DETHKLOK, an extreme metal band, is the most successful entertainment act on the planet and the seventh largest economy in the animated world of Adult Swim's "Metalocalypse.". The show was awesome! You really wish they would play every single one of their songs live. Incorporating the music videos behind the band is genius and brings you back to watcjing the show while also expanding on the song in a cool way. Such a hype show! Bring Dethklok back!
Long story short: i didn't bring ear plugs. Either way, it was a crazy good show, like seeing Metalocalypse Live. Started out with the military brief about "how to stop Dethklok" before the band broke out into playing the Deth Theme and the mosh pits broke out. Its a rare treat to see, especially after the series was canceled, the fan base is incredibly strong and apparent (Warner Bros done f~-riff-~ed things up canceling this). Highly recommended if you're a fan of Metalocalypse. My only complaint was they opened the doors at 6 PM and didn't perform until 9. They could have had an opening act instead of a Philly DJ but oh well. DETHKLOK RULES!!!
We are here to make coffee metal. We will make everything metal. Blacker than the blackest black times infinity. The show was beautifuly metal. Brutal pit with real die hard fans. Been waiting to see them sonce i was in middle school and finally got to check them off my bucket list. Dethklok forever 🤘🏻🔥
Greatest metal concert EVER! Brendon Small is a musical & creative genius. Now that I've witnessed Dethklok live, I never have to go to another show ever again...but I will.
They are truely masters of music, I love to see talented groups that know what they are doing. I'm so let down by so many bands that have no idea how to write a good song. I love how innovative they are. I met Brendon in Vegas such a cool character, very intelligent and hardworking artist.
This show was one of the best I've been to! It was the second time that I have seen them and I sincerely hope they keep touring. Such a good live show.
The show overall was just amazing!! The Show that they put on is so unique i wouldn't even know where to explain, They just rocked! I was front row watching one of my favorite bands, a dream come true ") I took about 200 pictures, they couldn't have a picked a better venue, the Orbit Room is the best for upclose and personal concerts! I would definitely recommend DETHKLOK to any metal fan. Check out Brendon Small's other band GALAKTIKON they are outstanding too. <3

This was one of the best shows I have ever been to. High on fire and Converge opened (Converge is horrible...), then Mastodon sort of set the standard for stage presence. Hearing the opening theme for Metalocalypse was one of the most high-energy points of any concert I have seen. Their setlist was perfect (a mix of season 1 and 2 songs). When they finally left the stage, the chant of "Fansong" was nearly deafening, then a few minutes later they came back and played the absolute best closing song in history. Absolutely brilliant!
I wasn't sure what I was getting into, seeing a cartoon band live, but the show was great! Dethklok videos were on the big screen behind the band, which took the attention off of the actual band playing and the fact that they don't look anything like the members in the cartoon... not to mention that there were only 3 members as opposed to the 5 on TV. The problem with seeing a "cartoon band" live is, since the charecters aren't real, you can't really stray from a scripted performance. There will be no solo's or on stage banter (which can also be a good thing). Either way, the band rocked. I heard all the songs that I wanted to hear. And the exclusive cartoons were funny and enjoyable. Good show!
These guys put on a hellova show. And they are loud too \m/, Definitely more than i expected, this being my first time seeing them.
Dethklok is one of the best metal band I've ever seen, which is kind of ironic seeing how their not really a band but they still were unbelieveable. Mastodon was a bit of a let down, really low energy not too particularly great but Dethklok got the crowd moving again when they came on. Also the comedy videos in the middle of the set were hilarious. Definitely worth it to see this show
viewing of the bands was not obstructed.. Sound quality was excellent especially for Dethklok.... Recommend The House of Blues to anyone wanting to see an up-close concert... Staff very friendly to boot....
It was literally the most entertained I have ever been at a concert. Converge was great as usual. Mastodon was rockin. Dethklok was the greatest live performance ever. Super tight, and the animations where hilarious and incredible. GO SEE IT

Converge FANTASTIC. Mastodon TERRIBLE. just when you thought it was over, they began their torture again. for nearly an hour and a half their boring set went on. Dethklok was a great headliner, unfortunitely they played less time than mastodon.
