Very good program. A little off time with the music and bows.
Marize fumero was spectacularly amazing and St. Lucie ballet brings hope to the local dance scenarios
it is a joy to have this kind of performance every year. the dancers had a standing ovation for ten minutes. the bravos and the applause were heard during the performance and at the end. this is what Miami needs. the tickets are reasonable specially for an audience that is retired, disabled and with limited income in its majority. You are doing an outstanding job in keeping Pedro Pablo's legacy and mostly showing this audience the magnificence of the Cuban school of ballet. We have monsters going out into the world. Bravo, Eriberto.
Excellent performance. Really enjoyed it the show.
Yoli, prima ballerina was amazing and so was the supporting cast.
Excellent performance by young Cuban ballet dancers.
What a wonderful night! The function was amazing. All dancers were fantastic; the best was Lorena Feijoo although she only dance once. The function was very well organized.
What an emotion I felt when I saw the first ballerinas. That moment took me back to the Garcia Lorna theatre in Havana, where I used to go so often
I was mesmerized by the talent we do have in this company. I have to congratulate Pedro Pablo for his effort to maintain this company alive. The only complain I have is that were I was seated a photographer kept clicking his camera which did not let me put attention to the music this really bother me to the point I had to move to another seat in the Auditorium. The digital presentation on the screen was very effective and creative, including the customs used during the entire performance..
With the exceptional capability of the dancers I thought the end number was lack-luster. A couple of times the public couldn´t even tell if it was over. Chopiniana, Narcissus or Firebird would have done more for the grand-finale. Or even the Death of the Swan which was amazing.
That was my first time enjoying ballet. I am impressed by all the dancers and see an important Russian dancer performing as she did. I congrats all the Cuban dancers that now can enjoy freedom.
I had not seen that kind of quality in a long, long time, in Miami or elsewhere. What an unexpected treat that was. !The dancers were all so remarkably good, the wardrobe was so rich, that I forgot I was at the old fashioned Dade county auditorium and had bad seats. From that moment on I am a fan of the Cuban Classical Ballet of Miami, and I will also make a monetary contribution. I went there expecting to have a so, so time and instead I saw a first rate performance by a group of exceptionally well trained dancers! I am still thinking about it!
How can I know the program prepared for the performance of June 15?
The cuban ballet is still incredible. I love these events.
Anyone who knows the Ballet Nacional de Cuba company would realize that those dancers are well trained and are keeping up with the tradition and the techniques that the Cuban Ballet company is reknown for.
