Desert Diamond Arena utilizes Digital Ticketing for all events. Ticket drop-off is not allowed.

Arena Parking Lots open 2 hours prior to the event and are subject to event parking fees. Parking Permits are available for pre-purchase through Ticketmaster.com and guarantee parking space up to 30 minutes after the event starts. Day of event parking lots only accept credit cards for event parking payment at lot entry. City Of Glendale Ordinance prohibits overnight parking / camping. Tailgating is permitted in Desert Diamond Arena parking lots two hours prior to the event. Disabled Parking is located in all arena parking lots. Please have your state issued plate or placard visible.

To purchase accessible seats for a concert or other events, please visit Ticketmaster.com for purchase. ACCESSIBLE SERVICES: Requests for Sign Language Interpreters should be made at least 72 hours in advance of the event. Email Guest Services at guestservices@desertdiamondarena.com or Call 623-772-3240 for these arrangements. Assistive Listening Devices are available from the Gate 3 Guest Services Booth. Parking Lot G, located on the east side of the arena, is available for disabled guests with state issued license plates or placards. Parking Attendants will direct guests to the disabled parking area. All restrooms and concession stands are accessible. Desert Diamond Arena welcomes service animals utilized by guests with disabilities.

Desert Diamond Arena has a STRICT BAG policy for all events, examples of prohibited bags include but are not limited to: Backpacks, Clear Bags, Purses, Fanny Packs, Diaper Bags, Seat Cushions, Laptop Bags or Camera Bags. Guests who arrive at the venue with any of these items will be asked to return them to their car. Approved bags are small clutches, crossbody bags or wallets as long as they are no larger than 4.5" x 6.5". Guests who require ADA or medical accommodations, please contact Desert Diamond Arena Guest Services at guestservices@desertdiamondarena.com so a representative may assist you in advance of your visit. Desert Diamond Arena is a non-smoking venue. For your safety, once a person exits Desert Diamond Arena, re-entry is strictly prohibited. Alcohol, illegal drugs or any paraphernalia associated with drug use - cans, bottles, coolers or other similar containers - Fireworks - Flags/Signs with poles - Laser pens/pointers of any type - Noisemakers such as air horns - Outside food or drinks - Weapons of any type, including chains, knives and firearms - Any other item deemed unacceptable by event or building management. No pets other than "assisting" animals.
