This was my second time back and I would go again and again.....thank you for such a fun evening! You made my Dad feel so special and it was great to see him laugh and have such a good time. The talent is amazing!
Divas Do AC is a MUST see while in Atlantic City! This show is so well done that you actually forget you are not seeing the actual artists. Joan Rivers gets you and the audience laughing she never misses a beat, then Dolly Parton comes out and you can hear the crown gasp how beautiful and exactly-like Dolly she looks along with being right on with every word. Liza, she looks and performs on point, you can see the passion put in to her character. Patty Labelle - if you have seen her in concert, WOW great rendition! And Prince, what an amazing dancer! You must, must, must see this show while in town.
This show took place in a small theater in Resorts called the Screening Room. It's on the 13th floor, and you have to find the right elevator to get there. It's a small, older theater with comfortable seats. It was surprisingly full, and had a mixed audience. Any seat would be good, and they were only $25. The show opened with "Dolly Parton," and has a big digital backdrop/slideshow. All music is pre-recorded, and very loud. The performers look just like the pictures, and are excellent. The show is very entertaining, and lasts about an hour 15 minutes. For some reason there is no Cher like there used to be. Our favorite was Liza. The hostess is Joan Rivers, and does tell a lot of raunchy jokes just like the real Joan would. All very funny, and the audience had a great time.
The finest show Atlantic city has to offer ! I have seen it several times and enjoy it every time I see it . The show's host Gary Dee who portrays Joan Rivers keeps the show in high gear with non stop hilarious one liners ,fabulous come backs ,brilliant ad libs , and dazzling gowns . The show features 4 look a likes in mini concert style performances . The stand outs are : Phyl Craig as Liza Minnelli ,and Eddie Summers as Philly's own Patti Labelle .Also thought Prince was great !!!A must see , hurry on down to Resorts for a great evening .
very nice music from years ago, I strongly recommend this, excellent price, also very funny.
We've seen this show several times but the comedy is getting a little tired and way too long. The host was ok the first 3 times but it is still the same routine. My advice would be to mix it up! I just met Randy Roberts and caught his show last year and think he would be a perfect fit to host the show! But if you are in Atlantic City, RUN don't walk and come see the DIVAS perform to all your favorite songs!!! And don't forget to grab a drink at AC's hottest nightclub experience ProBar!
Excellent, as good as any show you'll see on Broadway.
We really enjoyed the performance. The jokes were really funny and the divas gave excellent performances.
I absolutely love this show. I've seen it 3 times already and I can't wait to come back for more. I love that every single time I've come, something has changed and every time it gets better. The costumes are unbelievable. And the performances are fantastic. It's honestly hard to pick a favorite moment because there was so many good ones. Joan was hilarious and really knows how to get a crowd going. Nancy Sinatra was a blast from the past that had me dancing from the get-go. Dolly was such a perfectionist, that I really had trouble wrapping my mind around the fact that it wasn't the real Dolly! Liza was so energetic and spot on. Another example of perfecting every moment. Patti was hysterical. I don't remember the last time I laughed so hard. And Prince was so fun and really played the part well. The dancers are amazing too. This whole cast is unbelievably talented and really put on an amazing show!!!
The show, from start to finish was the defination of FABULOUS! This is my second time seeing "Diva's Do AC!" & the more times I see it, the more times I want to throw a wig on & jump onstage! Gary Dee as Joan Rivers was so funny that I thought I would pee my pants several times throughout the show! Joan keeps the show moving along with such funny funny words! Then you have Jason CoZmo as Dolly Parton who is such a fresh performer & is so amazing as Miss Country herself! Looks exactly like her & the llusion is a job well done! Eddie Summers was a knockout as Patti LaBelle! The sequin green dress was beautiful! He was lovely as well as a laugh out riot! Phyl Craig as Liza Minnelli was so spot on that I thought Liza was really onstage for a few moments! The entire character was there & can tell that she was hapy to be there! Finally, Frank Moore as Prince! Frank, like the rest, was so spot on as well! From his lip sync to his great dance moves! Just WOW! He was having a ball as well! The back-up dancers got the audience pumped as well & always had great costumes! GO SEE THIS SHOW! IF YOU ARE VISITING ATLANTIC CITY FOR THE WEEKEND, YOU MUST GET TICKETS! AMAZING SHOW. AMAZING PERFORMERS. AMAZING COSTUMES. AMAZING EVERYTHNG! Can't wait to see it again!
The show was awesome from beginning to end! Joan rivers as emcee kept everything moving and was hilarious!!!! There wasn't a dull moment, the " girls" looked incredible, and Prince was a standout!!! For $25 a seat, you cannot go wrong by putting this on your list of must sees in Atlantic city!
SO much fun. Joan is a scream; Liza is amazing and Prince got us rocking! Very entertaining.
Well, let me tell you how much fun this show is! I went to Atlantic City, not sure of what entertainment was available. When I saw the poster for Divas Do AC, I said, "We have to see this!" I am used to the usual drag bar show and have seen great ones in Vegas. This is one of the best shows I have seen of it's kind! Not only were the impersonations spot on, but the material was fresh and a great mix of the iconic material that you want to see from these performers. Major standouts were the Joan Rivers working the crowd.....what a mouth she has! And the crowd ate it up. Really loved Liza.....always a class act....and that great "Wind up" of the arm in New York, New York....Classic Liza! Not to be outdone...the only Dolly Parton impersonator I've seen that will fool you if "Dolly" herself were standing right next to him! Complete with the gorgeous face, figure and the classic "Tap-Tap-Tapping" she does with her fingernails during Nine to Five. All in all...a fabulous show for all audiences. And, they have a great after-party at ProBar down the hallway where you can meet and greet the actors and drink and dance the night away!
Dovas do Ac. is so entertaining from the moment the show starts til the end. it offers great performaces. from Joan rivers to the Queen of Country Dolly Parton, to liza and Patti Labelle and Prince. this show has it all. I have seen the show 3 times so far and it has gotten better everytime. it has made some changes and it is better than ever with the new Dolly look. she is Stunning and has Dolly down to the tee the make up is so perfect and the hair is so Dolly and her movements make you think she is the real Deal. this performer is Amazing. I am a Dolly fan so yes this one stick out to me the most. but I enjoy the whole show and the other perfomers and great as well. But if you ever want to be up close and personal to Dolly this is as close as you can get. go and see for yourself. you will love the Divas.
I have seen this show many times, but the most unforgettable time would be when I brought my Father on August 9th, 2012. He is the ultimate Dolly fan! Jason Cozmo is unbelievable as Dolly Parton. He was so kind and generous to spend time with us after the show. Gary Dee, as Joan Rivers is spot on!! He is so hysterical...I never get tired of hearing his jokes! He is so endearing and very kind to have spent time talking to me after the show. All of the performers are wonderful...very classy, and well worth the money for the ticket. Hurry up and see this performance, because like me, you will want to come back time after time, and be sure to bring your friends and family.
Let me tell you.... I can not tell you how many times I have been to Divas Do AC and love it!! It was very good prior, BUT fabulous now that it has been revised. I look forward each and every time to Dolly coming out onto stage. I swear I am seeing THEE Dolly each and every time. Kudos goes to Liza and Joan as well. The show is never a dull moment. Keep on going Divas!!
Costumes were all wonderful. Lip syncing is not my thing and apparently not all the performers thing either. I am glad I saw this show but would not go out of my way to see it again.
I had the pleasure of seeing the Divas in their new incarnation on a recent visit to AC. I was not disappointed. The show is seamless in it's presentation. Each and every one one of the performers are spot on. Gary Dee as Joan Rivers jokes with the audience throughout, while wearing a dazzling array of gowns and jewels. Phyl Craig opens the show and gets things going as Nancy Sinatra, then returns later as Liza Minelli. I don't have to tell you that he is more gorgeous than the real Liza in that red pantsuit! Miss Dolly Parton is flawless, and Patti Labelle takes you "Over the Rainbow" and then some. Prince, what can I say? I still want to be your princess. The dancers are fabulous and their costumes stunning. This show is even better the second time around. If you are anywhere near AC, put on your eyelashes, your best bling ,some high heels, grab a cab and go see DIVAS DO AC. You will have a great evening!!!!
What a great show! I've seen it several times and each and every time it gets better. The costumes are gorgeous, the makeup fabulous and the actors' are truly believable! "Liza" not only looks phenomenal but has perfected Liza's gestures and mannerisms, paying a lovely homage to a true show business icon. "Dolly" is beautiful. Her makeup perfection. "Patti" is hilarious and "Prince" is not only a great dancer but looks spot on! "Joan," who emcees the show, is a treasure of comedic timing and natural wit. He is prepared for anything the audience throws at him. The dancers round out the show with just the right amount of production. I have sent many friends to see this show and no one has come away with anything but raves. A must see!

Their makeup is flawless, their costumes are gorgeous and their timing impeccable. "Liza" is a true testament to the show biz icon. Every nuance has been honed. "Dolly" is gorgeous. "Patti" is hilarious and "Prince" is spot on, down to the dance moves. "Joan" emcees the show as well as Joan could and is as quick witted as the lady herself! The dancers also add just the right amount of production. I've recommended it to all my friends and none have been disappointed. Truly a must see!
