This is our second Dave Barnes Christmas concert and third concert overall. He is an incredible talent who surrounds himself with other wonderfully-talented musicians. Our family had a great time.
We loved the concert at the Ryman. It was a great date night - super music with so much talent and the stand up was hilarious. I knew I loved the songs and the laughs were all about real life - perfect! I just wish it could have lasted a little longer.
Great performance but would have like more singing and less stand-up comedy...even though it was funny
It was exciting to see a show in the Ryman Theater. Terrific musical performance by Dave Barnes. Wish there was more. I didn't expect to see a standup comedy act by him. He was kind of funny, but not what I paid for. I will definitely buy his music.
Dave Barnes was beyond everything we ever could have hoped for. Incredibly talented and underrated! Not only that, he might be the funniest person alive who still tells "clean" jokes. 10/10!
Love this place. Every seat feels like you are on stage. Dave was awesome and hilarious. Highly recommend the venue and artist.
Music was very good. Comedy routine was not - mostly pre-adolescence locker room raunch.

Dave is always nothing short of amazing. It seems like he gets funnier every time I see him....I didn't know that was possible
An awesome venue, an energetic opening from Matt Wertz, a fantastic set from Dave Barnes, crazy talented musicians, and some stand up comedy - such a great night!

I had never heard of Dave but my daughter said we would really like his Christmas show. Like is an understatement, loved it! Hope more 70 somethings discover this talented entertainer. Thanks for the early Christmas gift daughter.
Absolutely incredible! Perfect to get me in the Christmas spirit! I laughed, I cried, and I smiled so much my cheeks hurt by the end of the night! He humbly shared the stage with such crazy talent to introduce his fans to up and coming artists, while putting on an amazing show himself. Solid 15 out of 10!
Dave put on an amazing show and kept the audience laughing throughout the set with his hilarious jokes. I would highly recommend to everyone to go see him perform!!
The show was tremendous! Dave Barnes always invites some of the best of the music community to his shows! The music was incredible and genuine. Dave is so talented and authentic when it comes to his playing, writing, and personality. It makes you feel like you are hanging out with hundreds of your oldest friends,
Dave never disappoints! He is always a great mix of musical talent and stand-up comedy. Was excited to be able to go to a concert with tickets that were actually affordable. The Opening act - The Shadow Boxers -- AWESOMENESS!! Talent, good music, cutie-patooties who threw in a fun couple doses of old time "O'Jays; 5th Dimension" Dance Grooves. The second act - Lucie Silvas - beautiful voice, but really wasn't that enthralling or entertaining. Then, Dave comes on - oh Dave! Horns and beats and laughs and jokes. Never a disappointment. While we love the atmosphere of the Ryman, we are no spring chickens anymore and my husband & I were both too long in those uncomfortable church pew seats. That was the ONLY bad thing.
