It was a good concert. Not much to watch as far as entertainment? It was way too loud! Attendant was very nice and got us ear,plug! We were in row C up to close! I wish I would have was back farther or up in top floor so the four of us could enjoy the beautiful civic!
Never miss an opportunity to see these guys when they are in town. They are amazing!! Will continue to go see them as long as they keep coming.
Really amazing show! Would pay to see them again. The Akron Civic Center is a great venue too. My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves.
If you close your eyes you’d think it was the real Journey band. The vocals and guitar work were impressive.
If you like Journey, you will love this. Awesome simple show. Great rendition of Journey. Closest I have seen to the real thing. Hats off to all band members. Will be seeing them again for sure.
Escape was even better than we expected!! They are awesome!!! You can’t get any closer to the real thing than this group. Definitely worth your time and money!!! We’ll be seeing them again when they come back in the Summer. Can’t wait!!!!!
Always an amazing time!! I have been to almost all of their concerts and have never been disappointed. Great band!!
Sound man should be ashamed. Lead vocalist was too loud. Rest of the band was relegated to the background. No energy from the band. It didn’t help that security didn’t allow people to dance in front of the stage.
These guys are super talented at recreating the Journey experience. The costume changes to look like Steve Perry in the videos was a great touch. They did drop some of the songs a step or two but that only made it easier for the crowd to sing along. And the crowd was definitely into the show. Very impressive and enjoyable show. A wonderful Escape!
I love this band and have seen them numerous times. The Civic Theater really should open the bar area in the balcony. The long lines are a drag just to get an overpriced beer. The band had some sounds issues early on, but they were fixed. If the lead singer, Jason is going to be out in the lobby before the show he should really be nicer to fans who say hello and not ignore them. The bass player is always super friendly and chats with you. I will definitely see them again
Jason Kelty sounds just like Steve Perry, he puts on a great performance! The band are excellent musicians, especially the lead guitarist, absolutely amazing! The sang all of Journey's many greatest songs. Great experience!
This was our first time seeing escape.. to say we were blown away would be an understatement. Great band, great venue.. who could ask for anything more

Opening band, Evolution, started the night with some of the biggest hits from Eric Clapton. They were great! Then the main act, E5C4P3, played all the greatest hits from Journey. They sounded fantastic, lyrics and instruments!!! 🎶🤘

I've seen these guys before and they are always very good. That being said, they have a new guitar player that just blew me away. As I was watching George, I realized I had a question that I never knew was in my mind. What if Randy Rhoads had Jeff Beck's right hand and instead of playing for Ozzy, he joined Journey? I now kind of know the answer. I will not miss E5C4P3 whenever they are close!!
First time seeing/hearing E5C4P3 and was impressed. If I had closed my eyes and just listened, I would not have know it wasn't the "real deal!" The guitarist was terrific and the lead has clearly spent years perfecting SP's quirky awkwardness... and his attire! :D We really enjoyed the show and would go hear them again anytime!! Additonally, the Akron Civic Theatre was a great venue, and we enjoyed a great dinner right next door at Crave before the show. Was a fabulous evening out locally!!
