DISAPPOINTMENT

Dru Hill is back! This smooth and sexy R&B quartet became a household name back in the 90s, thanks to hits like “How Deep Is Your Love” and the solo career of Dru Hill member Sisqo. Now, with a new album coming in 2014, and a successful live show, a whole new generation is falling for Dru Hill. In concerts, they still show off the signature mix of cool R&B and hip-hop sung in flawless four-part harmony, with original members Sisqo, Jazz, and Nokio joined by new addition Tao. Their set includes a mix of old favorites and new tracks, like “Love MD," off their 2010 album "InDRUpendence Day."
Live shows have always shown Dru Hill at their best, ever since they were snapped up by Island Records when a scout saw them singing for crowds in a Baltimore-area fudge shop. After being snapped up, their 1996 self-titled debut album went platinum and spawned their Top 5 debut “Tell Me” and No. 1 hits "In My Bed” and "Never Make a Promise.” They soon became one the hottest tickets around, distinguishing themselves from many of the '90s era boy bands by writing their own songs, producing their own records, and displaying serious singing talent. Their second album, "Enter The Dru," went double-platinum, but the band’s bleach-blonde dancing machine Sisqo was attracting attention all on his own. Dru Hill parted ways for a while, but now they’re back and eager to prove themselves once more. "InDRUpendence Day" quickly climbed up the Billboard top 30, and now the band will be touring the US throughout 2014 and getting ready to release its upcoming album, "The Second Coming."

The show was amazing!!! But my fave of all they only sang a piece of. They sure made up for it with the performance of everything else. Wash one on that stage understood the assignment. What an awesome experience!!!!
Man oh man what can I say? The mass choir that is now known as Dru Hill still has it and then some! They are a 7 member group now (Original members Sisqo, Jazz, & Nokio are still here. Tao Soprano joined in 2009 replacing original member Woody. Black & Smoke formerly of R&B group Playa joined in 2017. Scola (who sang on their third album Dru World Order) is a special guest rounding out the group. But together these men SANG the house down at Bergen PAC! We were treated to all the classics from "Tell Me", both versions of "In my bed", "Beauty", "We're not making love no more", "These are the times", "How deep is your love", "Never make a promise", and many other hits. Sisqo does a few of his solo numbers while the other members Tao, Black, & Smoke cover popular R&B tunes to the audience delight. All 7 of these men have incredible solo voices so together they are a force. And they sang everything live, they danced, and took is down R&B memory lane with their incredible show. As an audience we were captivated and thoroughly entertained. We all sang so loudly that I'm sure the building shook a few times. And these men have gotten better and more seasoned with time. Their voices are still incredible and Sisqo's energy is still at 100%. This was my third time seeing them and it was for my birthday. I hope they come to Jersey every year and I'll be right there to celebrate my birthday with my favorite group of all time. Go see them when they come to your city! You won't regret it!
It was a GREAT experience. Dru hill put on a show. The theater experience was excellent as well. Highly recommended
The show was great! I really enjoyed it! The only problem I had was I don’t quite understand why people stand up in the front! That calls for everyone to stand in order to see. Also too many people in the isles walking down to the front. Otherwise, awesome concert.
First of all, The Awesome 2 were JUST that… AWE. SOME! They definitely got the crowd in the mood. DRU was incredible, they haven’t skipped a beat, sounds just as good and fresh… and hearing them Live was on another level! Each member was ON POINT, highly recommend any and all other R & B fans to check them out. Sisqo os definitely taking his Fish Oil pills, he was movin’ and groovin’ like a guy half his age. Bergen PAC was a great venue and the crowd was definitely VIBING together!
The group was good but the ticket said starts at 8pm, Dru hill didn’t come out until about 9pm and the show ended at 9:55pm. They didn’t perform the full length of their songs, they only performed about 1 min of each selection. What they did perform sounded great, but the show should have lasted longer.
Dry Hill’s performance was so good that my friend and I went to see it last year and this year. 👍🏾
Loved 🥰 the concert. 🎶 voices were strong. They know how to put on a show.
It was amazing must seee!!! Love everything about it
Great show was definitely not expecting Jazz to show up they all look great their voices amazing. We really had a great time
Loved it, i love Dru Hill wish it was longer because they had so many more songs I would have ad-libed along w/ Sisqo.
I thoroughly enjoyed the concert. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
They didn’t just sing….They sanggggg…When it was over…I just wanted it to be longer…Loved it and the new additions (from an older group) are amazing! They got that!
I highly recommend you to experience as price is definitely affordable
I really enjoyed them they didn’t Sing but SANG… it’s a big difference because a lot of arisit can’t sing it was a beautiful show no fighting❤️❤️❤️
Arrived at the theater a little early. All of the ushers were very helpful. The lines moved quickly. I was actually escorted to my seat. I sat by some really nice people. I had a good seat. I was able to see all of the acts. And the worked the stage wonderfully.
Listen I'm a lady of a few words, And all I can say right is God damn baby that man was fine baby this concert took me way back in the days, great concert great music my childhood memories the only bad thing is that I wish I could of kiss him and hug him but I can't he is fine as wine.
Could have played a lot of the old songs by Dru Hill , the DJ could have played more songs instead of stopping including the old house music, because it was a pause in between the music
Fun night out for a old school vibe . Music and DJ in between acts keeps the vibe going. The ticket process is easy and organized. Parking and traffic are absolutely horrendous. Sound was a bit off Acts need to be on stage a bit longer , feels kinda rushed
