Excellent show. New music and classic Talking Heads music made the show phenomenal. The variety of instruments and lighting were simple and yet perfectly coordinated with the music. The audience was totally into the show.
Man what a show. It was incredible. The opener was so bad I almost left though. David Byrne was really entertaining and I throughly enjoyed his part of the show.

One of the best shows I have seen in years, and I go to numerous shows every year. Loved the stage show, there were no musical equipment on the stage. Each musician carried their instrument without wires or amplifiers. The percussion musicians carried their drum and there were 6 or more of them. David's vocals were clear and strong. He seemed startled by the appreciative audience. It was excellent!
Probably the best show I’ve ever seen at the BJCC Concert Hall. My only complaint with the venue is that it is always too hot. It would be nice if the BJCC would do a better job keeping the temperature more comfortable. The show itself was amazing though. It was like a vocal version of the broadway play, “Stomp”.

I loved this show! David Byrne always has a different angle. I saw him about five years ago and everyone in the band wore tutus during the encore. On this tour, Byrne's entire 12 piece band stands and dances for the entire show! The six drummers and keyboardist wear portable instruments. The whole show is creatively choreographed. The lighting is stunning, and the music is excellent. Most folks in the audience stood and danced the whole time - unusual for Miami and this age group. They played a mixture of Talking Heads and Byrne songs. The highlight was Burning Down the House.
David Byrne presented a very clever, very well crafted minimalist visual show. It was very entertaining without all the over the top and I loved it. The Tampa Bay Times said it was one of the Best Concerts in the Tampa Bay Area this year and i agree wholeheartedly. Just buy your tickets.
It was definitely a bucket list show. The music and the pageantry was one of kind.

Great show all around. David Byrne is still an unbelievably talented musician. One of the best concerts I've ever been to. The harmonization, dancing, choreograph was unbelievable. Really cool set! As to venue, promoter, whoever--don't know who dropped the ball but tickets clearly showed start time was 7:30 and then we're told upon arrival that's when doors open, but show not until 8:30 when opening band went on. BTW, they kind of SUCKED HARD. just sayin.
We have been to many shows at the Fillmore and I have been to quite a few David Byrne concerts. This show was the absolute best ever - it belongs on Broadway The audience involvement at the theater, out in the entry way, were dancing, Bands were playing. Fantastic attention to detail.
This was the most creative and artistic live experience I’ve seen in years. As opposed to a routine concert, this was a combination or a broadway show and marching band. David Byrne remains always ahead of his tine
David is in a class by himself- the music, the choreography, the attire and the stage- all over the top!! I've been to many DB shows over the years, and this one was the best I've seen. He really is at home in his own skin; the performance was outstanding. Everyone on stage danced the whole show- the energy level was crazy! He's getting better all the time....
The show was well choreographed like a Broadway performance. The musicians were fantastic as they marched around the stage. The house rocked and most of the audience stood for the who show.
