    Kids Loved It

by MOM2 on 7/11/09St Pete Times Forum - Tampa

The kids loved the performance, especially the cars driving around the ice. A little long for toddlers, but the intermission helped break it up. This is our second year watching. Also recommend Princesses on Ice if you have any little girl princess fans.

The Best Family Show on Ice

by Fnightingale1996 on 7/11/09St Pete Times Forum - Tampa

This was my third show I attended with my daughter. She is 17 and qwe love the Disney on ice shows. Seeing the Cars characters was so wonderful. All those mini cars on the ice was so exciting to all the small children around us. That was so fantastic. What control they had on the ice it was amazing. The Lion King skit was really good also with all the wild animals running around the skaters were fantastic. It really looked like heads of african animals running in the plains. Now wer cannot forget Arial. The little mermaid with Sebastian and Flounder. They are a favorite with all the litte girls in the audience. The colors and the dancing under the sea are really fantastic. The best was Tinker Bell and all the fairy's. The way they made all fthe flowers appear out of now where was jus so beautiful. The head fairy flyinf around with her golden gown and wings kept the kids in awe. I know the Disney on Ice shows are so fantastic. My daughter and I have great memories seeing the shows together. I recommend this show to every family. The memories will be remembered for a long time.

First half of Worlds of Fantasy was great...

by tiggertdw on 7/11/09St Pete Times Forum - Tampa

I attended this event with my four year old daughter and 2 1/2 year old neice. They absolutely loved the princess dress display before the show and they got to see Cinderella waving at the crowd. They were absolutely amazed by her. We sat in the Jeep Club level which are really great seats, but for some reason, the Disney vendors only set up shop down on the first level, so to get their souveniers, we had to do a mad dash downstaris to get a Belle doll and some Mickey Mouse binoculars. They really enjoyed the first half of the show which inlcuded Mickey and Friends, the Cars characters, Ariel, and the Lion King. My neice was a litle frightened by the lions, though. After the intermission, the entire second half of the show was devoted to Tinker Bell and some fairies, but we had never seen the Pixie Hollow movie, and the girls (and I) began to lose interest. We left our seats for a potty break, and came back in time for the grand finale, which was very nice. I have been to other Disney on Ice shows, and thought that the second half of this one was not as good as the other shows I had seen.

    Terriffic Family Night

by Xandraxal on 7/11/09St Pete Times Forum - Tampa

Our family of four went to Disney's Worlds of Fantasy on Ice, and we simply had a blast. My daughter, 8, loved the Tinker Bell, and my son, 5, was absolutely mesmerized by the Cars. Relatively inexpensive (cheaper than a night at the movies!), and thoroughly enjoyable, I recommend this event to any parent with children.

    Disney on Ice was fun

by rin23 on 7/11/09St Pete Times Forum - Tampa

My kids and I really enjoyed this Disney on Ice presentation. My 5 year old son was enthralled by "Cars" while my 10 year old daughter (who professes to be "too old" for these things) really enjoyed watching Tinkerbell. It was a lot of fun and a great way to spend time together as a family!

    Perfect for Toddlers

by Disneygmom on 7/11/09St Pete Times Forum - Tampa

This show was perfect for my 3 yr old grandchild. It moved at a pace that kept her eyes glued to the ice. Disney does a wonderful job of entertaining. I've never been disappointed in any Disney event. We are looking forward to Disney Princess on Ice!

    WORLDS OF FANTASY--FANTASTIC!!

by joe1 on 7/11/09St Pete Times Forum - Tampa

Haven't been to disney on ice show, since our son was age 4 and we saw the incredible show of toy story.....worlds of fantasy for our 4 year old daughter was just as great, if not, better with 4 vignette shows in one: cars/ the little mermaid/lion king/ and for the 1st time ever--tinkerbell. When we seen everything that was done w/ tinkerbell story we were overwhelmed, we were only expecting like 20 minute show similar to the other performances that preceded it--but it was like 50 minutes alone and the theatrical and special effects used beyond ice skating were an explosion of flowerful fun!! and the other 3 were just as great in their own right, especially given the time alotted for these other classics!....Cannot wait to see classic princesses show in september now!

    Disney On Ice was awesome!!!

by MICKEY123 on 7/11/09St Pete Times Forum - Tampa

My daughter and I enjoyed the show a lot. This was a first experience with Disney On Ice and we loved it. The skaters are so talented and the short stories keep you attention. The decorations and props are wonderful and are disney quality. My daughter and I really enjoyed the show. We already bought tickets to another Disney On Ice show. It was so exciting to see Cars come out on stage. Tinker Bell also did a wonderful job. Lion king was amazing.

    Short & Packed

by HunterBabe04 on 7/11/09St Pete Times Forum - Tampa

The show was pretty short. I believe it was about an hour long. There was an intermission during the middle of the show which shortened it. It was so cramed pack in the Ice Palace that it made it miserable to watch the show. We went and watched the same show at the Lakeland Civic Center and it was wonderful and spacious.

by Shrimp on 7/11/09St Pete Times Forum - Tampa

We brought children ranging from age 3 to 7 (and adults in their 30's) and everyone agreed that is was a GREAT show! It was entertaining from start to finish! The costumes and lighting were as amazing as the ice skaters themselves!

Kind of boring. Weird story line.

by RiverviewMom on 7/11/09St Pete Times Forum - Tampa

The venue was fine, and the princess preshow was kind of fun (but not well organized). However, the show itself- Worlds of Fantasy was not great. The first half was cute, but by the second half we were bored. It spent way too much time on Tinker Bell (In my opinion the least known and least loved of all the shows involved) and did not do well at all to tie together all the various Disney movies. Mickey and his friends with the broken down car in between each piece only made it more confusing. and they never tied them back in at the finale. It just ended.
