Little Caesars Arena is an anchor of a world-class sports and entertainment district known as The District Detroit and received the prestigious Sports Facility of the Year award at the 2018 Sports Business Awards Ceremony. First visit was great!! Highly recommend. The tickets were on the third level, but was able to see and enjoy the game.
Everyone we came in contact with there were so accommodating. We needed a wheelchair on the way out, workers were right there helping us.
Took Son & girlfriend & Hubbie to 1st Kraken game in Detroit. We won big time in O.T. Best birthday gift ever.
Your maps on lca are misleading I bought tickets based on that I thought it was both 1,3 periods for Detroit shooting when we got there it was the opposite I was disappointed it is helpful if you make sure it posted correctly thank you
Everything was very nice. The seats were great. Glad my butt was not any wider. The staff were very nice. The intermisson antics on ice were fun to watch. The big screen camera work and music in-between plays was also entertaining. My biggest complaint, which I understand your limited control over, is the lack of mask wearing we witnessed. That will likely keep us away the rest of the season.
This was the greatest experience I’ve had. I can’t wait to go again and again!
The game was great and there are no better fans than hockey fans but hate the arena, so horribly uncomfortably, not an inch of leg room and packed in there like sardines
Every body looked like they wanted to win Way better than when I had season tickets 2 years ago
Glad too see lca back too rockin times the crowds are into the game and the team is playing well
Upgraded our cheap seats to close to the ice. Lots of food and drink choices. Easy in/out. Lots of parking lots nearby. Great fans, families, super friendly!
It was an awesome time. Great seats love the new stadium first time I have been.
Amazing arena with great views even in the top sections where we were. The Red Wings are a great team! We will definitely go again!
The tickets I purchased for the 10/14/21 Red Wings game didn't have proper section/row/seat numbers they were for section M34, Row E, Seats 17 & 18. In section M34, there is no Row E, the rows are numbered. And in what would be Row E, which numerically translates to 5, there were no seats numbered 17 & 18. So, we found some empty seats nearby and sat there. Y'all need to fix this ASAP.
Was way to expensive for a pre-season game. There were no give aways or anything. No wonder the place seemed less then half full
Ticketmaster or LCA should sell seats at dicounted rates when the Arena is only at 30% capacity or so it seems. I would have purchased better seats if they werent so expensive and they were mostly empty.
All in all, this was a good experience. I mean, wearing a mask throughout the entire game was tough, but better than getting COVID. Food and drink availability was drastically curbed, so don't expect to get exactly what you want. The arena personnel were vigilant about making sure people were wearing their masks correctly and following policy, so don't think you can get there and pull your mask down. Also, they were cleaning the "touchable" areas at regular intervals...like every 15 minutes, so they were taking this seriously. One warning - the "Bag Policy" for the arena has changed for this COVID period. There are NO BAGS ALLOWED. My wife has a small purse...the 8-9"" mini-purse...we had to go all the way back to our vehicle and lock it up, then come back. We Googled the bag policy before we came, and we found the 14x14x6 policy, so we thought that was current...we were wrong.
Great seats to see all of the action. Too bad the Lightning lost in the shootout though
The experience is excellent at LCA! The only issue is the music is so loud., I wonder how the older fans fell about that.
Great game! Stadium wasn’t too crowded no long lines for women’s bathroom
We had a fantastic time at LCA and we were able to get a bite to eat not far from the stadium.
