This band sounds exactly the same live. 5 out of 5 stars. Such a good band!!!!! Love DGD!!!!!

  • Organization

by Illusion on 9/15/23Revolution Live at the Backyard - Ft LauderdaleRating: 1 out of 5

It was a good concert but very disorganized. First I don’t know how does an event outside with this heat. Then they run out of water & had to give water cups. Barely any fans. Upstairs has obstructed views. Could of Been done better & differently

  • Band Good, venue bad

    by G. on 9/15/23Rating: 3 out of 5

The band played very well on stage and so did the openers. Unfortunately revolution or Ticketmaster or whatever, keeps overselling tickets here. They had the bands play outside which we thought that meant maybe they sold less tickets but instead they sold MORE. It was so hard to enjoy my favorite band when the area is small and people are straight up squished against each other. I couldn’t go to the bathroom or get a drink the entire time I was there without risking losing my spot and I’ve been to many concerts at this venue and it used to not be like that. I would much rather not be able to buy a ticket because it sold out than to be sandwhiched with a bunch of ignorant people not paying attention to their surroundings. Dancing on my boyfriend and I, barging in front of us and taking up more space and creepy guys feeling up my friend in the crowd. Given they can’t control the people that go to the concerts but they can do damage control by not overselling tickets and someone even passed out. they couldn’t make it passed the first band, that should tell you something. Concerts aren’t supposed to be this miserable shame on Ticketmaster and revolution for ruining what was supposed to be a fun experience

  • Great band terrible venue

by Kay on 9/15/23Revolution Live at the Backyard - Ft LauderdaleRating: 5 out of 5

I wish I could leave the review for the venue!! The venue was horrible, balcony view was completely blocked by palm trees! Dance Gavin Dance was amazing as always

  • View was meh but DGD was amazing

by anonymous on 9/15/23Revolution Live at the Backyard - Ft LauderdaleRating: 3 out of 5

Great concert but I couldn't see much as they're was a tall guy in front blocking the view. Otherwise, it was nice. Wish they sold their vynils at the event though.

Fun show some awkward situations but they worked out themselves

  • Best. Show. Ever.

by Jackson on 9/12/23White Oak Music Hall - Pulse Power Stage on the Lawn - HoustonRating: 5 out of 5

I love Dance Gavin Dance and this is the first concert of theirs that I have ever been to and it exceeded all expectations. They put on such an amazing show and this is the first concert I've been to where I actually enjoyed all of the openers as well. 10/10 performances.

  • Only the best

by Sushi on 9/12/23White Oak Music Hall - Pulse Power Stage on the Lawn - HoustonRating: 5 out of 5

Such a great experience!! Staff was super nice and a speedy entry. The lawn itself at the venue wasn't the best but it did provide an opportunity for those in the back to get a better view. Overall, the performance was the best that I've seen from Dance Gavin Dance!! I wish I could follow them on tour and experience it much closer! The best band with the best melodies. Please tour as long as you can DGD!!! Your music only gets better and better <3

  • Sloppy seconds

by KY on 9/11/23White Oak Music Hall - Pulse Power Stage on the Lawn - HoustonRating: 3 out of 5

The bands before DGD were amazing. DGD sounded tired and worn this time around, maybe it was the outside heat / venue . Parking was horrible to say the least , not enough parking for the amount of tickets sold.

  • Life changing

by Abi on 9/11/23White Oak Music Hall - Pulse Power Stage on the Lawn - HoustonRating: 5 out of 5

It was amazing! Quick entry and throughout bag check. But what was life changing was the crowd! They’re always so kind and nice! The band was great and they did a fantastic job! Everything went smoothly and they’re so funny thinking they can just dip off stage like that and come back for two more songs!

  • Amazing concert!!

by Programmer_Error on 9/11/23White Oak Music Hall - Pulse Power Stage on the Lawn - HoustonRating: 5 out of 5

The venue was awful all around, but DGD never fails when it comes to performance. I’m upset that they didn’t play more newer songs! I waited hours and I only got to hear 3 of their new songs. Don’t call it the jackpot juicer tour unless your going to play mostly that album!

  • Unreal!!!

by K. Davis on 9/11/23White Oak Music Hall - Pulse Power Stage on the Lawn - HoustonRating: 5 out of 5

DGD is a must see!!!! So so good. Sound even better live. My 8 year old absolutely loved seeing them, his first concert!!!

  • Absolutely amazing

by Kayden on 9/9/23The Union - Salt Lake CityRating: 5 out of 5

Dance Gavin Dance is my favorite band and it seems like I only continue to love their music more and more. I was fortunate enough to have deluxe vip and be able to meet these men, they were all extremely welcoming and friendly and truly made me feel appreciated. Their setlist was flawless and being at barricade I was as close as possible. Even when a crowdsurfer had landed on and kicked me in the head, Tilian and Andrew were checking on me mid performance and I couldn't thank them enough. If you like DGD I can't recommend seeing them live enough.

by Mernacleman on 9/5/23The Union - Salt Lake CityRating: 5 out of 5

The sound was awesome, the support rocked, and there was great merch. What else could you want from a concert.

  • Great show like always.

DGD never disappoints. Show was so good and felt over too soon. Loved the tributes to Tim.

  • What a party

by Bea on 9/5/23The Union - Salt Lake CityRating: 5 out of 5

This was my first DGD show and what an incredible performance! I don’t know why I never went to a show before but I will definitely be going every time they’re in Salt Lake!

  • Not as good as I thought it was going to be.

by PB on 9/4/23Rating: 3 out of 5

I'm a huge fan of this band! I was kinda hoping they'd bring more energy this time around. Missed jamming to some of their old hits. Totally get they want to hype up their new album, but those classic tunes? They're the reason we all fell in love! After they canceled their last Denver show, I was super pumped for this one. Had a blast, just thought they'd bring a little more to the stage.
