  • Such an iconic show

    by hecjyeah on 8/19/22Saint Andrew's Hall - DetroitRating: 5 out of 5

Okay first off Body Thief was killing it setting the mood and getting everyone hype then Royal Coda came on blew everyone away with how groovy and hard they hit and then DGD. Let me tell you one of the most fun iconic shows I’ve ever been to. They really did nothing less than beyond perfect. Such a high energy happy crowd they entice. Always absolutely amazing live shows but this one is top three for me and I’ve been seeing them play live since 2006.

  • Amazing performance!

Dance Gavin Dance put on an amazing show and exceeded my expectations in quality of performance, fan engagement, and excitement!

  • Unbelievable Time

by TickTakk on 8/17/22Irving Plaza - New YorkRating: 5 out of 5

Great to see them again. Show was def. oversold & the crowd was way too tight! It was also 200 degrees inside, some of my friends had to leave the venue after feeling sick.

  • A Perfect Evening with Friends

by Natalie on 8/16/22Big Night Live - BostonRating: 5 out of 5

Body Thief did a great job warming up the stage, and Royal Coda completely killed it! Kurt's voice was amazing and as was Segio's guitar and dancing. The crowd went absolutely wild for Dance Gavin Dance, though, and it really felt like a victory lap of their whole career, complete with all the album art as a backdrop. Everyone sang in unison for Uneasy Hearts, and the skit in Rock Solid with Kurt, Jon, and Andrew made it so special. It really was an Evening with Friends!

  • A night to remember.

by Josh on 8/16/22Theatre of Living Arts - PhiladelphiaRating: 5 out of 5

What a lineup. This show was absolutely phenomenal, I love a nice 3-band set. Every single band CRUSHED that evening, can’t wait to see another show at the Theater of Living Arts. 100% going to see these bands again if they come through the area.

  • An EPIC Night With Friends!

by Chel on 8/15/22Theatre of Living Arts - PhiladelphiaRating: 5 out of 5

Whenever Dance Gavin Dance comes to Philly, I know it's time to dust off my grooving shoes, & find my ear plugs. I don't frequent live shows as much as i used to, but I simply CANNOT get enough of DGD's funkified tunes. The whole crew is a group of rad, talented dudes, and I genuinely look forward to seeing them every single time they come to the East coast.

  • Cream of the crop

by Christal S on 8/14/22Theatre of Living Arts - PhiladelphiaRating: 5 out of 5

TLA has never been my favorite venue in Philadelphia because of the size of it, the acoustics, the floor level for standing room that has an incline. But Dance Gavin Dance can play any venue and sound incredible. My family and I got into the venue and immediately knew we couldn't do the floor level, asked the amazing staff about the top level and they pointed us to the proper people who could make it happen for us. We enjoyed the show from the top level and what an amazing show it was. DANCE GAVIN DANCE which i have seen a couple times before; once with the original singer, another with the latest singer and now i have completed my DGD dreams by now having seen all singers with the band. Absolutely thrilled and fortunate to have had these experiences. Royal Coda gave a great show as well. My children are still in awe of the performances. Great job guys

  • Didn’t miss a beat

by Ari on 8/14/22Baltimore Soundstage - BaltimoreRating: 5 out of 5

Despite the lineup change, Dance Gavin Dance gave a spectacular show! It was everything you wanted to hear and then some. If they swung back around with the same exact show i would buy tickets in a heartbeat!

  • So amazing!!!!!! Dance Gavin Dance knows how to move a crowd

by DanceVivDance on 8/13/22The Fillmore Charlotte - CharlotteRating: 5 out of 5

Love every second! Loved that the crew was passing out water. Loved that the bathrooms were clean. Loved everything about it. Gave my everything in that show it was amazing lol

  • FRONT ROW WAS AMAZING

by FEROL RACINE MOORHEAD on 8/12/22The Fillmore Charlotte - CharlotteRating: 4 out of 5

Waited in line for 7 hours and was in front row! A girl came up and shoved another girl in the front row who had purchased VIP tickets, so she had the right to the front row. Girl shoved her and made her upset, so I told her she was rude and she decided to say "thats why your boyfriend subs to my only fans" it was honestly hilarious but she was being so ridiculous and security should of kicked her out. Only reason I did not do anything is bc it was my FIRST DGD concert and I was not about to lose my spot over someone like that so I just laughed at her and moved over one so I would not have to hear her rude mouth. ANYWAY, THIS SHOW WAS FREAKING AMAZING. Could not of asked for a better performance or experience. It was MAGICAL.

  • A REUNION OF A LIFETIME

by Justin T. on 8/12/22The Fillmore Charlotte - CharlotteRating: 5 out of 5

Despite all the hardships that Dance Gavin Dance has had in early 2022, putting together this tour and sticking through meant a lot for long fans like myself. Body Thief and Royal Coda killed it and are ofcourse the perfect fit for this tour with friends.

  • Phenomenal Experience

by MCalhoun on 8/12/22The Fillmore Charlotte - CharlotteRating: 5 out of 5

By far one of the best concerts I have been to! Seeing DGD play with Kurt again was a dream come true!

  • Officially a fan!

by MJ on 8/12/22The Fillmore Charlotte - CharlotteRating: 5 out of 5

I went to see DGD with a friend so she wouldn’t be alone and left the venues a full blown fan girl! Even with everything going on in the band they put on an amazing performance and were so fun to watch! The venue was cool too because of the different raised levels, it was a little crowded but what do you expect lol.

  • True review

by Nah on 8/12/22The Fillmore Charlotte - CharlotteRating: 4 out of 5

Venue was overbooked. Probably should have sold like 30% less tickets. Wish the mics were better equalized, drum mics were on point. Bands played well, unfortunate venue for shorter people due to stage height. If a band plays there that I like, I'd go again.

  • Amazing perfect venue great atmosphere such a great show

  • Mehhhh

by Theoreobandit on 8/11/22Jannus Live - St PetersburgRating: 2 out of 5

This is my second time seeing DGD and it wasn’t nearly as good as when Tilian was singing.

  • DGD was solid, Revolution not so much

by Pumpkin on 8/9/22Revolution Live - Ft LauderdaleRating: 3 out of 5

The show itself was fantastic and all of the acts put on a great show. The venue needs to figure out their air conditioning or install a bunch of fans or SOMETHING…. This show was sold out from what I understand and that venue just doesn’t seem like it was meant to handle that many people indoors in Florida heat. I had to go sit outside for the last couple songs so that I wouldn’t pass out from the heat and I know I’m not the only one. Please figure something out so that people aren’t put in danger

  • Love the look, but not the sound

by Nathan on 8/9/22Jannus Live - St PetersburgRating: 3 out of 5

It has been a couple years since I attneded show at Jannus so I dont know if its something about the venue, but the sound quality was very low. It was this low rumble in the bass or low mids that didnt really follow any specific instrument made it very difficult to really hear anything when everyone was playing together. That said, the food and drink amenities are great for a concert, the look and vibe were all great. I appreciated the clearly present but not overpowering amount of security.

  • Once in a lifetime experience

by AndIToldThemIInventedCalibriLight on 8/9/22Jannus Live - St PetersburgRating: 5 out of 5

My first time seeing my all-time favorite band and there's nothing I would've changed(except maybe getting the day off from work). Never going to see a setlist like this ever again, Acceptance Speech was such a highlight. Andrew killed it. I can't wait to see them again.

  • Amazing show
