About

DaBaby on Tour

DaBaby's live show is full of the quirky, infectious energy that garnered him fame in music videos like "Suge," "Next Song," "Walker Texas Ranger" and "Goin Baby." He keeps the crowd jumping with a kinetic rap performance featuring unique dance moves and the occasional prop from his comedic clips. In 2019, he headlined the Baby on Baby tour, crossing coast-to-coast and making appearances at the Texas JMBLYA fest as well as SXSW (where two years earlier he'd made a splash by walking around in a diaper). He was also booked for the 2019 Breakaway Festival in his hometown of Charlotte, North Carolina, returning for a victory lap alongside luminaries like Future and Boogie.

DaBaby in Concert

Jonathan Lyndale Kirk — better known as giddy rap sensation DaBaby — was born in Cleveland, but relocated to Charlotte when he was six. Through his older brothers, he absorbed the wordplay-filled music of Lil Wayne, 50 Cent, Nelly and Eminem. Bored with street life, he started rapping when he was 21. Originally performing as Baby Jesus, he started releasing music in 2015 with his NonFiction mixtape. After changing his name to DaBaby, he released God's Work: Resurrection, which featured a guest appearance from Boosie BadAzz and the attention-grabbing single "Light Show" (eventually adding a Yo Gotti guest verse to the remix). In 2017, DaBaby released a whopping six mixtapes, including the first four volumes of his Baby Talk series. His breakthrough came at the end of 2018 with the release of Blank Blank, a 10-track project supported by the humorous videos for "Next Song" and "Walker Texas Ranger." In 2019, he signed to Interscope Records, who released his official debut, Baby on Baby, which features appearances by Offset, Rich Homie Quan, Rich the Kid and more. Lead single "Suge" became his first charting hit on the Hot 100.

    Wasn’t what I expected

    by D. H. on 11/27/19The Lott - Orlando

Overall the concert was really fun. But before buying my ticket it was advertised that the artist were going to do a meet and greet which didn’t happen. After the concert, everyone basically just left.. no meet and greet. And that’s the only reason I bought the ticket. Really disappointed.

    Venue was horrible!

by Brittani on 11/26/19The Lott - Orlando

The event started at 3pm. Dababy came on at 9pm and was on stage for about 20 minutes. He did the song with Megan Thee Stallion and she wasnt even there. They only had 1-2 openers that were decent. Most of the time we were just standing there with just a DJ spinning tracks and no one was actually performing on stage. The venue said no where online that it was an outside event. It was legit in the parking lot of a nightclub (The Beacham). There was only 5 different alcohol drinks you could buy with 2-3 of them being beer. Bathrooms were disgusting porter potties. Definitely not worth the money for standing in a parking lot for 7 hours!

    I hate the location

by Al jaeee on 10/27/19Hampton University Convocation Center - Hampton

There was no structure. Stood in line for two hours plus , to get inside and he was already performing . His performance was great but I only seen him for about 15 mins and then the concert was over . This was the worst event I’ve ever been too . I’ll never go to any other even at this location

    Worst experience of my life!!

by C. B. on 10/27/19Hampton University Convocation Center - Hampton

I do not recommend going to an event at Hampton University! They had no organization. Security can’t even answer questions about what was going on they were just as clueless as the people waiting to get into the concert.

    Awesome Concert

by MacNelon on 10/27/19Hampton University Convocation Center - Hampton

The venue was nice, the artist was amazing. He performed well, with a lot of songs. I would most definitely support this artist, as well as the Hampton University Campus.

Great show from a real rapper

by Fargo_No_Wells on 10/27/19Hampton University Convocation Center - Hampton

Da Baby is a rapper I’ll pay whatever to see again.he involves the his fans into his show by asking us what songs we want him to perform not only that he came into the crowd and perform with the fans.

    DaBaby

by Ale on 10/23/19EXPRESS LIVE! - Columbus

Thankful we got to the concert late because DaBaby didn’t go on stage for like 3 hours after the start of the concert. Once he finally got on stage he performed for less than an hour. He was good I just wish he performed more. Or there should’ve been a better opener.

    Good but could’ve been better

by SFG on 10/8/19Watsco Center at the University of Miami - Coral Gables

The venue was great and very chill. The rappers before the concert started we’re good too. I did get annoyed when it took forever for each artist to come out but the energy was great. I would go again if the tickets were like $30. I got there an hour late (opened at 6pm) and NLE still wasn’t out until like 9pm. 103.5 the beat held it down though.

Did not feel like a concert

by Abi L on 9/30/19Watsco Center at the University of Miami - Coral Gables

I spend a decent amount of money for my boyfriend and I to see him (it was his first concert) and it was a horrible experience. I am still a big DaBaby fan. However, I felt it could’ve been better. He should’ve performed a lot more songs. He was probably up there for like 20 mins, if that. Everyone else was up on stage waaaayyy longer and it was dreading... too much pushing and shoving and kids trying to start unnecessary fights. I felt the concert wasn’t properly organized. I was happy when Lil Durk and DaBaby came out but wish everyone performed less and DaBaby performed more.

by I love live concerts on 9/16/19Murat Theatre at Old National Centre - Indianapolis

The show lasted every bit of 15 minutes and i paid for front row but couldnt even get to my seat...Couldnt even hear him speak when he talked, and the music sounded raggedy like busted speakers..Such a ripoff, not going to see Dababy ever again
