Since founding legendary alt-rock band Pearl Jam in 1990, Eddie Vedder has earned international recognition as a powerful vocalist and skilled guitar player, landing at No. 7 spot of Rolling Stone’s Best Lead Vocalists of All Time. Ticket buyers are often stunned by his performance style, which includes precise guitar solos and introductory lead-ins to many of his most famous songs, giving audience members more than just a music show, but a lesson in the history of both Vedder and his collaborators. He also features many different styles of songs. Even though he is most famous for his power ballads, audience members still get an eclectic array of songs from his concert catalogue. In May of 2011, Vedder released his second solo studio album, entitled "Ukulele Songs," which featured a collection of covers performed by Vedder on the Ukulele. Its major single, "Longing to Believe," launched the album to acclaim shortly after its release.
Vedder is most well-known for his work in Pearl Jam, particularly with albums like "Ten," which rose to No. 207 of Rolling Stone’s list for Top 500 Greatest Albums of All Time. During his time with Pearl Jam, Vedder received numerous nominations for Grammys, as well as a Golden Globe award for Best Original Song in 2008 for his single, "Guaranteed," from "Into the Wild." Since his beginnings in the 1980s, Eddie Vedder has become a household name for many rock enthusiasts and is known as one of the most influential people in the music business. He's also considered one of the most influential people in the philanthropy field, particularly with his winning of the 2007 Environmentalist of the Year award from SIMA Waterman’s Honorees.
This show exceeded my expectations. Park MGMs venue is in a great location and it’s the perfect size, with great acoustics. Ive always been a fan of Eddie Vedder…but this was my first time seeing him live and I just loved everything about it. Amazing performance. Highly recommend.
Bought the ticket the day they went on sale it ended up the section I bought they closed off because not enough sales but leading up to the week the whole upstairs balcony was $45 cheaper than what I paid the first date and went on sale that was disturbing and they weren't resale tickets they were just regular tickets available on Ticketmaster site that we're going for $65 and I end up paying 117 not to verify ticket sales that Disturbed me the most of anything but that's my review
I’m a big fan. So I’m biased on that Ed Vedder never disappoints. Always delivers. Since 1992. Always great to spend time in the same building with him and whoever else he’s playing with that night. Blessed.
Park MGM is a Great Venue for a concert ! Some drunk fool behind my group of friends made the evening a little unpleasant until the staff removed him. They must have put a muzzle on him beforehand because we didn't hear a peep of that. Eddie Vedder and The Earthlings really Rocked it out. All in All an amazing event. It's Vegas for Christ Sake Haha
Went to paso show last night and so amazing to see Eddie as good as ever! Chad smith was also amazing during his drum solo! Played temple of the dog, PJ, and covered singers as well as Earthling album. Definitely top notch!
The energy the sound the passion the live vibe and whirlwind of emotions of music goodness just fed the mind heart and soul one outstanding beautiful evening
Maybe Eddie Vedder drew a specific crowd, but nobody there was friendly with each other, I felt like i was surrounded by a ton of pretentious pricks. It seriously was the most miserable crowd I've ever seen and been part of in a concert, usually people are so excited. The music was decent, and he told some good stories along the way. But he was also doing a lot of self-bragging about how great he is and is above others. A good musician should let the music speak for itself. Ultimately, for the cost and the vax hassles that the band insisted on to get into the show, I wouldn't recommend. The music was decent/good, but the show was lacking in too many ways.
Update from a geezer who saw Pearl Jam for the first time in 1992 and a respectable 25 times since. Having seen Eddie Vedder with his band at Ohana we knew we were in for a treat - it met and far exceeded our expectations! He, his band and the Setlist were all on point… Not one negative word to say about anything to do with any of it… They look like they were having an absolute blast as they finished up a very short tour. Big props to this venue, the Magnolia, is outstanding! Great staff, excellent sound, easy to get to (coming from south OC), good food choices across the street and only hold 1200 (!!!) The drive was about one hour 15 minutes and it is absolutely worth the trip!
The Earthlings and Eddie Vedder, 2/25/22, Los Angeles was a great show with amazing energy. I appreciate each of the performers in the band, guests, staff and the crowd. It felt so good to be together in community enjoying the gifts of talented musicians. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
EDDIE RULES!!! BACK IN 1989 He wasn’t allowed to play there due to a snotty board member. 2022, I hope that snotty board member see this. You turned down the greatest of all time!!! Eddie and The Earthlings blew the roof off!
This was a pricey ticket. And worth it. A very small and intimate venue that Eddie has a history with (tho never played it). He was relaxed and chatted with the audience as if we were best buds in his living room. Getting in and out and parking at the magnolia was pretty easy. The actual theater is lovely and sounds great. No aisles tho…Eddie noted there would be no dancing in the aisles cuz there aren’t any. Long rows so take your seat early or you’re ‘excuse me’ to a lot of people. Really great getting back to live shows.
Eddie and the Earthlings crushed it! Hope they come out with a 2nd album!
Attended the February 25th show at the new Youtube Theater in LA. For one, the sound quality in this theater is amazing! Eddie Vedder can sing literally anything and I'll love it! His voice is still as strong as ever and he is so welcoming and gracious! His storytelling and interaction with the crowd makes his concerts so much fun and personal. And the Earthlings are incredible musicians and great performers in their own right. The guys were all having so much fun. They played for an incredible 2 1/2 hours! One of the best concerts I've ever seen and I've seen a lot! If you ever get a chance to see Eddie Vedder on his own or with Pearl Jam, do it!
What a great venue to see Eddie Vedder and the Earthlings. Small and intimate. The sound, the lighting, and the performance were all outstanding. The band covered songs by Marvin Gaye, R.E.M., The Who, and Tom Petty. They played new original songs and classic Pearl Jam songs. It was a perfect evening!
One of the best sound venues than any place in Southern CA.
EV at YouTube Theater is the best concert I’ve ever been to in my life! Why? It was an artist who has perfected his craft over years and has a renewed passion with the Earthlings combined with amazing venue with crystal clear sound. It was the best!!! I think we were all so thankful to be there-including the performers!
First off, thanks Ohana for the free tickets to this show, what an absolute surprise it was! Without that offer, I would've been sitting at home Friday evening instead of witnessing that amazing show! The universe aligned & it was meant to be I guess. The seats were amazing & the sound in the venue was flawless. Thanks for an incredible time!
This was my 1st time at the new YouTube theater and I was super impressed. Not a bad seat in the place. And the acoustics in this venue was awesome. Definitely will return. Only bad part is the parking lot. It took us a hour just to get out of the parking lot. Hopefully they figure out a better system for exiting the parking lot.

Eddie Vedder delivered an amazing performance and made it a night to remember with special guests. The theater had great sound and comfortable seating. It felt pretty intimate for a 5000 seat theater. I really liked how they had the security checkpoints on the periphery and allowed attendees to mingle outside in the “quad” nestled between the buildings.
