lol

ella mai is the sweestet artist ever . the staff was very cooperative to make sure everyone was safe during the meet and greet , also during the concert . ella mai really knows how to put on a concert and im so glad she is one of my favorite artists . i hope she comes back to detroit for another tour 🩷

Ella was amazing! The venue was nice, and clean. The fast passes offered were well worth the money. Overall great night!

Thuy- Great performance, really connected with the crowd and brought great live vocals. Bright future for her Ella Mai- Established a electric environment from the minute she walked out. Great,great performance from start to finish. Side note(she killed everyone with anticipation making everyone wait a hour to come out too lol) This concert made my girl's day. Thank you ladies.

Loved it! My wife and I went to see her last night at the Filmore, this was our first concert ever. We really enjoyed her show. Great live performance. It was a real pleasure.

Ella Mia killed it and she deserved to be at a better venue. they had a no smoking sing on the tv and people were still smoking and in front of staff. they need to clean way better because it was nasty before the concert started.

She sang beautifully and the overall experience was just phenomenal.She looked gorgeous on stage and I had a blast! I lost my voice from singing with her and the crowd! Highly recommend to see her live if you haven’t.I will be getting tickets to see her again any chance I get!

from beginning (ticket purchase process)to the end… the experience was GREAT!! Not one complaint!

For starters, she is absolutely gorgeous! But her performance was amazing, her voice sounded just like the recordings maybe even better, she had great crowd control, and it was so worth the money. I would see her again! Also, her opener, thuy, was absolutely amazing! Overall, 10/10 concert!

Stood in the lobby for a hour while the concert was going on, u canceled one of my tickets for the person I was with & didn’t give me mine till a hour in, by time we got him a ticket and got in there was 2 songs left lol waste of my money, time and will be telling all my family and friends never to use.

I never been to a standing only concert and tbh probably wouldn’t do it again but for Ella it was worth the Experience! I have never been to a stand alone concert. However I can say it was well worth it. People are sleeping on this young lady.. Her voice is soulful and beautiful... A fan for life....

Thuy came out first she did good. Finally at 9 pm Ella Mai came out, she looked amazing and sang beautifully. She was very enraged with the crowd! I was in the very front so I had an amazing experience, she could have touched my hand if she wanted too. They show lasted about an hour and 5 mins! I will be at the next tour whenever that is and I was VIP! Lovedddd it!
