These guys absolutely nailed it and exceeded my expectations. The sound was awesome and the laser light show is very psychedellic (hint, hint... GO PREPARED!!!)
Fantastic experience. Venue is beautiful, large, clean, comfortable seats and good sound. Opening act was great. First time seeing Echoes. Laser and light show was awesome. Loved the band and the music. Will definitely see them again.
Echoes was a great show. I have seen Pink Floyd several times over 45 years, and Echoes did not miss a beat.
Echoes was 4th Pink Floyd tribute band that I have seen in concert. They are the best of the 4 bands. The entire experience was enjoyable from the lighting to the sound from each band member. I felt like I was listen to Pink Floyd back in the late 70s. If you enjoy Pink Floyd music, this is the band to see!! I will be following Echoes so I can keep up on their future concert dates.
Excellent show - spot on covers of Pink Floyd songs. Over a 3 hour show. Definitely will go see them again.
Echoes was fantastic! I was skeptical at first since I had never seen them, but they totally knocked it out of the park. Great sound and play list. And seeing them at the The Pony was awesome. Great time, and can't wait to see them again!
Echoes did a great job! Always have a good time at the Pony!
Echoes at the amphitheater never disappoints. Already lookin forward to next year.
Awesome just awesome and excellent just excellent very cool just very cool
Not many floyd cover bands do songs off of Animals. Which is weird because any real Floydophile knows Animals is their best album. Echoes played the entire animals album and it was so spot on i had goosebumps. It's very comforting to know even though I'll never see pink Floyd in concert. (R.i.p. Rick wright! ) . I have the next best thing . I will be going to your shows every time you come to philly!
Echoes gave the fans an amazing performance sans the video and lazer show. Focusing on the music the band treated us to a supet tight set, spot on vocals and another amazing performance by the entire band. Too good to miss, put this band on your Facebook feed and enjoy every performanceyou can.
Echoes performance Friday at the Queen in Wilmington was an amazing compilation of energy, talent and musicianship. From the driving beat laid down by John's drum work to funky sound of the "barefoot bassist" Kyle, we were taken on an amazing journey into Floyd's iconic master pieces. The sound was amplified and supported by the strong keyboards and wailing lead guitar solo's. The show which opened up with the classic "Shine on you crazy diamond" never failed to satisfy even the most devout Floyd fans in the audience. Johns vocals and guitar work on "Wish you were hear" supported by Bill's dueling guitar riffs raised the hair on the back of my neck, taking me back to a June 77 Floyd performance at the Spectrum. Hauntingly beautiful vocals from Chris, Michelle & Kat punctuated the performance, and their respective solo's were spot on. This is easily one of the foremost Floyd tribute bands that I've personally heard and well worth a listen. Having enjoyed many of Floyd's tours; "Wish You were Here" , "The Wall", "Momentary Lapse of Reason" & "Division Bell" I can give Echoes a "Five Cigar" rating on their latest live performance at the The Queen. Note: the tacky upgrade charges at the venue by managing producers "Live Nation" were un announced and a tasteless money grab, which could have been handled better at the point of purchase. (Don't mind paying for premium seats up front but don't spring it on us unannounced at the concert). That, along with a significant increase for beverages at the venue did not go over well with the faithful followers of Echoes.
It was truly a great performance and covered many songs from many albums! Any Pink Floyd fan would love it!
