Will never attend another event at this venue
by Omar on 8/20/24713 Music Hall - HoustonRating: 1 out of 5If the event at this venue had a seating chart do not go. They lay out kid size chairs that are butted next to each other. A normal size adult hardly fits. I had to sit next to a 350lb guy that took over the chairs on both sides of him. When you spend $600+ for tickets you would expect to have breathing room or at the very least some type of elbow room. I brought up the issue to the box office and their solution was to sit me in the second floor section when I had purchased tickets 3 rows from the stage. The other option was to “upgrade” which is really downgrading and paying extra to sit at a table in the second or third level. If you order a drink be prepared to carry a big plastic shaker as if you were at Chili’s. Overall completely dissatisfied with the overall experience except for the performance. I will never attend another event at this venue. The performance by Eden Munoz 10/10
