Grew up watching Donny and Marie , they were corny but good. Tonight's show was great they both have fantastic voices and the program was one that I wished never ended. Theyhad a banter between them that made you laugh, the one that a brother and sister have and also the one good friends have. Go see it , just to hear the range and variety of Marie's voice.
I was thrilled when I heard Donny & Marie were bringing their Vegas show to Hammond, IN. Friends and I quickly bought tickets and made plans to attend. We were not disappointed. These two are soo talented and this show really highlights their talents. The evening includes a wide variety of music both old and new. They do fun brother/sister bantering and joking so you get a nice personal feel to the show. It's well paced and includes talented dancers for many of the numbers. I would highly recommend this show to anyone. Now I'm saving up to go to Vegas and see the show again! *Note about the Venue - comfortable seating, but overly warm in the theater. They had a very long stretch of the show where Marie's microphone and ear piece were not working correctly. She was clearly frustrated by it and I think it affected her performance somewhat. You'd think a professional theater would have a seamless sound system? Also, we arrived 1&1/2 hours early, planning to have dinner at one of their restaurants. We waited forever and barely had time to eat before the show. They clearly were not prepared to handle a large crowd at the dinner hour.
They said it was their first show out of Vegas, well, they might want to work out the technical glitches before the next show. Show was filled with sound and video problems. Show lasted about 90 minutes and I'd say about 40 minutes were actual singing. It was more like a musical revue with only bits and pieces of each song being sung. About 4 songs were sung in their entirety. The comedy betrween D & M was cute and enjoyable but would prefer a lot less talking and more singing. They're still both great singers (Donny's voice is amazing) and I'm pretty sure that's what the people wanted to hear. And I'm not sure if the 4 to 5 costume changes were necessary. I wish the 2 would just come back and sing. Finally, to the ushers at the Venue, enough already. I saw more of you guys trying to stop video cameras than I did D & M.
My husband and I loved the Donny and Marie concert at the Venue. After seeing the show, it's easy to understand why these two have been performing for nearly 50 years. The singing, dancing and the orchestra were top-notch!
Donny & Marie were incredibly entertaining, as always!! A bit disappointed with The Venue and the way they handled the malfunction with the microphone ... Marie was a STAR the way she handled it.

Donny and Marie were so good to see in person! They are so personable and talented and you can obviously tell that they really know how to entertain and put on a great show!! I loved it!!
Donny & Marie's show was amazing. They sang, danced, joked, showed some wonderful clips of them when they were young and from their shows. Marie came out and sang by herself for the second part; her hits, songs from Broadway, and an opera song she dedicated to her late son, Michael. Donny came out singing "Soldier of Love" and made a tribute to Stevie Wonder (his inspiration) and showed a clip of Stevie from their talk talk show. Donny also rocked with Crazy Horses! Donny & Marie had a dance off with their wonderful backup dancers, making a fun of who danced better (since they were both on Dancing with the Stars). Marie got the glory! They ended with a melody of their hits from the Donny & Marie show and of course ended with "May Tomorrow". It was great to see them perform together live!
We were disappointed in the Donny & Marie show last night. There was no real flow with the show it seemed choppy. Marie seemed angry when her sound system went dead. The audience really didn't get into the concert, applause was not overwhelming. And alot of the old Osmond songs were not sung by either Donny & Marie. It would have been nice to hear more of both Donny and Marie's individual songs as well as favorite Osmond songs. I feel they do better touring individually.
I had such a fun night!! Donny & Marie are the ultimate in entertainment. It's hard to believe that they have been entertaining us for almost 50 years. I'm so glad that I was able to see their Vegas show locally since I don't know when I'll be able to get back to Vegas. There were a few technical problems, but Marie handled it like the professional she is. Thanks Donny & Marie for a great night of music and entertainment!
What an energentic entertaining show. We all had so much fun. I can't say enough how it was worth the drive - it took us 2 hours to get to the Venue. They did have trouble with Marie's mic - but what a talent - she just kept going.
An excellent show. They were great ,I will go see them again when I go to Vegas
I have been a fan for years - watched them grow up as I did, as I am the same age as Marie. They both put on a great show - and are very talented. I could have listened to them sing longer - and would have loved to have the other Osmond Brothers join in for a few songs, they are great also! I am so glad I went!
Everything we expected. Loved the music, selection of songs, although wish there were more songs from Joseph. Marie's opera was geat
True entertainers. I could have listened to them all night. They looked great, sang great, included the audience in the show. I will see them again!
Donny & Marie were wonderful. I really enjoyed the show. The sad part was I think they wished they were back in Las Vegas, mainly because their sound system at the Venue was trouble most of the time. It seemed to be ongoing through the whole show. You would think a place costing this much money could at least get their microphones straight
This show was so entertaining and this brother and sister seemed so personable, genuine, fun, not to mention the amazing talent that they possess. Their interaction with the audience made the show seem intimate while filled with laughter. Their use of video footage from the past just added to the intimacy and history. This show was so enjoyable!
Donny & Marie have massive energy! The show was spectacular. The music, the dancing and there banter back & forth were awesome. The show took me back to my childhood and thru my adulthood all over again. This was my first time seeing Donny in concert, but I met Marie and the Brothers about 3 years ago in IL, the woman is amazing. Her energy, her attitude on life, her infectious smile, that strong fantastic voice and of course her dolls all place her in a class of her own. The Osmond family is probably the most warn & friendly family I have ever met. Please bring them back to area, I will go again. Thank you for bringing Donny & Marie to the Venue!
It was a great show and I can't wait until Donny and Marie come back to do another one
