    Fabulous

by Gigi on 9/11/23Choctaw Grand Theater - Durant

One of the best concerts I’ve been to. He sang for close to two hours. Back to back singing. No down time or talking. Darius Rucker put on a fabulous show. Can’t wait to see him again.

    Excellent Performance

by Darius Rucker on 9/11/23Choctaw Grand Theater - Durant

Darius Rucker and band are well worth your time for a terrific night of entertainment. Performed the best of Darius Rucker, some Hootie and the Blowfish, Tim McGraw, and even John Cougar. Band is fantastic, and Darius is a brilliant performer.

    Bucket List Worthy

by Amarod on 9/11/23Choctaw Grand Theater - Durant

Darius Rucker's show was phenomenal! Enjoyed it so much that attended the second show as well. He is a truly special artist and his musicians/band create such a great foundational sound to support his exceptional voice. I had to travel to another state for this show but it was well worth it. A must see!!

Darius Rucker at Choctaw Grand Theatre in Durant, OK. Excellent venue with a rocking atmosphere the entire show. Darius and his awesome band were high energy and didn’t slow down the entire show. Sounded great and will definitely be looking for more of his shows close by and attending more events at this location as well.

Nice evening but not my favorite set list or location

    by JP on 8/29/23

Location reminds me of a high school squad area. Everyone crammed into a certain area. Difficult to move through. It's real pretty under the lights and sound system is great, but stage view was difficult at top of hill. Our price for the tickets was inexpensive so we enjoyed talking to friends and having drinks. I would've been disappointed if it was one of my favorite artist. Drink options were good, merchandise was good. Bathrooms easy in. Set list was all over the place but his voice is on point so I still enjoyed it.

    Worth it!!

    by Christie on 8/28/23

Gallagher Square is a nice, fairly small venue. There's plenty of space to spread out with a blanket and enjoy the show under the stars. Darius is SO GOOD In concert!! Great voice, great talent! He sings a good mix of his old (Hootie), new and a few cover songs. Just buy the tickets, you definitely won't be sorry!

    Amazing experience

    by Melissa on 8/28/23

Darius sounds the same as he did when I say him perform in this area 30 yrs. ago. He has a beautiful voice and you can’t help singing along. Even during pouring rain Wagon Wheel sounded great as we ran to the car!

    Jessica

    by Jessica Rocha on 8/28/23

Will never do this again, biggest let down ever. Paid for VIP tickets, was supposed to get seats in the first 20 rows, but all there was was standing. Went to staff to see where we could find our seats and were told there were none, but our tickets came with early entrance and had we came early we could have gotten a good standing stop. ARE YOU KIDDING why would I show up early when have VIP tickets, had the advertising not lied about the description of the tickets I was buying I would have ever purchased them.

A Good Time- A Great Performer

    by Tdog on 8/28/23

Second time I’ve seen Darius, it wont be my last. He looks likes he’s enjoying what he does and has a great rapport with the crowd , and gets not only the ladies singing and dancing , but the men as well. I didn’t stop moving the whole night! The lyric graphics were corny but still fun and effective to get people singing along.. its a great tool…Oh and all the great covers… I about lost it when he played Pink Houses by Mellencamp, Big guy next to me and I shared a beer toast and a high five, as we belted out the lyrics in slightly buzzed bro style two part harmony. He had us “ over 40 “ folk in a state of nostalgic euphoria every time he did a Hootie song. It was a great summer night, the people were awesome*, a great trip, with awesome feel good music, and Darius was the tour guide and driver of that bus. Ill be on that bus anytime he plays in San Diego. Save me a window seat. *most were awesome I just wish people who go to concerts to carry on long loud conversations with one another would kindly take it to the back of the venue where you wont be competing with the reason 99% of us are actually there for.

    Darius Rucker is the man.

    by Ian on 8/28/23

One of the best concerts. Darius is so underrated. When dude played TLC chasing waterfalls the crowd lost it.
