    For everyone

by Imbright on 3/6/24Place Bell - Laval

I recently attended the Disney on Ice show, and it was an enchanting experience that brought back the magic of my childhood. The atmosphere was lively, with couples, parents with kids, and even girl groups all enjoying the spectacle together. Watching beloved Disney characters glide across the ice was truly mesmerizing. It's a unique experience to share with your child, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking to create unforgettable memories with their loved ones. Ticketmaster made the booking process seamless, allowing us to focus on the excitement of the event itself.

    Great but Too Much

by Nanners on 3/6/24Place Bell - Laval

While I love Disney On Ice, this particular show did not feel cohesive and felt rushed. There is usually a great story/theme throughout these shows and while I got the gist of it, not all the stories included fit. It felt like they were trying to include as many characters as possible without any regard to the actual storyline, therefore the ones that did fit didn't have time to fully explore the theme. In prior shows that we've attended, while not as many characters were presented, there was a clear storyline that my 4-9 year old children clearly understood the message. In this one, my children were left slightly bewildered and they felt rushed as not a single character's story was fully explored. The actors/skaters were great though and clearly very talented.

Disney on Ice - Bell Centre in Laval

by J. Boisjoli on 3/6/24Place Bell - Laval

The show was excellent, very well done, lots of colour and animation, wonderful dancers, Disney characters, all very exciting for the children. I had my two granddaughters, 2.1/2 and 8 years old, and they just loved every moment. We parked in the underground garage at the Bell Centre and we were just amazed at how well organized these people were. They had employees stationed all over the garage directing the cars, parking was done in a very orderly fashion. Absolutely worth every penny spent ($16). Once in line for our seats, that's where things got complicated. Ticketmasters app had technical issues and we (and many others) could not access our tickets. At the service counter the young lady was not helpful at all, telling us all to go out and wait in another line at the main entrance. By this time we had already been waiting in the crowded line for 20 minutes. Luckily for me I did not follow those instructions but spoke with another employee who let me in once I showed her my confirmation and proof of payment I had received by email.

    Sounding system needs improvement

by Chirin on 3/6/24Place Bell - Laval

The was amazing as usual...kids had so much fun....but my only issue was with the sounding system.....the sound was not surrounded in the hall....you can feel it's coming just from the middle....and it was low in general so you don't feel the you are into the show with all your senses....like it easy to talk to your partner while they are singing and he will hear you perfectly....this point disappointed!

    Bored

by Not was it used to be on 3/6/24Place Bell - Laval

Skaters seems bored. Very little interaction with kids. Smile and wave without looking. No real particular skills They do the same over and over again. I was very disappointed in the show.

    Good show, but scary parts!

by Cat on 3/6/24Place Bell - Laval

The show was well put together, the actors were great and overall my daughter enjoyed the show. However, I do have to say for a kids show the parts with villains which were included were totally unnecessary. The lights would dim, the music would be daunting and scary and my daughter was terrified during those parts- hiding in our arms. She didn’t sleep for 2 nights after this. I think the show could have gone without those elements.

    Best one yet!

by NanC on 3/5/24Place Bell - Laval

We've been to several Disney on Ice events over the years and Magic in the Stars is by far the best one yet! The acrobats were on point especially Raya's performance. We appreciated all the firework like explosions and the skaters are all excellent performers and talented. We will definitely return !!

    ELSA DESERVE JUSTICE!!

    by Yournumber1fan on 3/5/24Place Bell - Laval

I love that this year there was more variety of princesses and other disney cartoons. BUT, when half of the little girls dress like elsa.. who do you guys think they want to see??? Elsa only had one song by herself and its not one of the fav ones. Im willing to bet that if the girls knew the outcome they wouldn't have came. I know for a fact that mine wouldn't.

Great show, all favorites characters were there

by JR on 3/4/24TD Garden - Boston

Great show kids loved it and parents too! very espectacular to see all of our loved characters. Sound could be a little better and some of the fx could be better but it was a great show. One comment should be that the accomodators could be a little more attentive due to when we got there, we didn't receive guidance to our seats.

    Technical difficulties

by Karina on 3/3/24Place Bell - Laval

The sound was off. The show itself was cute, it was not my favorite. I think the part of frozen should have been longer and I won’t see why Wish should be the end number since it’s not as popular. The cars show was cute but felt like it didn’t belong with the theme. More acrobacies are always welcome. I got a vip ticket and kids were standing and dancing in front of us and parents not staff seemed to care, we got first row. So I had to ask several times staff and parents to please sit their children and let us see. Also, there was no separate bathroom or shops for the floor section so each time we have to go all the way up and do the huge lines, but in centre bell, they do have a separate bathroom for vio section so you don’t walk so much and miss out. Not my favorite but we always go so we will go back
