Eddie Griffin on Tour
A popular comedian turned actor who started his career on-stage as a dare, funnyman Eddie Griffin has built an ever-growing fan base since jumping onto the comedy scene in 1990.
His Stand-Up Comedy Specials have received rave reviews including Def Comedy Jam (1992), the Cable Ace Award-nominated HBO special One Night stand (1992), the HBO special Voodoo Child (1997), Dysfunktional Family (2003), Comedy Central's You Can Tell 'Em I Said It (2011), and the Showtime Special Undeniable (2018).
Comedy Central has honored Eddie as one of the Top 100 Greatest Stand-Up Comedians of all time.
As an actor, Eddie Griffin has appeared in over 50 films such films as The Last Boy Scout (1991), Coneheads (1993), Armageddon (1998), Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo (1999), Norbit (2007), American Hero (2015) Mucho Dinero (2016), and A Star is Born (2018).
His most notable film role was Anton Jackson in Undercover Brother (2002). Eddie was nominated (1996) and won (2000) the NAACP Image Award for Best Actor in his own hit comedy series Malcolm and Eddie (1996-2000).
In 2019 Eddie began shooting the feature film The Comeback Trail alongside actors Robert De Niro, Morgan Freeman and Tommy Lee Jones.
Eddie's third SHOWTIME comedy special, Eddie Griffin: E-NIGGMA, premiered on December 6, 2019. Griffin's unapologetic storytelling canvasses his 30-plus year comedy career and offers an intimate glimpse into the 10th year of his nightly Las Vegas residency, The Eddie Griffin Experience at the Sahara Hotel and Casino.
The show started late and I didn't like that but he was a great performer and kept the audience engaged from the minute he stepped on stage until he walked off.
Kept you engaged in show with good content that was very funny
The show was excellent. Comedy lines were new and kept the audience laughing.
Eddie was funny from the time he walk out til he said thanks for coming out. Open act hulk the comedian was also funny. Me & my fiancé really enjoy the show
This was our second time seeing Eddie Griffin. The first time was in NJPAC he was closing the show. They didn’t give him enough time on stage. This show was so damn funny best ever hands down. Will definitely go see him again . My husband really enjoyed himself. Eddie definitely one of a kind. Love the Show
Best I've seen so far. Eddie puts on a show. We have always enjoyed Eddie Griffith's show. Can't wait for him to come back.
My experience was good. Except for the couples in front of us. I don't know why people come to concert and have a full fledged conversation. Can't you talk to them after you leave. It's distracting. Other than that the show was great. Eddie delivered, his opening act was awesome as well. I would definitely go back to Harrah's.
The show was awesome including the opener. Had a great time 3rd row seats. Just get ur drinks before u sit
All I can say is, my stomach still hurts by laughing when I think about the jokes he told😂😂😩. I’ll definitely go see him again💯 No question 🫶🏾
I planned this as a date night activity. I was a little worried because I had never heard anything about Eddie's stand-up. Boy was I happy he was actually funny. It was a great time. He nailed the impersonations and all the joked landed. There is lots of vulgar language. If it's not your thing, don't go.
Great show from the beginning to the end.. Hulk the comedian was funny to the max.. Great opener.. Eddie topped it off with the jokes that just wouldn't stop.. Look forward to the next show
Mr. Eddie Griffin delivered. He was so funny. My friends and I were laughing throughout the WHOLE show. Mr. Griffin was not afraid to express himself and the realities of the world through comedy. He was funny. I would definitely pay to see Mr. Eddie Griffin.
Eddie Griffin is diverse and strong in shedding light and truth. He uses his multi talented comedic skills to drive home messages. If you want to shift gears, check out Eddie. He is a true icon.
Love me some Eddie Griffin, he had me and the rest of the audience constantly laughing, He is a Fantastic Comedian. I hope he comes back to Florida next year.
I have been loving Eddie for years and didn’t expect no less from Hulk to him it was the perfect show and my speed of comedy and intellect loved it 🌹🌹
Omg he is hilarious...im a big fan and would pay to see him everytime he is in my area. He is my favorite!!!!!!Absolutely amazing show.
My wife & I had front row seats and they were worth the price of admission. Eddie was so funny and real. He deserves his residency in Las Vegas. Hulk the Comedian was funny too. He and his wife were cool as hell when we bought merch from them after the show. We'd go again.
The opening performer was Hulk The Comedian and he was hilarious. Nonstop laughs. I had to start following him because I would love to hear him again. Eddie started off decent, but toward the end and 4 dranks for him later, it just was time to exit. There were several hecklers, which is common, but he was going back and forth with one for a WHILE. Normally, security should escort them out. I’m not sure if was really part of the show or not, you never know. Then Eddie stared getting extra political, and there were no laughs that came from it. I didn’t come for preaching, just laughs.
Hulk the comedian and Eddie Griffin had everybody's gut busting!!! I haven't laughed that hard in months!! Everybody within my party had a real good time. Can't wait for him to return and do another show in Evansville Indiana!!
Not for people who are easily offended. 3rd time I have seen him.
