DRAKE WHITE IN CONCERT:
Country crooner Drake White has been steadily climbing the ranks with his relatable lyrics, clever songwriting, and no-frills live shows. Taking the stage with his band The Big Fire, White exudes feel-good country energy as he sings and struts through upbeat songs like "Alabama Dirt Road" and "Simple Life". The band keeps pace beautifully, adding guitar, bass, and no less than two drum kits to create a rollicking live sound that always gets fans hootin' and hollerin'. From his head-to-toe denim outfits to the no-nonsense chops of his backing players, White always gives ticket buyers an authentic, boot-stomping concert experience rooted in good old-fashioned country values.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Drake White was born in Hokes Bluff, AL where he grew up singing in his church choir. He started penning songs at age 14, but wound up earning a degree in building science and working as a general contractor after college. In the early '00s he quit his Nashville contractor job to pursue his music career, and in 2013 he made his debut on MCA Nashville with the song "Simple Life". The track was a success, cracking the Top 40 of the US Country Airplay chart and leading to opening slots with big names like Eric Church, Luke Bryan, and Lynyrd Skynyrd. White once again climbed the charts in 2015 with the single "It Feels Good", a rollicking tune with a title that perfectly summarizes his live shows. With his highly anticipated debut album generating much buzz in 2015, White continues to expand his fanbase with his no-holds-barred performances on tour.
Drake White and band were SO GOOD. Better than his recordings. Put on an incredible show. This was my first time at the venue - only 2 complaints were they were pumping cold air in (wish I hadn’t checked my coat), and that the sound of the opener wasn’t right (band too loud, vocals not high enough).
Drake White & The Big Fire put on a fantastic show! They sounded incredible live! Drake was outgoing and energetic on stage! He told great stories but kept the songs rolling! Awesome venue! I had never been there before but will definitely return!

Joined the fire stater fan club and met them all for the 1st time at a club before the show for a few drinks and door prizes just a group of people from everywhere who have 1 thing in common Drake White . then out of the blue guess who showed up to the Gathering ? thats right Drake himself and he spent time with everyone in there not in a hurry to rush out . we had a group photo and then at the 8 second saloon the concert was high energy spot on vocals with a group who has played live 1 night before this show and they seemed to gel Im impressed thanks Ticket Master for again great price and great tickets

Drake White and the Big Fire put on an amazing show! My husband and I attend a lot of concerts, but Drake White's show in Louisville, Thursday, was the best show we have been to in a long time! This was our 2nd Drake White concert.
Concert was amazing! Other than having a lot of musical talent, he interacts with the audience in a great way. It’s way more than just listening to the song, it’s like he puts his heart into the performance. I can’t wait to see him again!

Fantastic performance by Drake White and Amber Rose. Completely enjoyed the intimate setting at Mercury Ballroom. We were immersed in the experience, a part of the show. Cannot wait to see Drake again and follow his career. So talented!!

The afternoon started with the most amazing crawfish I've ever had by Mudbug Mafia. The music by Drake White was totally amazing. This guy is going to torch the music world. Super talented and his debut album is by far the best of the year!
The opening acts set the tone for the night. This Man and this Amazing Band. Always entertain from start to finish. Before the show the band came out to the tent where people were eating crawdads and enjoying the acoustic sounds. They are personable and engaging and straight up down to Earth! If you haven't seen them live..it's a MUST!!
