What do you do when you grow up with three musically gifted siblings? Start a band, of course. That's what L.A. vocalist Sydney Sierota did with her brothers Jamie (guitar/vocals), Noah (bass/vocals) and Graham (drums). In a short amount of time, Echosmith has brought its dance-y, starry-eyed anthems, like the summer hit "Cool Kids," from the Sierota home to the American public, opening for acts including Owl City and twenty I one I pilots. And even if you don't recognize their name, you might have heard their song "Come Together" featured in commercials for the 2012 Summer Olympics. Just goes to show, the kids are taking over and we hardly even know it's happening. Their debut album, Talking Dreams, is out now.
The show was on time, great sound I really enjoyed. Thanks echo smith thanks Ticketmaster.
We, the whole family, watched the concert and we loved it.
Went to their concert Oct 17 ‘22 and had a blast. They’re an amazing band and actually take the time to interact with their fans during the show . Overall they’re amazing and I can’t wait for the next time they’ll be in New York… you can bet I’ll be buying VIP then
Absolutely loved Weathers, who opened for Echosmith. Can’t wait to see them again soon!
Great show! Very diverse crowd! All age groups were there, and everyone seemed to enjoy all the performers!!
We first found Echosmith on Paste Studios where they presented an acoustic version of their songs. This was an excellent showcase for Sydney's voice and their harmonies which are their strength. The concert version was extremely overproduced and morphed them into something that sounded exactly like every other pop singer. None of their unique qualities remained. We didn't stay for their entire performance. One of the opening acts, Weathers, was fantastic and now we've gone and bought some of their music we enjoyed that part of the concert greatly.
Openers were great, Echosmith was amazing! Crowd was all enjoying themselves, talked to many people at the show between acts and after the show. I actually got to meet Sydney after the show which was completely a surprise! Best concert I've gone to, will go again if they come near me again
I was very impressed with the show Echosmith put on. It's rare to find a band that sounds just as good live as they do on their CDs and Echosmith definitely delivered on that front. The show itself was very minimal from an effects perspective but they brought fantastic energy and crowd engagement. Great show!
I took my 14-year-old daughter and her friend to Echosmith at the Paradise Rock Club in Boston. It's a cozy venue with a balcony. Holds probably 300 at most. Echosmith blew the place out. They create an amazing sound, and in that venue, it was perfection. Flawless presentation, incredible energy, and the band interacts with the crowd constantly -- shaking hands, flashing smiles, chatting you up, letting you know they know and appreciate that you are there. And their music is fantastic. Bravo! They have been on my daughter's "must-see list" since she was ten, and they gave her the experience of a lifetime. See them!
All the music was good, but there is no where to sit, and the venue's sound system was distorted. The engineers got the sound all wrong for Echosmith, the vocals (why you would go to see Echosmith) were drowned out
They absolutely killed it! They sang Most of the songs off their new album and then a few classics from earlier in their career. They engaged with the audience and made everyone, from the front to the back, feel included. I would definitely recommend going when they come to a city near you.
Quite honestly, we went for the opening act "WEATHERS". The energy level for this band was absolutely amazing. They squeezed so much music into a short set. You could feel the electricity in the air. They won over the crowd very quickly. People were talking about how fantastic they were in-between sets. The headliners came out - and while they were ok, the energy level in the room dropped drastically. Quite honestly they were a bit on the boring side. The singer, Sydney, has a great voice. Her brothers and friend are talented musicians. BUT - they weren't able to bring the room back to the same level of energy as their openers had. We would have left shortly into the set if Weathers didn't stay to sign and take pictures after the show. All in all I gave this show 3 stars because WEATHERS was utterly fantastic (and would have gotten 5 stars) but should have been the headliners. During Echosmith I found my mind wandering and thinking about what I had to do the next day. So - 5* for Weathers, 2* for Echosmith - I would love to do 3.5*
There was a broad spectrum of people who attended the show at the Paradise on Valentine's Day, from elderly couples to special needs kids, which I suppose is a testament to Echosmith's appeal. The band didn't come on until around 9:30pm after two opening acts (the second of which, Weathers, was very lively and may have been a draw for some of the crowd based on their reaction). Echosmith did a great job, playing their big hits and introducing some great cuts from their latest album. I wish that the venue hadn't cordoned off half of the upper section - I do realize that it wasn't a full house, but having that section available would have been nice for patrons who wanted a better view of the show.
The venue is perfect only finding a parking spot is a huge problem. The best thing is how close you can stay from the artist.
Amazing - the locale was a little seedy but the show was great -
Amazing! This was one of the best concerts I have ever been to.
They are so kind and fun to talk to! Some of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet. They put on an awesome show and sound even better live.
Echosmith put on nothing short of an incredible show! They have great stage presence, and they definitely know how to work a crowd. Let me mention that they have great dance moves as well! Sydney, Noah and the guitarist (can’t remember his name) know how to shuffle their feet! I also had the opportunity to meet them beforehand, and they were quite friendly! So yes, all being said, I would love to see them again. This was my first time seeing them and it definitely won’t be my last!
So much just positive and glowing energy!!! Echosmith and their opening acts were incredible!!!
What a great show all around! Jenna Rose and her band were really fun to watch; they have a great stage presence. The Score was fantastic! They have fantastic music and a really great performance. I was surprised they aren't headlining themselves. And Echosmith was amazing! The show was interesting and polished. You should definitely see them.
